Hi! I’m Olaya, I’m a lifelong cat lover who’s been caring for cats since I was 8 years old. I’m very attentive to their needs and always adapt to each cat’s personality and stage of life. After moving to the UK 12 years ago, I started cat sitting for friends—both at my home and through drop-in visits—because I missed having my own cats so much. In 2020, I adopted a senior cat, Lord Jasper, who required daily medication, which gave me valuable experience caring for cats with extra needs. I’m now a happy cat mum again to my lovely Canela. I truly love all cats and will treat yours as my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’m also happy to send updates and photos for your peace of mind.

Cats’ safety and comfort are always my top priorities. When visiting a home, I carefully follow all instructions and respect each cat’s space and boundaries. I make sure feeding routines are followed, litter trays are kept clean, and the home is left tidy and secure. Expect regular updates and photos, so the cat’s human always feels connected and reassured while they are away.

This was the second time Olaya took care of my cat Mimi. Olaya is so very conscientious, friendly, and just amazing with cats. Mimi trusts and opens up to Olaya easily. Olaya is also very gentle with cats and I’m very grateful that she is very diligent about things like locking doors and handling the keys. She also sent me any photos during the sit which I appreciated. I highly recommend Olaya.

Schedule
I currently work full-time, so I’m available for pet care in the evenings from 5pm on weekdays, as well as weekends. I make sure to plan my visits so each cat gets the time, attention, and care they need. I’m happy to adapt to your cat’s usual routine to keep things as consistent and stress-free as possible.
