About: I have a genuine love for dogs and cats, and my passion for animal welfare goes beyond my academic pursuits. I've had the privilege of working with various wild and domestic species at the zoo, giving me valuable insights into animal behavior. My volunteer work with charities supporting homeless dogs allowed me to apply my animal behavior analysis skills, ensuring their well-being and rehabilitation. As I pursue my conservation course at Nottingham Trent University, I continue to develop these skills, which will enable me to provide attentive and expert care to your cherished pets. Pet owners are often delighted as their furry companions quickly bond with me, making the pet's experience positive and reassuring. I am a full-time student with flexible schedule particularly over the weekends and evenings. Happy to arrange for any other times with in advance notice. 1. I have a passion for analyzing animal behavior by engaging in various interactive play activities. This helps me build a strong and trusting bond with them. 2. Living on a university campus, I'm unable to accommodate pets in my home. However, I'm more than willing to provide in-home pet care at the owner's residence, ensuring their pets are comfortable and well-attended. 3. I maintain an active lifestyle, regularly cycling and jogging, making me an ideal companion for dogs in need of joyful walks and exercise.

From children we have had a family dog, 3 cats, 3 working police dogs, 2 guinea pigs and a horse, which she has helped look after throughout their lives. Along with this she was the ‘auntie’ to my puppy who, to my upset, preferred her to me. About: i have a level 3 diploma in animal care and currently studying animal science at NTU! i’m a huge lover of animals especially our furry friends! i have previous experience with dog walking as i did this throughout the summer of 2023 and confident with all types of dogs! i offer evening walks from 4-6pm as well as extra walks on Thursdays and Wednesdays from 10am - 1pm and 4pm-6pm as these are my regular days off uni! when walking i will always keep them on leads! depending on your dogs behaviour i can avoid passing other dogs in public, and walk around quieter places. if your dog has anxiety, or is shy i can follow their favourite/regular walks if given to me by owners. All instructions and/or special requirements from owners will be made sure to followed and i can also offer regular photos throughout the walk/sitting session to ensure you your dog is happy and healthy!

She has repeatedly volunteered for anamal welfare programmes, a dog rescue centre, internship at a vetrinarian practice and a dog daycare centre. She was the primary person responsible for her own dog at the age of 14-18 until she left for college. About: I have grown up around animals, especially dogs and cats all my life. I have regularly cared for my own, my families and my friends animals, from walking to, to sitting for a few hours or a few days. I also have experience with senior dogs, as well as those with health conditions such as epilepsy. I am also good & patient with anxious dogs and cats, and am willing to put some extra time into making your pet feel safe and comfortable with me for whichever care I am providing. I’m currently working 9-5 Mon-Fri, but I am free in the evenings and weekends, with potential flexibility for more days and for stays. I have a deep understanding of the behavioral cues of both cats and dogs and expertise in caring for dogs with various health issues, including conditions like ear mites, interdigital dermatitis, and skin diseases. I am knowledgeable about the causes and treatments for these ailments. Additionally, I am proficient in providing routine pet care, such as bathing, blow-drying, nail trimming, expressing anal glands, and cleaning ears. Moreover, I know how to select suitable food for cats and dogs. In my former pet store, I regularly prepared nutritious meals for boarded pets. Through years of experience, I've learned that patience and genuine care are paramount in this profession. I am currently a college student studying equestrian-related disciplines at NTU. I have free time every weekend and am more than happy to assist those in need with taking care of their beloved pets at home. I will begin by inquiring about essential details regarding the pet, such as feeding amounts, dog-walking times, play durations, and litter box maintenance. Additionally, I'll attentively listen to the owner's specific requirements. Moreover, I offer complimentary basic health checks for the pets and can provide caregiving advice.
