Kerenza was amazing while I was away, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She looked after my cat Pumpkin so well, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. She was very caring and attentive, and Pumpkin loved her, which means a lot to me. I also really appreciated the regular updates, she kept me informed with messages (and photos), which made it so much easier to relax while I was away. It was also really reassuring that she’s a vet trainee, which gave me extra confidence that Pumpkin was being looked after by someone knowledgeable and capable. I will definitely be booking with her again!

I can throughly recommend Yeru for looking after your pet. She came and spent an hour of her own time, to meet Mopsy (he doesn’t like strangers) and see if they would get along. He loved her as soon as they met, so I knew he would be okay. I went through everything Yeru needed to know about his care, and felt confident she would be okay with him. She did everything I asked of her, was clean and tidy and respectful of my property. On many days, she also spent longer with him then the 30 minutes that Rover allowed, I can only guess they were having fun together, and lost track of time. From the video and pictures she sent me on a twice daily basis, I could see my dog was happy and well. She’s polite and punctual and a really nice person, and I really hope she will be available the next time I need a pet sitter.

About: I owned two dogs when I was in Italy. I was responsible for caring for my dog since I was 13. My dog lived 15 years and the second is now 12 but he is in Italy with my sister. We went for walks in the forest and loved going to the park to play with other dogs. I have experience in walking different sizes of dogs. I also have 8 years experience in looking after guinea pigs. I have 2 cats that can be separated from pets boarding in a different room I am currently off work until the middle of July, so I will be at home most of the day. This means I can provide regular walks, plenty of playtime, toilet breaks, feeding, medication if needed, and lots of attention and companionship. Your pet will not be left alone for long periods and will receive consistent care throughout the day. Lots of cuddles and stimulation. Always supervised and have a pet camera. I make sure to follow the pets routine and keep owner up to date with messages and pictures

Alice and her Partner have been absolutely brilliant. They have looked after Winnie so well, even taken her out for longer and to the Pub for tea with them! They genuinely love your dog like you would want them to and they have handled her well when she can be a bit tricky around Cats! I can’t recommend them enough.

About: 🔖 Full Enhanced DBS Certificate (+ registered on the Update Service), June 2025 🐕❤️ Full Insurance for Pet Care Services, Present ❶ About Me Hi! I'm Weronika, a highly reliable and knowledgeable Pet Sitter and Dog Walker with over 20 years of hands-on experience looking after animals, both professionally and personally. As a deeply caring and empathic person, I’m also a current Graduate Entry Medicine student. My lifelong passion for animals began at age 5, when my family first started providing temporary, emergency home care for rescue dogs. We cared for pets in severe physical and emotional distress, ranging in size from tiny Terriers to remarkable Caucasian Shepherds. This experience further deepened my passion for and commitment to caring for animals, teaching me patience, empathy, and expert handling. I’ve since worked with pets of all temperaments, including reactive dogs, and truly believe that any animal can thrive when their needs are properly understood and met. I’m comfortable and confident caring for pets of all kinds and sizes. As a former owner of eight dogs, I know how much of a difference trusted support can make - whether you need a reliable walker, an expert pet sitter during long-term travel, or attentive in-home care whilst you're at work. Even as I'm starting my training to become a doctor, I remain committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based care to all pets. I continuously engage in further CPD-accredited training in animal behaviour and care to ensure my services stay effective and informed with the current specialist knowledge. ❷ Additional Services Offered • Dog Training & Behavioural Support - Please contact me to discuss → currently gathering funds for a Professional Qualification as a Dog Trainer; I am attending CPD-accredited courses on the subject in the meantime -- I'm more than happy to use my current expertise to help with training your dog or any behavioural difficulties. 💡 Travel costs vary based on distance - I cycle 🚲 to help reduce these costs and am happy to discuss a fair total based on your location. Please note I do not provide boarding services at this point in time but am happy to dicuss Day Care & 24h House Sitting at the Owner's House. 🏠 ❸ Education & Professional Qualifications ✔︎ Higher Education: • BA Criminology (2021) • MSc Clinical Mental Health Sciences (2022) • MSc Psychology (Conversion, 2023) • BSMS Medicine (2025 - Ongoing) ✔︎ Pet First Aid & Safety: • Pet First Aid and CPR (2025, CPD Accredited) • Pet First Aid for Bleeding & Choking (2025) • Common Household Poisons for Pets (2024) • Health and Safety During Dog Walks (2024) ✔︎ Behaviour & Training: • Dog Health: Dog Breeds and Basic Anatomy (2025, CPD Accredited) • Dog Training Essentials (2025, CPD Accredited) 📚 Current Studies: • Level 3 Award in Canine Care, Behaviour & Welfare - AIM Qualification • Diploma in Veterinary Medicine (CPD Accredited) ✔︎ I have experience in caring for: • Dogs (Small, Medium, Large, Very Large Breed) • Cats • Birds (Cockatoo) • Fish (Aquariums/Tanks of various sizes) • Reptiles (Turtle, Chameleon, Bearded Dragon, Gecko) • Small Pets (Hamster, Gerbil, Mouse, Rat, Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Chinchilla) • Other (Tarantula, Phasmatodea aka Stick Insects, Phylliidae aka Leaf Insects) 24/7 availability - as a mature student, I will happily fully adapt based on your schedule and the pet's needs! I can also accomodate any urgent, late notice service requests. I cycle to efficiently commute between owner's houses and to reduce any additional costs 🚲 🏠 At your home: When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize keeping everything as familiar and routine as possible. I follow your instructions closely - including regarding the feeding schedules, walk times, medication needs, bedtime routines, and any quirks your pet might have. I make sure they get plenty of affection, playtime, and calm companionship. I also keep your home clean and tidy, ensuring your pet is safe to roam around and explore their usual territory. You’ll receive regular updates with photos so you always know how things are going. I am more than happy to follow any training and behavioural requirements based on your instructions, including the use of tools and specific collars/leads/etc. before heading out for a walk with your pet (if requested).

About: I absolutely adore all animals from and have since a young kid. I have taken care of family dogs and occasionally stray dogs since childhood including walking, playing, feeding, bathing, vet visits, giving oral medication. My current dog is a senior so I have the ability to ensure any pet is comfortable and the activity is suitable or adapted for each dog whether that be a young or senior dog. During my time at university I was a part of a voluntary group that walked dogs for families that were unable to do so. This was once or twice a week with both extra large dogs and small dogs. I'm in full time education at the moment moving from Ireland to England.

About: I provide dog walking, check-ins, and both dog and cat sitting. I had over 10 years of experience taking care of my own dogs, and experience dog and cat sitting others’ pets. I’m happy to care for young or old pets, as long as you let me know your pet’s needs. I’m currently a student with a lot of summer availability, so my schedule is flexible to take care of your pets throughout the week. :) I’m currently working part time and so I have plenty of free time over the summer to take care of your pets, as long as notice is given :) I am happy to adapt to your pet’s schedule, take them out as needed for them, and match whatever their energy level may be

About: I am a caring pet lover with growing experience. Dedicated to keeping pets safe, happy, and well-loved with every visit. Eager to learn your pet’s needs and treat every animal like family. I just love dogs so I make time on Tuesday evening and weekends to make my day better and go for some nice walks with cute friends. When walking pets, I make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and having fun. I follow any specific instructions from the owner, and always keep a close eye on the dog’s behavior and surroundings. I stick to safe routes, give them time to sniff and explore, and make sure they get both exercise and attention. My goal is to make each walk a happy experience.

Yifan took great care of our cat Muffin for a few days. Muffin is very timid and takes a while to warm up to people but they were best friends in no time! It was amazing to see how much care and love she had for our cat. All instructions were followed and everything kept clean and tidy. The communication was excellent - we were kept informed throughout and with every visit came lots of pictures and notes on how Muffin was getting on. Muffin was well looked after, had lots of play and cuddles. She was really relaxed and truly happy with Yifan! We will gladly rebook with Yifan. She was reliable, on time and followed Muffin’s schedule. We appreciate all the love and care :D

Leah was an incredible cat sitter and really pleased with the care my cats received. She was really accommodating to our needs and her experience as a sitter really shined through whenever we had any questions. We had never used Rover before and wanted to meet Leah at the house beforehand to show her around and she was happy to oblige. During the booking period Leah was very responsive, sending detailed reports/updates on the cats with each visit along with photos which really helped put my mind at ease. There are 779 sitters on Rover for Cat Sitting in Nottingham. About 91% of Nottingham sitters can respond to requests in under 60 minutes. Whether you are planning ahead for public holidays, need last-minute care, or need same-day cover for an urgent trip, you can message multiple sitters at once to find available care.

Once you find the right match, you can arrange a Meet & Greet to ensure they are a perfect fit for your pet’s personality before confirming.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter trays. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialisation or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available for dedicated customer support by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalised, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a key safe. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalised codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in a flat, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or lift etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover must pass an identity verification before they can list their services. An identity verification confirms that the sitter is who they say they are based on their documents.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit our Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes dedicated customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement programme for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
