“Hannah has been great, came to meet us before the drop in visit. Looked after Ruby really well on a very hot day! Would book definitely book again! Thank you Hannah 😊”

“This was another wonderful experience with Rebecca! I feel so comfortable traveling and knowing that my two cats are so well taken care of. She’s done a great job getting to know and understand their personalities, which I greatly appreciate!”

“Devon was absolutely brilliant with Kuda. He was reliable, calm, and clearly confident with dogs, which put me at ease straight away. Kuda was well cared for, happy, and relaxed during the visits, and communication throughout was great. I really appreciated the updates and the care shown — it’s clear Devon genuinely loves what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive sitter.”

“Aliyah, looked after our cat for two weeks with drop-in visits while we were on holiday, leaving food and water plus also dealt with the post. Our cat wasn't used to visitors but he took to Aliyah really quickly and there were lots of cuddles. Vary happy and would certainly recommend.”

“I would highly recommend Kerenza! She carried out drop in visits for my two cats over three days whilst I was on holiday. Both cats fed, biscuits topped up, cuddled and let in or out as per their wishes. She also administered medication to my eldest cat Daisy on a daily basis. I felt at ease with her being able to do this and could fully enjoy my time away knowing my girls were in good hands. Communication was excellent throughout. Both cats seemed happy and relaxed when I got home. I wouldn’t hesitate using Kerenza again. Thank you.”

About: I've done a lot of cat sitting, usually over a long period of time. Additionally I've had a pet dog for the majority of my life. I'm currently at NTU in my second year. So I should have lots of spare time to walk and care for pets. I'm avaliable mostly in the evenings from 4 and in gaps during lectures and seminars I'm very accustomed to caring for pets, especially dogs and cats. So I will have no trouble feeding and walking pets in a pets owners home.

About: I have over 15 years of personal experience caring for cats, from growing up with my family’s 12-year-old senior cat to co-owning a cat for 4 years. I truly understand feline behavior, boundaries, and how to make them feel safe. I've even successfully trained cats to walk on a leash and play treat-guessing games! I am a regular, trusted cat sitter for my friends' pets, and I recently completed a wonderful month-long boarding stay for a cat at my place. I live on my own in a large, quiet house with a big garden, making it a peaceful, stress-free environment for your pets. I have a lot of love to give and plenty of free time right now to focus entirely on your furry friends, whether they stay at my home or I visit yours. While cats are my specialty, I am also very open to hosting or visiting calm, friendly dogs to expand my care experience! I work completely from home, which means my schedule is highly flexible and I am around all day. Your pet will never be left alone for long periods. My daily routine revolves around providing consistent companionship, sticking strictly to your feeding and medication schedules, and building in plenty of dedicated time for play, grooming, and mental stimulation (or leash walks if they are trained for it!). Because I have a lot of free time right now, your pet will truly be my top priority. In My Home: I live alone in a large, quiet house with a big, secure garden, offering a peaceful environment free from the stress of children or other resident pets. Before any stay, I meticulously pet-proof the space. Your pet will have full freedom to roam, explore, and find their favorite cozy spots. I am extremely mindful of open doors and windows to ensure absolute safety. In Your Home: I treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping everything clean and secure. During drop-in visits, I focus entirely on making your pet feel safe and loved while you are away. Communication: Trust is everything to me. I will send you daily updates, photos, and videos so you can see exactly how much fun and love your furry friend is getting!

“Molly has cat sat for us twice now and both times she’s been brilliant. Our cat and home have both been very well looked after and we wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Thanks Molly!”
About: I have completed a Level 3 diploma in Animal Management, so I am educated on health care, animal behaviour, training and advanced husbandry so I am able to give full and accurate care to dogs, cats, small mammals and reptiles (I also know bird husbandry but I can be a bit uncomfortable around birds). I can look after animals at any life stage, including mother’s with young. I am also aiming to return to uni to study Ver Nursing in 2027 During my college course, I also completed about 200 hours of work experience at a dog groomers in my home city, so I have significant experience in basic grooming dogs (washing, drying, nail trims). Though I do not have a grooming licence, I have had practice in trimming paws, ears, tails and hygiene areas. On a personal level, I have grown up with two beautiful dogs, both raised from puppies and they both have had numerous health issues and surgeries throughout their lives so I am confident in caring for sick animals. As well as my own pets, I have worked with and bonded with so many animals at college and would love the opportunity to meet more amazing animals I know how hard it can be to leave our animals at home alone so I hope to bring you and your furbabies comfort and peace while you are apart. I do work full-time (roughly 35 hours p/w) in Notts Train Station with a 7 hour shift pattern. I can attend to animals mornings, and evenings, and I can check on homes during my shift if they are relatively close by. I will follow your house rules and make sure doors and gates are always locked, and whenever I have to take dogs outside I will supervise them at all times, and any walks will be on-lead unless instructed otherwise. For other animals (reptiles, small mammals) I will make sure I maintain proper hygiene if I need to enter enclosures to prevent cross contamination of smells and reduce stress.

About: I’ve spent most of my life with dogs, and love playing with them, walking them, and brushing them till they shine. I’m looking forward to giving your pets the same kind of care I’ve always given to my own I’m currently between full time jobs, so I can come over for walks or bathroom breaks whenever needed, and am usually available any night but Friday for overnight house sitting. I am happy to follow your usual routine in turns of feeding and caring for your pets. I’m highly adaptable and detail oriented so I’ll make sure to give your pets the best care possible as they await your return.
About: I have raised and trained 3 dogs of my own, all different breeds so I am great with all dogs. Love walking! Great with senior dogs as well. Studying at university but only have 12 contact hours a week so have plenty of time for dog sitting. Able to do university from home if needed to be in the house all day. Making sure that the pet and I know each other well, getting them accustomed to their surroundings (if at mine). Respecting the owners preferences, for example not letting the dog upstairs even in my own home to not break the habit

About: iv grown up with pets my whole life.Currently i have 2 dogs, 1 cat and a rabbit ,so caring for animals comes naturally to me. I’m currently a student who also works from home therefore i have plenty of time to fit in my schedule looking after animals. Since moving to university i miss taking care of pets and therefore i would love to walk dogs in my spare time. In my household i have a senior labrador who needs a lot of support therefore i have good experience with older dogs who struggle to walk. Not only do i love animals i rescued with my mother my other dog and cat off the street as they were strays. I have a nurturing side to myself as i would say i get on better with animals then humans.

Nottingham cat owners share their Rover experiences
First time using Laura, who really helped us out last minute with cat sitting which was hugely appreciated. She came for our house key a couple of days before and listened to me waffle on about all our cats quirks and habits, and updated us whilst we were away with photos and pictures of the cats clearly living their best lives! I'd be more than happy to use her as a sitter again! Cheers Laura!

An absolute pleasure 🙏. The boys absolutely loved Rasa and so did I. What a genuine naturally caring person. Genuine love for the cats. Even kept onto the keys in case we were delayed in traffic or flight. ..Legend. Thanks Rasa and welcome to the family. An amazing find. A gem. You will not be disappointed.

Our first time with Cat in a Flat and we hit the jackpot! From the moment we met Abi we knew our lads were in safe hands and so it proved. She quickly set up a great routine for Jet and Cooper and receiving cuddles from them showed how much they could trust her! The photos showed all this! We’d like to use Abi again and we’ll also let our cat keeping friends know about her! Receiving all this meant we also had a great time not having to think about how the lads were getting on. Abi, thanks ever so!!
Rhiannon came for a pre-visit and collected the key. We talked about our cats needs and schedule. Rhiannon then arrived, on time, each day she was visiting Shadowfax and Wesley and sent us lots of photos and updates. Would definitely book Rhiannon again to look after Shadowfax and Wesley.

Shani saved my holiday. I booked a cat sitter who was supposed to show up the day before I fly and never did. I found Shani and she came round the following day, could do everything I asked and send some amazing updates. Thank you for taking such good care of my cat!💜
