About: What sets me apart is a combination of professional experience and a genuine lifelong love of animals. I’ve been around and owned pets since I was three years old, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Professionally, I’ve worked within a veterinary practice as well as in an animal kennel environment specialising in the import and export of pets. These roles have given me hands-on experience caring for animals of different ages, breeds, temperaments and individual needs. I’m confident caring for everything from young, energetic pets to older animals who may need a gentler pace and a little extra patience. I’m also comfortable around nervous or unsettled animals and understand the importance of routine, reassurance and recognising changes in behaviour or wellbeing. My experience means I’m confident following detailed feeding, medication and care instructions, while my personal experience means every pet in my care will be treated with the same patience, affection and attention I’d give my own. I am currently available during weekends, I can dedicate time throughout the day to feeding, walking, playing with and caring for pets as needed. I will also gradually be able to offer weekday care from September, working it around my existing commitments and increasing my availability as I settle into a regular routine. This means I can provide reliable, consistent care while making sure each pet gets the time and attention they need. This really depends on the needs of your pet, I am happy to accommodate any and all requirements you request to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both you and your pet(s)!

About: CATS - I’ve had cats since the age of 9. I currently have 3 cats who I adore. One of them has asthma and I am experienced in medicating her with her inhaler. I have had cats in the past who have been on tablet medication who I have solely cared for so am experienced in giving cats tablet medicine. I previously cared for a cat who had medication from a syringe (orally) so I have a bit of experience giving medicine in a syringe to cats also. I have groomed every cat I’ve owned including nail care. DOGS - I lived with dogs for a number of years when I was at home with my parents. I don’t have experience giving dogs medication or grooming them but I have lots of experience walking small - medium dogs. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with large dogs unfortunately. I absolutely love animals and have so much room in my heart to love and care for them. Unfortunately I just don’t have the room in my house, which is why I choose to care for others pets instead so that I can still open my heart to them. I am a mobile carer so I’m always on the go. I’m very used to driving around and keeping to specific schedules so I’m happy to stay as close to your pets personal schedule as I can! CATS - when caring for a cat in your home I will stick to routine as much as possible and follow your guidelines in your home. I do not board cats. DOGS - with dogs I will follow your routine as much as possible as well and follow your guidelines in your home. Walks will always be on lead unless told otherwise, and I will only take them off lead once I am confident they will come when I call them. I do not board dogs

About: I have five years of personal experience caring for my own dog. He is now 9 years old and lives with my mum in Ukraine, but he was part of my everyday life for five years. Caring for him taught me a lot about a dog’s daily routine, walks, feeding, playtime and the importance of patience and attention. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I always try to make them feel safe, comfortable and happy. Although I’m new to Rover, caring for my own dog has given me genuine hands-on experience with dogs. I would treat every dog in my care with the same patience, kindness and attention that I gave my own. I have a flexible schedule and am available for dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. I can usually accommodate morning, afternoon and early evening bookings. I’m happy to discuss specific days and times with each owner and will always make sure I can give each pet the time and attention they need. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable and cared for. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully and take the time to understand their dog’s routine, personality and individual needs. During walks, I keep dogs secure and pay close attention to their surroundings and behaviour. I always use the equipment provided by the owner and follow their instructions regarding leads, treats and other routines. For drop-in visits, I make sure pets have everything they need, including fresh water, food if requested, and plenty of attention and playtime. About: Hi, I’m Aurora! I’ve always adored animals, and those around me often refer to me as the cat or dog whisperer. I can often get animals that are usually shy/anxious to warm up to me pretty well. This may be because I’ve always been around animals and have a shy/timid temperament myself! 🫣 I grew up with 2 labradors, Molly and Maggie, who were my best friends. Since I was old enough to help with their care I have been looking after animals. I had another dog later on before I moved over to the UK (from the US) and I now have 4 cats (They wouldn’t dare let me have a dog now & I wouldn’t have space anyway 😂) I have looked after dogs occasionally for friends and through another app, and I’m very eager to spend some time with more puppers! I’m confident in walking dogs, though I may struggle with large dogs that pull as I’m quite petite. I have experience walking dogs who are dog reactive as well as looking after anxious dogs. Having had up to 8 cats (& owning 6 for many years before the oldest 2 sadly passed away) means I’m somewhat of an expert at feeding times! I’m capable of administering any oral medications required, I have experience of this with both cats & dogs. I can bathe dogs or do other grooming bits (I have long haired cats & I’m able to bathe them 😆😬) and I’m happy to take on any specific requirements you may have for your dog! I’m also happy to look after other animals - and even plants 🌱 I will take notes on your care requirements when we meet and will be sure to look after your pets to the best of my ability and hopefully as close as possible to the way you would care for them 😊 I have a pretty open schedule as I have Cystic Fibrosis so I am on full time disability and therefore can be around 24/7 if required. My health has improved a bit recently so this won’t affect my ability to care for your pets, and I could really do with some dog walking to get me out of the house! I will care for your pets as I would my own. I am happy to stick to any routines or requirements which you may have. I understand being anxious to leave your pets & will provide as many updates as you’d like! (I can sometimes send too many photos, so please communicate your preferences to me 😊)

I have experience with reactive dogs and giving medication to dogs. I am quite flexible but do have anotjer PT job, I do have someone who I ask to help me out if I'm stuck. About: I’ve had spaniels since the age of 6 and I’ve taken them for walks in different areas and fed them all types of food . Im a Pe teacher so am a bundle of energy ! I’ve have very weekend off available to spend time with the lovely doggies . This makes sure all my time is dedicated to them . I am very adaptive so if your pet has a set routine I can certainly work around their needs so they feel as comfortable as possible! I LOVE CUDDLES! I would like nothing more than to spend as much time as possible with your pet. If they are used to sleeping on the bed, fine by me. If they are quite independent and like to spend their time chilling out. No problem at all, like I say I can adapt to the needs of your pet :)

About: I had 2 beautiful staffies that have now passed on due to old age and I know how hard it is to find good people to look after your pet last minute or even for holidays or days out, I miss having dogs but like to travel so can no longer be a permanent dog owner, but I'm happy to share the love and look after your furry friends In your time of need. I have experience looking after cats and dogs in my adult life and had various other pets as a child (all had fur or feathers) I do not allow animals on my furniture or on/in my bed, these are my non negotiables as I like the spaces I use to relax to be free of dog hair and dirt. This doesn't change the fact that your pet will be loved and fussed (if that's what they like) I prefer dogs to have a crate as my 2 loved theirs and it helps keep boundaries in the home, however, I am flexible with each pets individual care needs, I can sleep downstairs or have your pet sleep in their bed in my bedroom if needed for anxious pets or those used to sleeping in bed with their owners. I would prefer a visit/meet before any official booking to ensure I am the right fit for your pet and vise versa, but I appreciate this won't always be possible, communication is key, as I want to offer the best care possible for your pet. I have experience in crate training, muzzle training and puppy/toilet training. I have also have experience with teaching dogs of all ages new tricks, commands and stimulating their minds so they are more receptive to learning. I have been looking after other people's dogs before for years including family members, friends and a few friends of friends. Ive had dogs stay with me for weeks at a time too. Whatever your needs are give me a shout, I used this service myself for my boy years ago and was very anxious to leave him with a stranger so please ask any questions you may have, I'm an open book. I work from home on certain days of the week, this can change as sometimes I may need to visit clients but this is rare and usually pre planned. Pets will be walked first thing in the morning before work and then again after work, or whatever is required for each individual. It's important and animal is stimulated and gets exercise if they are able. I have a small grass back garden that is fenced off for fresh air and toilet needs, there is a park 2 minutes form my house for walks etc. I don't currently have any pets at home

“I was really dubious about leaving my two boys with a dog boarder, I suppose most of us are for the first time. I spoke to a few potential boarders before Sue, I'm so glad I waited to find her. We had a couple of meet n greets at Sue's house and mine, original plan was to sit with the boys @home. Sue welcomed the boys into her home, the were well looked after. Sue was kind to send picture of them both having fun, putting my mind at rest. I was so impressed with the care she gave them both, I definitely recommend Sue, 100%>”
