1. Evie K.

“Evie house sat for our four dogs and (just one!) cat while we went to a family wedding. She was excellent. Very engaged before the booking and provided a great service allowing us to enjoy the wedding without any concerns. We have no hesitation in recommending her.”

2. Julia P.

“Julia looked after Otis and our house for 2 weeks. She kept us updated with how things were going and sent regularly pictures of Otis. She is a lovely girl and Otis was very fond of her. Our house was left exactly as we left it, like no one had even been there. I highly recommend Julia to anyone seeking a pet sitter. Very reliable and likable. Would give more stars if possible.”

3. Alice R.

“Alice did a great job with our dogs! She was communicative and reliable and they adore her. When we got home the house was tidy and all the animals were happy and well. I would highly recommend Alice and would book her again anytime.”

6. Miss Olivia Kate B.
“We have used Olly on many occasions to look after our dogs and ponies. Olly is always very reliable, trustworthy and also self reliant. Our dogs and ponies have always been extremely well looked after. I have no hesitation in recommending Olly to you for your animal and home care needs. Olly has stayed in our house often And always left it extremely clean and tidy. We felt very confident being away and trusting her with our home, possessions, and beloved animals.”

7. Clare F.

“Clare took excellent care of Winston and Lucy, they were very happy when I got back! The dogs instantly loved her when they met during the meet and greet. She also was very communicative and kind when we had some scheduling issues and had to adjust our plans. She left the house clean and tidy. I would definitely book her again in the future.”

8. Teodora C.

“We have a healthy cat and 2 dogs with chronic health problems and taking long term medications. They are a bit of a handful at times and I was really nervous about leaving them with a sitter for the first time. Teo was absolutely wonderful with them. She is caring, kind and patient and clearly loves animals. She kept the house and garden clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend her anyone and will definitely employ her again.”

9. Sharon G.

“Sharon was an absolute gem, kept me updated and went out of her way to make sure Felicia had some good walks . I came back home to a very happy pup. Can't wait to use her services again.”

10. Evelyn M.

“Having met Amber and Evie a couple of times before our holiday I felt completely comfortable relaxed and confident that our pets and home were going to be cared for and respected. Amber has done an amazing job of looking after our much loved ageing pets whilst we were away. Bonnie loved her walks and cuddling up on the sofa with Amber. Misha our very vocal cat! Enjoyed snuggles on the sofa and a morning fuss whilst Amber was trying to work! These little endearments were photographed and sent to us with regular updates of our pets quirky traits! Both pets have medication which wasn’t a problem to Amber. We returned home to a lovely clean house, Amber had even washed and dried her bedding! Our holiday was a long awaited for, much needed, 3 generation family holiday which was made so much better because it was spent without worry or concern for our pets and home and that was because of Amber. Our heartfelt thanks for an amazing service.”

11. Denise K.
“If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets like family, look no further than Denise K.! She is, without a doubt, one of the most caring, responsible, and loving people I know—especially when it comes to animals. Denise has an incredible way with pets, making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. Whether it’s going for long walks, playing in the yard, or just giving extra belly rubs, she always goes above and beyond to make sure every pet in her care is happy and well looked after. She’s patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoys spending time with animals, which is why they instantly take to her! I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated she is to making sure pets are not just cared for, but truly loved and spoiled (in the best way!). Denise is reliable, trustworthy, and always puts the well-being of animals first. I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a top-tier pet sitter or dog walker.”

12. Abigail G.

“Abigail was brilliant, it was the first time using Rover and a pet sitter at our house. Abigail came to meet our dog before hand and I felt comfortable with her looking after willow and the house. We had updates as to how the sitting was going and the house was left very tidy. Will definitely use again 😁”

13. Ellie W.
“Ellie cared for my dog Benji whilst I went on a weekend away. I chose Ellie to look after Benji as I know she is a caring and trustworthy person - who has also had pets for as long as I have known her (20 years!). Whilst I was away Ellie kept me updated with lots of messages and photos. I returned to a very happy, healthy and content dog.”

14. Jane S.

“We have no reservation recommending Jane after leaving her to house and dog sit for 2 weeks. Jane is a very friendly, caring. calm person who put us at ease at first meeting. Our dog settled with her very quickly and Jane was able to cope admirably with her quirky fun loving antics. We returned home to a very chilled out, relaxed dog and a tidy house. Thankyou for the photos and videos. We were able to relax, knowing that our dog was in safe hands. Thankyou.”

15. Paul L.
“Paul was a life saver when he took my dog Ted out for a walk a few times when I was too ill to walk him myself. He is great with Ted, who is always very excited to see him, and knows he will get a back scratch and a treat. There are very few people I would trust to look after my dog but I would definitely recommend Paul.”

16. Bethany L.
“I have known Beth for many years and can vouch for her caring and responsible attitude towards animals. She regards them as friends and family members, not just pets. I would have no hesitation in entrusting any animal of my own to her care.”

17. Ameli C.
“Amelia has the kindest spirit and is such a lovely girl . My Dog Lola absolutely adores her ! And looks forwards her to walks with Amelia. They have a great bond and all animals are drawn to her ( my cats included ) 🤗”

18. Emily M.

“With a 4-month old puppy, we are new to Rover. We needn’t have worried - Emily was brilliant, from our initial message to a meet & greet and then the evening itself. Our puppy was clearly happy with her and his routine was kept - not sure he even noticed we had gone! We’d 100% recommend Emily and will be booking again. Thank you!”

About: Use discount code: MEGANC50796 Both my partner, Reece, and I come from families who have had pets for many years, both cats and dogs. Including our sweet senior patterdale terrier, Millie and our chunky ginger house cat Sam. Our family once owned a dog walking and boarding business for many years. This meant my childhood was filled with nothing but dogs, dogs and more dogs! A dream come true! We live in beautiful Derbyshire with plenty of places to walk fury companions. We also have a large car available to transport pets to new adventures in the lovely Peak District. Our favourite place to walk currently is Chatsworth, Brierly Park, Black Rock and Alfreton to Oakerthorpe. Happy to provide shorter walks or adapt the walk to meet the needs of your pets. We love our fury companions as babies… cuddles, sharing a bed, extra love and attention, lots of belly scratches and plenty of walks! We will treat all animals we take care of as our own. I currently work for the NHS Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00. My partner, Reece, works Monday-Thursday 6:00-5:00. We are available both Saturdays and Sundays throughout the days and also some evenings 5:30pm onwards. We are happy to be flexible where possible to meet your needs and desires. Currently we only provide a service within the owners home due to having my own animals. Our senior lady prefers her own space these days. Prior to any bookings it would be great to find out a little more about your fury companion. Their favourite treats and toys, their usual routines, any allergies, behavioural needs/issues, training, lead/harness/collar walking, medication, crate trained etc.
