About: I've been around dogs of different kinds all of my life. Looking after friends and family dogs, feeding, walking, bathing, grooming, cuddling ;) Cuddles on the sofa, zoomies or walks in the park dogs I enjoy it all! I'm a Personal Assistant who is lucky enough to work from home. I started my career working with children in schools, I was then Cabin Crew for a short while, until I found a job I love. DBS checked ✅ Historically First Aid trained including advanced aviation med (certificates lapsed) I am not quite in a position to have my own but I'd love to help care for your pooch. Most of the week I work from home. I am normally in the office one day a week and will be out of the house for around 10hrs so would avoid have visitors, as I have no one to pop in to let them out. Weekends I am home or local to home. There are no other pets or children in the house. I have a large kitchen which is safe for dogs, which leads out onto a secure paved fenced garden. I have multiple walks local to my house, with the Peak District a short drive away for longer walks.
“Evie’s first day with Clare and it was clear to see when I picked her up that Evie had felt very much at home with Clare. Having been sent a video of Evie on a wall and pics of her playing, I was as able to enjoy my day out knowing Evie was in excellent hands and being taken care of. Thank you Clare and see you again soon!”

“Natalie instantly makes you feel at ease looking after your dog in a home from home setting, we loved that our Lurcher had company with her lovely dogs too… We will definitely be booking some more dates in soon and thankyou for being so lovely 🌼”

“David was clearly a dog lover and both dogs seemed happy to go back on the second day. David was very good at communicating and sent photos of Leo and Poppy. I would not hesitate to recommend David nor leave Leo and Poppy with David again.”

About: - I’ve grown up with dogs and have spent years dog sitting for friends and family, so you can expect a calm, confident, and caring pair of hands looking after your pet. - I understand how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone new, which is why I’m always happy to have a phone call beforehand or arrange a meet and greet to make sure you feel completely comfortable. - Growing up, I was kept on my toes by two very strong-willed terriers (including a particularly determined Patterdale … if you know, you know). They’ve given me plenty of hands on experience with lively, intelligent, and sometimes escape-artist dogs, so safety and awareness are always my top priority. - I’ve looked after a wide range of breeds, from Dachshunds and Chihuahuas to Corgis, Retrievers, and Bichon Frisés, and I adapt my care to suit each dog’s individual personality and needs. - For your peace of mind, I am fully insured and take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times. I work from home and I’m my own boss - so my routine is flexible and can adapt around what your dog needs and likes to do! If allowed, I can even take your pet for a dog-friendly ice cream at the local cafe! 🍦 (a 5 minute walk from my home) (For dog sitting) I have a secure, spacious garden for you dogs to roam around. It’s fully patterdale proofed by Zamba, seasoned escape artist! So your dogs will be perfectly safe and secure. And my house is spacious with plenty of room to roam around. There’s no other pets in the house so your dog will have my full attention. My house is a 2 minute walk from the local park and the back garden is surrounded by woodland - so lots of sniffs and it’s a dog’s paradise!
“My 3 and a half year old cockerpoo, Ralph, stayed for day care with Nikki for the first time yesterday. We went for a meet and greet last week and Nikki was great with Ralph. Nikki showed Ralph love, care and fuss (and treats!). Nikki sent me lots of pictures and videos during day care of how happy Ralph was at hers and playing with other dogs in the garden. Nikki is very accommodating for your needs and makes you feel assured that you are leaving your dog in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about your dog. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you Nikki.”

“Meg was an absolute star!! She went above and beyond to help out with last minute Lucy care. So lovely and approachable. We were update throughout Lucy’s visit on her progress with messages and videos. I can’t recommend Meg enough. We will definitely use her service again when in the area. Thanks Meg!! ⭐️”

About: I have over 5 years of experience caring for dogs and am a huge dog lover. I’ve regularly looked after dogs for friends and family, including my friend’s dog and my auntie’s dog, who I care for quite often. Through this experience, I’ve become confident handling dogs of all different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I absolutely love spending time with dogs and enjoy taking them on walks, playing with them, cuddles and making sure they feel happy. Whether it’s a long walk, some company during the day, or lots of attention and affection, I treat every dog as if they were my own I work from home full time so happy to care and be around for your dogs with my flexible schedule🐶 I have the time to pop over, go on walks or a have your dog for a sleepover most days 🐾 I live in a detached house with a good sized fenced garden! It is 3 storey so there is stairs to consider if your dog likes to sleep upstairs, but plenty of rooms and space if your dog likes sleeping elsewhere. I live near lots of walking trails, fields, woods, and swimming spots! I don’t have any other pets and live with my boyfriend who also absolutely loves dogs too.
About: I have grown up with and looked after dogs, my whole life and know how to handle nervous and excited dogs. I’ve been lucky enough to grow up with dogs. Most of the dogs I’ve grown up with have I’ve been adopted from situations that I did not deserve to be in. Most came from abusive homes I and my family were able to encourage them to come out the shell am I thoroughly enjoy getting know the dogs personality. I recently graduated with a bachelors in politics and I’m currently completing a law conversion at home. While my fiance works at the health and safety executive in Buxton. As I am home most of the day, my schedule and routine would be fitting and around the pup. I strongly believe that positive reinforcement is the only reinforcement love nurture and constant affection are the only way to go. I will always believe that a dog is an extension of the family and will always be a member of the family and so should be treated with the most love and care.
“Ollie had our 2 year old dog and looked after him tremendously. Ollie is a warm, kind person who bonded with Rufus as soon as he met him. I felt very comfortable leaving Rufus with Ollie and know that he looked after him really well, took him for walks and gave him cuddles. 10/10 would recommend, thanks so much again Ollie ?”

About: I currently have a family dog named Otto who stayed at my parents house when I moved out with Paddy. We still take him on dog walks, look after him in our home when my parents go away and we had to care for him when he was a puppy (and going through the testing teenage years). I’m currently at home full-time until September, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. I can tailor my routine to suit each dog’s individual needs, whether they enjoy long walks, playtime, or simply having company. I also have a car, which gives me the flexibility to travel and explore different walking routes. When I start a new job in September, I’ll update my availability to make sure I can continue offering reliable, high-quality care. I live in a spacious two-storey home with a secure, fully fenced garden, providing plenty of room for dogs to relax and play safely. We also have a stair gate available for dogs who aren’t permitted upstairs, although we’re happy for well house-trained dogs to have access to the whole home. We’re fortunate to be close to several fantastic walking spots, including Holmebrook Valley Park, Linacre Reservoirs, and a number of other local parks. We’re also just a short drive from the Peak District, offering plenty of opportunities for varied and enjoyable walks. We currently don’t have any pets living in our home. Our family dog, Otto, a friendly Golden Labrador, lives with my parents. If your dog enjoys canine company, Otto may occasionally join us on a walk. However, if your dog prefers their own space, that’s absolutely fine too, and all walks and care can be tailored to suit their individual needs and personality.
“Hayley and Pete are so good with Betty, she loves spending time with them and their little boy! She always comes home a happy pup after a good day of playing and loving, and Hayley is so good at keeping us posted on their day. Thank you Hayley and Pete! 💗”

Whether it’s playtime, walks, or quiet companionship, I make sure every visit leaves your pet happy and stress-free I am a healthy, active, retired professional lady. I live alone so would have plenty of time and love to give to your fur baby My garden is fully fenced. Your fur baby would live indoors. Sleep on my bed if that is what they are used to. I have no other pets so it will be just your dog.

“For a first time ever at daycare I'm really pleased. Obi is a nervous little guy sometimes and Dilma and co. really helped Obi feel comfortable. He even had a little nap which I was surprised at. I didn't know if he was going to be able to settle in a strange environment. Will definitely be coming back for another play day x”
