“Ming is a wonderful and loving pet sitter! She took amazing care of my two cats, YuenBo & ChuChai. YuenBo is usually very shy and afraid of strangers, but to my surprise, she felt comfortable enough to approach Ming! That really shows how gentle and kind she is. My other cat, ChuChai, also became friends with Ming and clearly enjoyed her company. Ming was attentive, patient, and truly dedicated to making sure both of my cats felt safe and loved. I’m so grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter. Definitely will book again :)”

About: Hi, I'm Emma! An avid animal lover for any member of your family be it cats, dogs or other pets with a diploma in pet sitting and dog walking. I specialise in providing calm, confident care for all pups, especially dogs who need a little extra understanding. I have experience working with reactive and high energy dogs, and I take a thoughtful, personalised approach to help them feel safe and supported, whether we’re on a walk or at home. Beyond that, I also train puppies, monitor for signs of illness, and provide gentle, attentive care for senior dogs. I’m also comfortable caring for exotic pets, so no matter who’s in your animal family, I’ve got you covered :) If you’re looking for someone who truly understands that every pet is different and deserves care that matches,I’d love to help! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because it’s something I truly enjoy and prioritise. I’m currently taking a step back from my healthcare career to support family and focus on what I love most, caring for animals. This career shift allows me to offer flexible availability, including daytime, evenings, and last minute bookings. Whether your pet needs consistent daytime visits, overnight care, or an emergency walk when life gets hectic, I’m here to help. Your pet’s wellbeing will always be my top priority, and I’m committed to working around your schedule. We all know life can throw curveballs at us unexpectedly so consider me your on call (or regular) petcare provider! I am unable to keep pets in my home because it serves as a safe sanctuary for my FIV+ cat, and I want to ensure his environment remains calm and undisturbed. However, I’m happy to provide loving, attentive care in your home, where your pet feels most comfortable. I fully understand that inviting someone new into your home is a big step. That’s why I prioritise building an open, honest, and trusting relationship with both you and your pet. I know how important it is to earn your confidence, respect your space, and make your pet feel safe and cared for while you’re away. When caring for dogs, I always stick to familiar walks and areas they are comfortable with to reduce stress and keep their routine as normal as possible.

“Our 1st time using Ellie to look after our cat Binky and she was great! She gave us daily updates and photos & was prompt on all her visits. She was patient with our cat & even though Binky never usually approaches our sitters she actually got to stroke her! That's obviously all down to Ellies great approach and knowledge of cat body language. We came home to the kitchen as clean & tidy as we left it which was really appreciated and we will definitely be calling on her again in the future. Thankyou Ellie!!”

“Emma stayed and looked after my staffe Luna for a week while I was away. It was the first time I’d left her so wasn’t sure how she would be. I got regular updates. Emma gave Luna a great routine while there and had no problems walking her even though Luna had a fear of noises at that time while walking. Would definitely recommend her services.”

Melissa W.
“Rating:5 Melissa is wonderful and we couldn’t have hoped for a better dog walker and friend for patch. Patch used to be quite unsociable and scared around other dogs, but Melissa went above and beyond her duty as his dog sitter - she understands how to communicate with and train dogs and she commits herself to them entirely. Patch is a different dog since he’s been with her - so much so that when we were moving house we made sure our new place would be within Melissa’s range as we couldn’t imagine anyone being as diligent, caring and passionate as she is. I can’t recommend her enough.”
Laura T.
“Laura offers an exceptional service. My dogs adore her and can’t wait to go for adventures and walks. She also does drop-ins to feed them and let them out if I have a long commute. Laura communicates brilliantly; always sending photos and ‘pup dates’ to let me know all is well. My elderly dog doesn’t always need a long walk and Laura always keeps an eye on her and demonstrates great judgement on what she needs that day. I would not hesitate to recommend her for your pet needs. She is also great with cats and other small animals.”

Summayah S.
“Summayah looks after my 2 dachshunds, 3 cats and a guinea pig! She has done day and night visits (including walks) and always leaves the house impeccable. We feel so relaxed when going away knowing our pets are in safe hands. She gives us regular updates of the animals, to reassure us that they are okay. My two dogs are especially difficult and she handles them very well, and with confidence.”

She is experienced with a wide range of animals with different characteristics. As well as this, she is flexible with her schedule and able to adapt to any changing circumstances. Betsy has great communication skills and will send regular updates or even photos if you would like. My dog adores Betsy, as she keeps her company, keeps her mentally stimulated with enrichment, gives her plenty of exercise and most importantly gives her lots of cuddles!”
