About: I’ve taken care of a range of animals my whole life, my neighbours have asked me to take care of their pets ranging from a quick pop in to feed the cat, a lap round the village with the dog, putting the geese away at night and dog sat for many an evening. I am a student who has just moved home from university and am writing my dissertation so I have a very free and open schedule at the moment. About: I have been regularly dog sitting for a lovely elderly dog while its owner is at work or on holiday. I have always had dogs and cats growing up and have two cockapoos of my own now. I have bred cockapoos too and happy to help with any tips with whelping / puppy care I work part time from home with flexible hours, so I can work easily anywhere as long as I have wifi from Monday to Saturday. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats since I was 6 and have always loved being around animals. Over the years, I’ve regularly looked after pets for friends and family, from feeding and walks to playtime and keeping them company. It’s actually looking after their pets that gave me the idea to start pet sitting for others. I’m also a pet owner myself and have had my two cats for the past two years. I make sure they have everything they need, including fresh water, stimulating toys and an automatic feeder. My cats can also be kept completely separate from any pets I look after, so every animal can have their own comfortable space and feel happy and settled. I have lots of toys for your dogs to play with. I am available to look after them in their own home or at my home. I am retired so I am around all the time to look after your dogs. I prefer to look after small dogs but will look after medium sized dogs as long as they walk well on the lead as I walk with a crutch so can't manage to walk large dogs who pull or lunge too strongly when they react to other dogs. I do not look after large dogs for safety reasons.

Evie did a wonderful job looking after my cat, Ted, while I was on holiday. She made the effort to get to know Ted and learn about his routines and favourite toys before the visit. During my trip Evie kept me updated with messages and lots of lovely pictures of Ted so I could see he was happy. I came home to a spotless house and a very happy cat, who had enjoyed his week with Evie. He is already missing her.
