Antonia cared for our retriever x Loki and took such great care of him. From the moment we dropped him at her home we were kept informed with picture updates and felt completely reassured the whole time. She took him on long walks and he always looked so relaxed and happy. He came home very contented, if not a little sad to be back! We will 100% use Antonia again! Thank you!

Highly recommended and gave my dogs a home from home experience. Shelby looked after my two dogs for two nights and we were updated lots with photos of them playing, out on walks and snuggled up with Shelby. We were put at ease straight away when we met them before boarding and this trust and care for our dogs continued with excellent communication before, during and after the boarding experience. We will definitely trust and use them again. Thank you so much guys.

I can’t recommend Sue highly enough. Sue has been amazing with Rufus from the moment he walked into her home. I have had so many photos, videos, and messages keeping me updated as to how he’s getting on. It’s been lovely to see. Sue is so caring and I felt like Rufus was cared for with lots of love and care from start to finish. Sue is a gem and we will most certainly be using her dog sitting services again. Rufus will miss her

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Lucy. Our frenchie, Nellie, had the best time staying with her and was incredibly well looked after. We really appreciated the photos and updates every day. We could tell Nellie felt at home and at ease staying with Lucy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting their dog to stay in a loving home while you’re away and we have already recommended her to family and friends!!

About: I have over 5 years of experience caring for dogs and am a huge dog lover. I’ve regularly looked after dogs for friends and family, including my friend’s dog and my auntie’s dog, who I care for quite often. Through this experience, I’ve become confident handling dogs of all different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I absolutely love spending time with dogs and enjoy taking them on walks, playing with them, cuddles and making sure they feel happy. Whether it’s a long walk, some company during the day, or lots of attention and affection, I treat every dog as if they were my own I work from home full time so happy to care and be around for your dogs with my flexible schedule🐶 I have the time to pop over, go on walks or a have your dog for a sleepover most days 🐾 I live in a detached house with a good sized fenced garden! It is 3 storey so there is stairs to consider if your dog likes to sleep upstairs, but plenty of rooms and space if your dog likes sleeping elsewhere. I live near lots of walking trails, fields, woods, and swimming spots! I don’t have any other pets and live with my boyfriend who also absolutely loves dogs too.

Janice is a lovely person who was kind enough to keep us up to date with Jack's behaviour and photos too. Jack is still a bit complex while learning new ways as a recent rescue and Janice was very accommodating of that fact, and where possible, adhered to what we are trying to achieve to assist us.

Ellie was an absolute angel. Leaving my precious Slinky while I travelled to Germany was such a big step for me, as I’d never left her with anyone outside of family before. Ellie completely put my mind at ease with regular updates, photos, and videos, and I could see how happy and loved Slinky was. When I picked her up, she didn’t even want to leave, which says everything. Knowing my baby was safe and adored meant the world to me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust Ellie again! 🐾💕

Many thanks to Yvonne for caring for Rosie so well over the weekend. It’s the first time Rosie has stayed there . I was nervous as Rosie is a miniature dachshund and is a real Mummy’s girl . But Yvonne invited us to her house for a couple of visits before I finally left Rosie . The stay went wonderfully, with lots of photos of Rosie having cuddles and belly rubs . Thanks Yvonne , Rosie will become a regular visitor xx

About: I have many years experience caring for my own pets and for family and friends, including feeding, walking, and making sure they feel comfortable and settled while their owners are away. As a young child I was taught how to care for our family pets, from cats, guinee pigs, hamsters and goldfish, dogs came later into my life when I became a young adult. I understand how important routine is for animals, and I always take the time to get to know their individual needs and personalities. When it comes to home care, I’m tidy, trustworthy, and conscientious. I treat every home with respect, keeping it clean, secure, and well looked after. Whether it’s watering plants, keeping things organised, or simply ensuring everything runs smoothly, I take pride in doing things properly. Above all, I genuinely enjoy helping others and providing peace of mind, knowing that both pets and homes are in safe hands. At the moment, I work from home four days a week, which suits me perfectly as it allows me to care for my dog and look after any others when needed. This arrangement gives me the flexibility to manage my responsibilities comfortably and ensures the pets receive plenty of attention throughout the day. During the weekends, I have increased availability to care for your beloved pets, should you need it. My days are dedicated to discovering fresh walking routes and exploring new destinations, all tailored to provide plenty of stimulation and adventure for those curious noses eager to experience new scents and surroundings. I have a fenced secure garden which is pet friendly just like my home, creating a safe, trusting, and comfortable environment is always my top priority. I take time to get to know each pet’s routine, likes, and dislikes to help them feel right at home. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or just some quiet company, I always make sure their wellbeing comes first. I pay close attention to any instructions or special needs, and I’m happy to adapt my approach depending on the service you need. If you have any questions or specific requests, please let me know—your pet’s safety and happiness are at the heart of everything I do!

About: I currently own a 2 year old Beagle cross/Springer Spaniel so as you can imagine he needs lots of exercise and loves to socialise with other dogs. We go on 2 walks a day, these include off lead experiences in fields/woods and lead walks on the canal or visits to local trails and parks. We did attend a puppy training class once a week in which we’ve learnt several skills including recall, heal and usual tricks such as sit, lay and wait. I work full time from home Monday-Friday and can visit on weekends. Happy to visit pets in their home or they can stay with us if they get on well with other dogs I’m happy to care for your pets in your home at your request whether this includes feeding, spending time with them or letting them out for potty time.

My Springer and Sprocker spaniels spent a great weekend with Kris at her place. They had some great walks as evidenced by the video's and photo's, and even had their own bedroom with a sofa in it, so were thoroughly spoiled (we don't let them on the furniture at home...). They came back happy and healthy, and Kris was a joy to deal with from the initial half day tester session, right through the actual stay. I will definitely be booking them in with her again!

About: I have grown up with animals all my life! Mainly dogs but a lot more smaller animals too🤍 I currently have 2 of my own German shepherds which are my babies and love other doggies being around too. I work from home which means your dog will have a home away from home with us 🫶🏼 I work from home most days mainly Thursday Friday but I work flexible days! I look after family pets and they fit into mine and our dogs schedules with no issues 🤍 We have a fenced Garden which is big enough for 4 dogs and is cleaned daily! We also live in a new estate so it’s very quiet which means the dogs are never stressed with noise other than themselves 🐶 - if I am in your home I will treat it exactly how you wish and make sure your pet is happy !

She was wonderful with my border collie and very patient with her , my pup is only 4 months old so as you can imagine she is extremely giddy 😆 and gets very excited around everyone especially new people. Larna came by for a drop in visit beforehand to meet Aurora, I felt confident everything would go well for their first walk. Aurora was very good for Larna although she does pull . Aurora is in the middle of training and Larna was continuing to follow through demand training. Thank you Larna

About: I’ve been lucky enough to spend my life surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes – from playful pups and cuddly cats to tropical fish, and even bees! 🐝 Animals have always been a huge part of my world, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have hands-on experience looking after dogs, cats, and fish. I’ve also trained my own dogs, which means I understand how important patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement are. Whether it’s a puppy learning the ropes, or an older dog who needs a gentler pace, I adapt to each animal’s unique needs. With bees, I’ve learned the importance of calm handling, respect, and attentiveness – skills I bring to all the pets I care for. Safety, trust, and making sure your pet feels comfortable are always my top priorities. Your furry (or finned!) family member will be cared for as if they were my own – with love, attention, and plenty of fun. A Day in My Care 🐾 • Morning Walks (7am – 9am): A refreshing start to the day with plenty of exercise, sniffing, and tail wags. Perfect for dogs who like to burn off energy first thing. Session length can be discussed. • Midday Visits (11am – 2pm): Feeding, toilet breaks, playtime, or a calm walk — tailored to your pet’s routine. • Afternoon Adventures (3pm – 5pm): Shorter walks as welcome as the longer ones, or quieter sessions in the garden depending on your dog’s needs. • Evening Check-Ins (6pm – 8pm): Dinner, toilet breaks, and some quiet companionship to wind down. Your pet’s safety and happiness always come first. I understand how much trust it takes to let someone else care for your furry family member, and I take that responsibility seriously. • Safety: I keep walks controlled, calm, and enjoyable. I only use secure leads and harnesses, avoid unsafe areas, and always pay attention to your dog’s comfort and limits. It’s always good to get to know your dog beforehand so let me know what they’re like both inside and outside, any behavioural quirks or anything else you might think useful. • Trust: Animals respond best when they feel safe and respected. I will take time to get to know your pet’s personality so they can relax and enjoy themselves while you’re away. • Environment: I adapt to your pet’s routine and surroundings to reduce stress and keep things familiar. Walks can be energetic adventures or calm strolls, depending on what your dog needs. You can feel confident knowing your pet will be cared for with patience, consistency, and kindness — as if they were my own.

100% recommended! Natasha and her partner, Joe are wonderful carers. Harry is an elderly border terrier who suffers greatly from separation anxiety but he settled in very nicely, very quickly at their home. Even so much so that he was fast asleep, snoring on the settee within hours! We had a pre meet and greet, and I knew from that, that he was going to be absolutely fine. I received regular updates and photos throughout the day on how he was getting on. Very impressed and I will be booking Natasha again without any hesitation.

About: - I’ve grown up with dogs and have spent years dog sitting for friends and family, so you can expect a calm, confident, and caring pair of hands looking after your pet. - I understand how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone new, which is why I’m always happy to have a phone call beforehand or arrange a meet and greet to make sure you feel completely comfortable. - Growing up, I was kept on my toes by two very strong-willed terriers (including a particularly determined Patterdale … if you know, you know). They’ve given me plenty of hands on experience with lively, intelligent, and sometimes escape-artist dogs, so safety and awareness are always my top priority. - I’ve looked after a wide range of breeds, from Dachshunds and Chihuahuas to Corgis, Retrievers, and Bichon Frisés, and I adapt my care to suit each dog’s individual personality and needs. - For your peace of mind, I am fully insured and take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times. I work from home and I’m my own boss - so my routine is flexible and can adapt around what your dog needs and likes to do! If allowed, I can even take your pet for a dog-friendly ice cream at the local cafe! 🍦 (a 5 minute walk from my home) (For dog sitting) I have a secure, spacious garden for you dogs to roam around. It’s fully patterdale proofed by Zamba, seasoned escape artist! So your dogs will be perfectly safe and secure. And my house is spacious with plenty of room to roam around. There’s no other pets in the house so your dog will have my full attention. My house is a 2 minute walk from the local park and the back garden is surrounded by woodland - so lots of sniffs and it’s a dog’s paradise!

About: I’m a warm, friendly and reliable pet sitter, and together with my partner Lauren, we offer caring and dependable pet sitting for animals of all ages and personalities. As pet owners ourselves, we understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust to care for your pets and keep them happy, safe and comfortable while you’re away. Having rescued my own dog in the past, Lily, I know how much patience, trust and gentle care can mean to a pet. Through helping with her training, building her confidence and understanding her individual needs, I’ve developed a calm and compassionate approach to animal care. Together, Lauren and I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality, routine and needs so we can make them feel settled and well cared for. Whether your pet enjoys playtime, quiet companionship, sticking to a familiar routine or needs a little extra patience and reassurance, we always adapt our care to suit them. We’re especially understanding with young pets who are still learning, as well as older pets who may need a softer, more attentive approach. Pet care fits really naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I run my own business, so I have a flexible schedule and can plan my time around the pets I’m caring for. This means I’m able to offer visits, walks, and sitting at times that work best for each pet and their owner. My partner Lauren also helps with sitting and works remotely, so together we’re able to be really flexible and make sure pets get plenty of care, company, and attention throughout the day. We love creating a calm, caring environment and tailoring our service to suit each pet’s individual routine and needs. We offer pet sitting in the pet’s own home, as we find this is where they feel most comfortable, settled, and secure. Staying in their familiar surroundings helps keep their routine as normal as possible and can make the whole experience much less stressful for them. We always take the time to get to know each pet’s usual routine, from feeding and walks to playtime, rest, and any little habits that help them feel at ease. Our aim is to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away, with plenty of attention, reassurance, and love.

About: I’m a dedicated and experienced dog carer with a genuine passion for animal welfare. I have hands-on experience working in a professional dog boarding kennel, where I cared for dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments, ensuring their safety, comfort, and daily routines were always met. Alongside this, I have farm experience, giving me a strong understanding of animal behaviour, responsibility, and working with animals in varied environments. I also have experience in dog training, allowing me to support positive behaviour, basic obedience, and confidence-building in dogs while they are in my care. I pride myself on providing calm, reliable, and compassionate care, treating every dog as if they were my own. I currently work full time over three days in a boarding kennels, the other 4 days will be free for your pets. I am looking at growing my pet services business to be full time. I have years of experience with animals so I am comfortable with all sorts of animal behaviour. I will visit you and your pets before any visits are agreed to make sure all needs are discussed. If I am home boarding I have a fenced back garden with gates either side of the house for security. If you prefer your dogs are crated at night I have two sized crates available. About: I grew up with dogs in our household and for the last 20 years I've had my own dogs but lost my last one, Sanza, a Toy Poodle, in June 2025. I dog sit two Dachshund sisters aged 15 regularly and enjoy it very much. I love dogs and would treat your dogs as if they were my own. Your pet's comfort, happiness and safety is my priority. I have experience of giving medication via injection as my dog was diabetic and had to have insulin injections twice a day as well as oral medication. I also have experience of looking after senior dogs as I have cared for dogs who are 14 and 15 years old. I am available to look after your dogs in my home or at your home so they have as little disruption to their routine as possible. I am retired so I'am at home all day so can look after your pets whenever you need me. I'm very flexible and can adjust my schedule to fit in around your needs. I have an enclosed garden which is fully fenced/ brick wall. The garden is very secure. I live in a semi detached bungalow so there are no stairs to climb. I have lots of toys for your dogs to play with. I am available to look after them in their own home or at my home. I am retired so I am around all the time to look after your dogs. I prefer to look after small dogs but will look after medium sized dogs as long as they walk well on the lead as I walk with a crutch so can't manage to walk large dogs who pull or lunge too strongly when they react to other dogs. I do not look after large dogs for safety reasons.

About: I have lived with dogs since I was 10 years old. We are a family of dog lovers and our dogs are our babies. I have now been dog sitting with my partner since November and we have cared for multiple dogs needing different levels of care. We have received multiple bookings and positive feedback from all of our clients. We have our own dog who we care for and walk every day. We have lots of ideas of dog walks and also know what it is like to care for a reactive dog as our dog can be anxious around other dogs. I provide regular updates to you as an owner as I know how important this is for you. Every dog we have cared for has become part of our family for the short time we’ve had them and we always miss them and hope to see them again soon! I am looking to earn some extra money pet sitting and dog walking. As I am a primary school teacher this is something that me and my partner are able to do on evenings, weekends or school holidays. We are eager to fit in pet care at weekends and school holidays as it is something we really enjoying doing. We can care for dogs in our own home due to our dog being reactive he would not be in our home and would be cared for by my partner’s mum who shares the dog with us at her home. We treat your dog like our own and the safety of your pet is of paramount importance. We always think about how we would want someone to care for our dog when caring for your pets. Our pets are our babies and when your pet stays with us we welcome them in as a member of our family.

About: Fully insured for pet sitting. I have years of experience caring for dogs of different breeds and temperaments. I crate and toilet trained both family spaniels, now aged 1 and 4. They are both high energy dogs, so plenty of playtime and mental stimulation is important. I also have experience taking care of my families senior dogs. Catering to things such as dietary requirements, medication, patience and extra attention. I’m confident in creating a safe and loving environment for every pet. My partner and I have recently moved into our own home and I deeply miss my family dogs. I’d love the opportunity to occasionally host and care for your furry friend. Pet care fits seamlessly into my day as I work from home 90% of the time. The day can be started with a morning walk ensuring your pet gets fresh air and plenty of exercise. Throughout the day they have the option to stay inside or play in the garden. I can provide regular feeding, playtime and companionship, adjusting to your pets needs. If a dog is staying with me, I would incorporate their care into my schedule. My routine is structured but adaptable. In my home I can provide a safe, cozy, stress free environment tailored to your pets needs. With direct access to a secluded field, your furry friend can enjoy adventures in a safe and open space. Safety and trust is paramount when looking after your dog. I recommend the use of sturdy leads, harnesses when walking and will always keep a close eye on their surroundings. I completely understand the importance of your pets well-being and want to assure you I am fully insured with pet sitting coverage. While I truly hope nothing happens when your pet is in my care, please know that you can have peace of mind knowing I am fully prepared for any unforeseen circumstances.

About: I currently have a family dog named Otto who stayed at my parents house when I moved out with Paddy. We still take him on dog walks, look after him in our home when my parents go away and we had to care for him when he was a puppy (and going through the testing teenage years). I’m currently at home full-time until September, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. I can tailor my routine to suit each dog’s individual needs, whether they enjoy long walks, playtime, or simply having company. I also have a car, which gives me the flexibility to travel and explore different walking routes. When I start a new job in September, I’ll update my availability to make sure I can continue offering reliable, high-quality care. I live in a spacious two-storey home with a secure, fully fenced garden, providing plenty of room for dogs to relax and play safely. We also have a stair gate available for dogs who aren’t permitted upstairs, although we’re happy for well house-trained dogs to have access to the whole home. We’re fortunate to be close to several fantastic walking spots, including Holmebrook Valley Park, Linacre Reservoirs, and a number of other local parks. We’re also just a short drive from the Peak District, offering plenty of opportunities for varied and enjoyable walks. We currently don’t have any pets living in our home. Our family dog, Otto, a friendly Golden Labrador, lives with my parents. If your dog enjoys canine company, Otto may occasionally join us on a walk. However, if your dog prefers their own space, that’s absolutely fine too, and all walks and care can be tailored to suit their individual needs and personality.

About: Hi! We’re Larna and Richard — a friendly, reliable couple based in Chesterfield who absolutely adore dogs. Whether you need last‑minute help or a regular go‑to sitter, we’re here to make sure your pup feel safe, loved, and completely at home. We both have a car so are able to travel if required. Between us we have 6+ years experience dog sitting. We are happy to provide references upon request. We are flexible so can offer a range of services that suit you and your fur baby, offering the best care to them and ensuring communication with you is priority. Because we both work shifts, our schedule is really flexible — and works perfectly for dog care. Most days, one of us is home, which means your dog will have company for the majority of the day. Richard works mostly early mornings and is usually home by 3:30/4pm at the latest. I work a mixture of shifts, with many of them being evenings. This means there’s almost always someone around, and on the rare occasions we’re both out, it’s only for short periods. We’re committed to keeping your dog’s routine consistent, comfortable, and stress‑free. If you need last‑minute care, our overlapping schedules make it easy for us to help. I think transparency is key and would prefer to inform owners about our work schedule so we can work together to ensure it's the right fit and I can offer as much reassurance as needed - your love and dedication to your fur baby, becomes ours when they stay with us! We’ve recently moved into a cosy end‑terraced house with a secure, private gated garden, which is perfect for dogs who enjoy fresh air, sniffing around, and relaxing outdoors. Safety is really important to us, so we always make sure the gate is locked and the garden is supervised during playtime. Inside, dogs have plenty of space to settle, explore, and get comfy. We keep our home calm and welcoming, and we’re happy to follow your dog’s usual routine — whether that’s crate time, sofa cuddles, set feeding times, or specific training cues. We’re lucky to have lots of lovely walks nearby, both within walking distance and just a short drive away. Whether your dog prefers quiet paths, open fields, or a steady neighbourhood stroll, we can match their pace and energy. Because we work different shifts, one of us is home most of the day, so your dog will rarely be left alone, and only ever for short periods. They’ll get lots of attention, fuss, and company throughout the day. We’re always happy to send regular updates and photos so you can see how they’re getting on.

At very late notice, Haley, her partner and their lovely dalmatian, Sunday, were the absolute best in caring for and helping settle in our little hellraiser, Ralph, for the week. Very communicative, attentive and helpful to ease our worries. He came back a very happy and very sleepy boy, testament to the attention and fun he’d had in their care. Thank you very much! Lucy was a total lifesaver, we booked her super last minute and then asked on the morning of if she would also have our second dog as we were having issues with the original sitter for her. Lucy was happy to have them both. They both seemed to have a great time and slept all day when we got them home so evidently had lots of play time with Lucy's dogs. Lucy was happy to accommodate our dogs needs (both being high energy young dogs which can be intense and hard work) and we would not hesitate to book her again in the future. Thank you Lucy!!
