About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of my day-to-day life. I currently have a young greyhound puppy of my own, which has given me plenty of recent hands-on experience with puppy care, including toilet training, lead walking, building confidence, establishing routines and positive reinforcement. My family dog is now a senior, so I also have experience caring for older dogs and understand that they can require a gentler pace, extra patience and care tailored to their individual needs. I’m also a cat owner to my 3-year-old cat, Spot, who I’ve had since he was a kitten. This has given me experience with both kitten and adult cat care, so I’m very comfortable looking after both dogs and cats. Having pets of my own means I completely understand how important it is to trust the person caring for them. I’m patient, reliable and attentive, and I’ll always treat someone else’s pet as I would my own. I’m happy to follow their usual routines, accommodate individual needs and make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection and reassurance while in my care. Pet care already plays a big part in my everyday routine as I have pets of my own, so fitting walks, drop-ins and pet sitting into my week comes very naturally. I’m organised and flexible with my time and will always make sure I have plenty of time for each pet, rather than rushing visits. I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual feeding, walking and toilet routine wherever possible, as I know how important consistency can be for keeping them happy and settled. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my priority. When caring for pets in their own home, I’ll follow your instructions closely and respect their existing routine, environment and boundaries. I’ll take the time to get to know their personality and allow nervous or shy pets to approach me at their own pace. On walks, I’ll keep dogs securely on lead unless specifically agreed otherwise and pay close attention to their behaviour, surroundings and interactions with other dogs. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy and receiving plenty of attention and affection while they’re with me. 🐾

About: I live on my own and own a very active Cockerpoo. I've looked after and taken friends and family dogs for around 10 years. I live next to woodthorpe Park which is ideal for your dog to have a adventure day ! If it's a case of me looking after your dog/dogs on there own then that is totally fine. I have family that would be more than happy looking after ziggy for a while if you dog isn't comfortable around others. I currently work part-time so, so have plenty of time to play with your dogs! I am available during most of the week and also weekends I have a fenced garden which has lots of grass and greenery to run around in. I also live close to woodthorpe park which is ideal for your dog to run around and have adventures.

About: I have been a pet owner my whole life of both dogs and cats. I have a family dog, a cockerpoo called George who is now 7. I used to look after him when my dad was away. I cater to all needs and will amend my services where possible. I have a 3 year old Husky/Labrador called Milo. He is a very social dog and it would be nice if he made some friends. He has 3 walks a day. I can also walk the dog without Milo. I’ll ensure the dog is safe and always on a lead. I am very friendly and go the extra mile. I have a car so I can either walk local or drive somewhere dependant on the location. Thank you I work from home 4 days a week, my dog has 3 walks a day so I am already in routine. Tuesdays are office days but I can do the odd Tuesday if booked in advance. I have a fenced garden and Milo, my dog to keep your pet company. He is well trained and is always on the lead. I would recommend Mia to anyone, when Mia came to see myself and the 2 girls I was pleased to see my stray cat Suzie, who's the most shy, approach Mia after just a few minutes, I was shocked, Mia has a natural way with my girls, they are very comfy with Mia, Mia also gave Suzie her daily meds in her food and understood the relationship between the 2 girls, Mia is an excellent sitter.

This was the second time Olaya took care of my cat Mimi. Olaya is so very conscientious, friendly, and just amazing with cats. Mimi trusts and opens up to Olaya easily. Olaya is also very gentle with cats and I’m very grateful that she is very diligent about things like locking doors and handling the keys. She also sent me any photos during the sit which I appreciated. I highly recommend Olaya.
Olivia came to meet my dog before her drop ins. She asked many questions in order to understand our needs and has been professional , from initially meeting Walter to the latest drop in. Each visit I received a check in report and follow up messages. She handled my recently rehomed dog like her own. Calming, soothing, and befriending Walter while providing him with reassurance. It was definitely noticeable in Walter's behaviour the second day I arrived home and I can't thank her enough. I wouldn't hesitate to book Olivia again and can only hope she says yes.
She did a great job looking after our two cats! She was very considerate and communicative, and you can tell she loves cats! She even made sure to ask about something we had forgotten to go over or include on the instructions. We will definitely be booking her again!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-in visits, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12.00 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our booking protection will kick in. This means you'll get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
