“Nicola regularly walks our sausage dog Clive , she is very reliable and always so lovely. We feel very lucky to have Nicola and Clive loves her! Clive has recently had surgery which has meant there’s been lots of extra requests we have had for Nicola during her visits and she has been so kind and accommodating every time! We cannot recommend Nicola enough!”

“Claire came to meet with us prior to booking to make we were happy with her - she was perfect! Our cat Betty was so happy with Claire. She treated her like she was her own. Lots of lovely touches, too - keeping the house tidy and welcoming for us on our return. We are so thankful to Claire for the care she gave to Betty and will definitely rebook next time we go away. Thank you so much x”

About: I have lived with dogs since I was 10 years old. We are a family of dog lovers and our dogs are our babies. I have now been dog sitting for a few months and I have cared for multiple dogs needing different levels of care. I have received multiple bookings and positive feedback from all of my clients. I have my own dog who I care for and walk every day. I have lots of ideas of dog walks and also know what it is like to care for a reactive dog as my dog can be anxious around other dogs. I am looking to earn some extra money pet sitting and dog walking. As I am a primary school teacher this is something that I am able to do on evenings, weekends or school holidays. I am eager to fit in pet care at weekends and school holidays as it is something I am really enjoying doing. I can care for dogs in my own home due to my dog being reactive he would not be in my home and would be cared for by my partner’s mum who shares the dog with us at her home. I treat your dog like my own and the safety of your pet is of paramount importance. I always think about how I would want someone to care for my dog when caring for your pets. Our pets are our babies and our family and that is how I care for your pets.
About: 💯 18+ Years experience 👩🏫 Qualified at level 7 🐕 Canine first aid trained 👮 DBS checked And…happy to look after all species! From dogs to horses to parrots to tortoises. With extensive experience in exotics, I’ll even look in on your tarantula collections! With over 18 years experience working in animal care, ranging from zoo keeping and wildlife rescue through to sanctuary and rehoming, there isn't much that I haven't seen or done. I originally trained to level 5 in animal care and did a stint in vet nursing, travelled the world for 5 years and ended up doing two degrees in conservation...don’t ask me why, because when I met my first greyhound upon returning to the UK (a 40kg white horse of a dog who nearly broke my nose) my best laid plans of working in conservation, ecology and wildlife rehabilitation went fully, and thoroughly, out the window and my obsession with all things sighthound (and dogs in general) began. I studied canine nutrition and deep dived into behaviour, ran a greyhound rehoming centre for a few years before moving to a national mix-species rescue where I learnt even more about domestic rescue, behaviour and care. Now, I am working toward starting my own sighthound rehoming charity alongside 8 other amazing women, while running my pet care services business on the side. Am I little bit mad? Absolutely. But will I give your pets the best possible care and love them as if they were my own? 100% Qualified, fully insured, DBS checked and trained in canine first aid, you will get a professional, trusted pet care services in chosing me to meet your pets needs. This is my full time job, so I live and breath pet care. My services include dog walking, pet pop-ins, sitting and holiday care, mobile microchipping, nail clipping, grooming and more! So, whatever you need, just drop me a message. I offer a free 30 minute in-person consultation with pet owners to go over their specific pets needs, and have in depth forms in which I gather all the pets details, likes and dislikes etc to make sure that I can provide a personalised service.
“Alex was amazing with Arlo in the heat, made sure he was cool with some water play and kept him calm with lick mats. So nice not to worry and fully trust someone with our boy. Thank you xxx”

About: I’m the go to dog sitter for my family when they decide to go out or on holidays. Looked after big and medium dogs. Love going in dog walks too. Usually I’m working 9-5 but on weekends if I’m needed to dog sit for family I’m there from early in the morning for all weekend. Love going on long dog walks, love having play dates and seeing happy dogs get zoomies Im a very careful and cautious dog sitter. On walks I like to keep the dogs short close to me just for their safety Incase other owners dogs become mean. About: Hi, I’m Amy 👋🏼 I’m a huge dog lover and previously offered dog boarding on Rover, which I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, after moving house and with other work commitments, I made the difficult decision to stop. However, I’m really excited to be opening my Rover profile again, starting with drop-in visits! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, from energetic puppies to senior and unwell dogs, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member. I’ve also worked in boarding kennels, which means I’m confident caring for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and needs. At the moment, I will be offering drop-in visits only, which are perfect if you’re working longer hours, out for the day, or just need a little extra help. I always aim to give calm, attentive, and personalised care, and I’ll take the time to understand your dog’s routine and preferences. I do want to be upfront that due to my work and other commitments, I’m unable to guarantee the same day every week. All bookings will need to be made based on my availability shown in my Rover calendar, but when I am available, your dog will be treated with the same love and care I give my own. I really look forward to meeting you and your dog 🐾 I work from home Monday to Friday with flexible, self-chosen hours, which gives me flexibility and allows me to be attentive and reliable when caring for dogs. I can adjust my schedule when needed to make sure each dog gets the time, attention, and care they deserve. Whether that’s feeding, playtime, or simply spending some calm, quality time together, I always make sure every dog feels comfortable, cared for, and loved while they’re with me. Safety and trust are my top priorities. I make sure doors, gates, and windows are secure, follow all instructions carefully, and maintain your pet’s usual routine to keep them settled in their familiar environment. I treat every home with complete respect, keeping things clean, tidy, and secure at all times. I understand how important it is to trust someone in your home, so I’m reliable, conscientious, and happy to provide regular updates for peace of mind.

Highly recommend her Was more than happy that she come call at short notice when I had to work away for the day and my wife just had hip surgery. Thank you Abi Will defo be in touch x”

About: Fully insured for pet sitting. I have years of experience caring for dogs of different breeds and temperaments. I crate and toilet trained both family spaniels, now aged 1 and 4. Catering to things such as dietary requirements, medication, patience and extra attention. I’m confident in creating a safe and loving environment for every pet. My partner and I have recently moved into our own home and I deeply miss my family dogs. I’d love the opportunity to occasionally host and care for your furry friend. “Great experience. Mel looked after Harry in my house for a 60-minute drop-in visit. Did a meet and greet beforehand, responded quickly and kept me updated. Lots of photos of Harry too. Definitely recommend.”

About: I’ve been lucky enough to spend my life surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes – from playful pups and cuddly cats to tropical fish, and even bees! 🐝 Animals have always been a huge part of my world, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have hands-on experience looking after dogs, cats, and fish. I’ve also trained my own dogs, which means I understand how important patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement are. Whether it’s a puppy learning the ropes, or an older dog who needs a gentler pace, I adapt to each animal’s unique needs. With bees, I’ve learned the importance of calm handling, respect, and attentiveness – skills I bring to all the pets I care for. Safety, trust, and making sure your pet feels comfortable are always my top priorities. Your furry (or finned!) family member will be cared for as if they were my own – with love, attention, and plenty of fun. A Day in My Care 🐾 • Morning Walks (7am – 9am): A refreshing start to the day with plenty of exercise, sniffing, and tail wags. Perfect for dogs who like to burn off energy first thing. Session length can be discussed. • Midday Visits (11am – 2pm): Feeding, toilet breaks, playtime, or a calm walk — tailored to your pet’s routine. • Afternoon Adventures (3pm – 5pm): Shorter walks as welcome as the longer ones, or quieter sessions in the garden depending on your dog’s needs. • Evening Check-Ins (6pm – 8pm): Dinner, toilet breaks, and some quiet companionship to wind down. Your pet’s safety and happiness always come first. I understand how much trust it takes to let someone else care for your furry family member, and I take that responsibility seriously. • Safety: I keep walks controlled, calm, and enjoyable. I only use secure leads and harnesses, avoid unsafe areas, and always pay attention to your dog’s comfort and limits. It’s always good to get to know your dog beforehand so let me know what they’re like both inside and outside, any behavioural quirks or anything else you might think useful. • Trust: Animals respond best when they feel safe and respected. I will take time to get to know your pet’s personality so they can relax and enjoy themselves while you’re away. • Environment: I adapt to your pet’s routine and surroundings to reduce stress and keep things familiar. Walks can be energetic adventures or calm strolls, depending on what your dog needs. You can feel confident knowing your pet will be cared for with patience, consistency, and kindness — as if they were my own.
“I have always used kennels when going away but thought I would try home visits and walking service instead to see how it goes. We'll I am very impressed after booking Athina services she came to our house prior to discuss things further and to meet Milo. This put us at ease straightaway and gave us peace of mind. Athina was always on time and would keep you updated with feed/water and toilet times during the visit. When booking Athina would keep in touch to make sure everything was in place and on schedule before the visits, great service and will be using her services again.”

“Fabiana is so kind and professional; our dog is quite anxious around new people in our home and Fabiana has been very assertive this week, getting to know Lara before her drop in sessions. We’ll definitely be using Fabiana again ❤️🐕”

“Jill was great. She was super communicative and sent photos and updates when you checked in on our 3 month old puppy. She met him prior to the visit and was kind and gentle with him. Wouldn’t hesitate about using her in the future!”

About: I have owned family pets since i was a child and have always been trusted to take care of them. Great service always ontime and provided regular update and photos. This is the second time we have used Athina for regular drop ins whilst we have been away. I found this service to be a better option for me keeping my dog in his familiar surroundings rather than using kennels.

Sophie-may was such a help with a very last-minute dog sitting request. She responded quickly, arrived on time, and made sure to let me know everything was ok, with a thoughtful follow-up afterward too. I’d highly recommend her to anyone needing a reliable sitter!
