“We left our Caucasian Shepherd Cross rescue - Calli - with John and Teresa for a 24 hour period to see how she got on - prior to a couple of week long stints that we have booked with them in February and April. We had also been for a meet and greet prior to leaving her. It was clear from our first meeting that John and Teresa are lovely people who really care about dogs and also know how to look after them and make sure they are happy. We got a photo of Calli out on a walk in the country park that borders John and Teresa’s house. She was given 2 long walks during the day. On collecting Calli, I could see that she had bonded well and was very much at home - which was great to see and put our minds at rest about leaving her for longer periods. Knowing that Calli will be so well looked after is very important to us and John and Teresa are the perfect people to ensure that is the case. Thank you very much. See you in February.”

And he got so much more than he bargained for. Lots of attention (what self respecting velcro dog wouldn't love that?), a new BFF as she had another furry friend staying over, and lots of walks with photos to dad thrown in. About: I’ve had dogs all my life, and currently have a golden retriever two years old, called Sam. I work from home Monday Wednesday Thursday and can do weekends. Sam is playful and friendly and would love the company of another dog too, I have a spacious garden, and a cool house in summer. I work from home so can look after your pup. I am saving for a new house so I’m pretty much home all the time! a lunchtime walk and access to a large fenced garden and a cool living room/kitchen. I spend most of the day with a golden retriever so can offer human and mutt company for your pup!

I have trained my own dogs from them being born I rescued a border collie who had been mistreated and she stayed with me all her life until she went over the rainbow bridge at 17. I adopted a X border collie who was partially sighted and again he was 17 when he passed. I will be the sole sitter of your dog. “I was very nervous about leaving Tucker with anyone, as he is a very anxious dog around both people and other dogs. From the very beginning, Chloe’s communication was fantastic. She was happy to meet beforehand and do a meet-and-greet so Tucker could be introduced in a calm, relaxed way, which immediately put me at ease. The way Chloe interacted with Tucker made me feel comfortable straight away. When we dropped him off yesterday, her communication continued to be excellent. She kept me updated on how he was settling in and sent regular updates throughout the day, including lots of photos, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using Chloe again. In fact, I’ve already booked her for next month and plan to continue doing so to help Tucker build familiarity and confidence. Friends visit and if your dog is pub friendly we can visit the local that has a dog bar that has treats and water bowls. I have a large fenced garden with paddling pool in hot weather and shaded areas. There is a park nearby. Comfy beds and toys in the house. Snuggles on the sofa watching tv allowed.
About: Hi, I’m Ellie, I’m 27 years old and live in Long Eaton. I’m a Junior Marketing Manager by day, fitness enthusiast by night. I really love spending time with dogs and have lots experience in taking care of dogs over just a normal day whilst I work from home, or when people need their dogs looking after whilst they’re away for a week or so. There’s nothing better than having a little buddy following you round! I haven’t got any kids around so no need to worry if your dog isn’t great with children. I’ve got a large fenced garden that dogs can run round safely. I’m looking for a lovely dog that I can take for walks and have at home as well whilst I’m WFH. I’m also available for long weekend stays too! I currently work from home on Fridays, so can look after dogs from Thursday night to Sunday evening ONLY. No long holiday stays, I live too far away from where I work to provide the best care to your dog. THURSDAY PM - SUNDAY PM ONLY. I live in a semi detached house with a large clear fenced garden so your dog can run round freely without any risk of escape or hurting themselves.
