She also went above and beyond by scooping their litter tray, washing their bowls, and refreshing their water, even though I’d told her she didn’t need to. It’s clear that Megan genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. Everything was absolutely perfect, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with Monoco and Goose again. About: Hi, I’m Elle! I’m based in Belper/Ripley, Derbyshire and work from home three days a week, while leading a very active lifestyle. I’ve always volunteered to look after family and friends’ dogs, whether that was taking them for walks or house sitting while their owners were away. Over the past few years, I’ve become really close with my partner’s dog, which has only grown my love for spending time with dogs. Through my experience, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to older dogs with different needs. I’m confident following feeding schedules and dietary requirements, giving medication if needed, and making sure every dog gets the exercise, attention and care they deserve. I genuinely love being around dogs and always treat every one as if they were my own. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits and house sitting during the day, making sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise and care while you’re away. Please note that I don’t offer overnight stays. I currently work a flexible, hybrid role where I am able to visit or walk your pets at any time of the day. After work each day and most weekends, I typically do an outdoor activity of running or walking and would love a fury friend to join me on these evenings, or I would be happy to wind down after a long day, whatever suits your pets needs. About: We’ve both grown up around dogs and they’ve always been a big part of our lives. My partner has had dogs for his whole life for around 25 years, from big dogs to small ones, so caring for dogs is something that’s always come naturally to him. We currently have our 13 year-old rescue Staffy, who my partner adopted when she was just two. Having a rescue dog has really shown us how important patience, trust and taking the time to understand a dog can be. We know that leaving your dog with someone else can be difficult, especially when they’re used to their own home and routine. That’s why we’d be looking after your dog in their own home, where they can stay comfortable and settled while you’re away. We’ll keep to their normal routine as much as possible and give them plenty of walks, attention, cuddles and company. It’ll be both of us looking after your dog, so they’ll have two people around who genuinely love dogs and will treat them as if they were our own. We’ll take the time to get to know them, their personality and what they’re comfortable with, rather than expecting every dog to be the same. For us, it’s really about making sure you can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is safe, happy and being well looked after at home. I work from 8-4:30pm in the week and I drive, so I can easily travel to your home to support your dog’s needs as required. I don’t offer boarding, but I provide reliable home visits for feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship — allowing your dog to stay comfortable and relaxed in their own familiar environment. I have a fenced garden, so they have space to play and feel comfortable, knowing that they cannot get out or escape so you can feel reassured knowing this.

Megan was fantastic. She struck up a trusting relationship with my cats very quickly. She went above and beyond on a daily basis, waiting for cats to come home for meal times, cleaning up and she followed my instructions down to the letter etc. Very organised, kind, caring and funny actually.
