Charlotte has been great looking after our cat over the past week. She has kept us in the loop, sent daily pictures, and helped ensure our cat was getting the correct wet food she wanted when she was being at her most fussy (my cat enjoys throwing curveballs every once in a while). She did everything we asked and more. Communication has been fantastic. We're really happy and thankful to her for cat sitting our utterly fussy bugger of a cat this last week.

We love Charlotte and more importantly so do our cats! Always gives great updates with pictures! We have used Charlotte a few times now and will continue to ask in the future 🥰x

Charlotte gave detailed and timely updates on how my cats were getting on which reassured me they were in good hands!

This is the first time we have booked a cat sitter and Charlotte was everything I had hoped for. We booked 6 drop in visits whilst we were away for a long weekend. The communication from Charlotte was excellent from the moment of enquiry right until the end of our holiday. Charlotte came and met us and the cats before our weekend away and asked lots of questions to help accommodate our needs, even offering to put the bins out! We loved getting regular updates especially the photographs of the cats greeting her at the door and getting a fuss afterwards. Charlotte fed the cats, cleared out and changed the litter and gave them plenty of attention which was clear in her feedback about each individual cat. We came back to their feeding area and litter space spotless and all rubbish in our outside bins. We would book Charlotte again without question and would encourage anyone else looking for a reliable, fuss free cat sitter to do the same.

Charlotte was fabulous. The cats were well looked after, communication was fantastic and she ensured both of our cats got their fair share of food. Would highly recommend.
