About: Grown up in the countryside so have been walking neighbours, family friends/ friends dogs since I was very young. Plenty of time on my hands at the moment so quite flexible. Please note: no specialist skills. Simply a causal dog walker. Currently recovering from chronic illness and cannot work at the moment, therefore loads of time on my hands to walk around! Very flexible and can do most times in the day, weekends might be busier. I look after pets in my own home by giving them a safe, comfortable space, regular feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of attention to make them feel happy and relaxed.

About: I have done pet sitting on and off as a side project for many years, including while living in Los Angeles, as you can see from my profile. I had been travelling and pet sitting until recently settling in Sheffield. I work from home and love having animals around. I don't have any pets of my own because I travel intermittently, so I enjoy looking after other people's pets when I can. There are several large parks near the house which are excellent for long walks where needed. While I am mostly at home, I do go out from time to time, so primarily sit for animals who are OK for up to four hours by themselves. I will do my best to check we have similar expectations before the sit begins. I work from home, so it's pretty easy to factor in any pet care routines and pick up and drop offs. I do have a back garden so there's some outside space here, and many parks close by for walks. I'm adjusting to pet sitting expectations in the UK so am prepared there may be slight differences to the US. I would usually expect that people bring their own litter tray for cats and poo bags for dogs but if that is unusual let me know. I have a relaxed home, animals are welcome on furniture, but of course if that clashes with home realities and you would prefer they don't, just let me know.

She’s super friendly and playful, and thanks to her, my home is well stocked with toys, cat trees and cosy spots. She’s pretty good at sharing too, so visiting cats usually feel right at home. About: We've done pet sitting for friends, family & neighbours for 10+ years. Me & my partner Charlie work from home 9-5 and we love animal company. We have a park steps away and take great care of our animal pals. We already look after a couple of friends pets semi regularly and thought we could meet more pals and get some extra income too through Rover. I work 9-5 at home full time (with just 2 office days a month). My partner has more flexible hours and works at home full time. We both love animals and enjoy being outdoors for daily walks anyway as the neighborhood is so lovely to wander around. Our garden is small but enclosed and safe - typical Sheffield terraced house but a totally private garden, no shared access. A couple of parks are very close by here for walks. We treat pets like family and let them roam through the house where they like, and keep a close eye on them as we know how precious they are.

I’m very observant and detail oriented so if I notice anything unusual with your pet - like a limp or change in appetite, I’ll let you know. I’m reliable and will keep you updated while you’re away, with plenty of photos too! Prefer daytime drop-offs for boarding it helps dogs settle in more easily and reduces first night anxiety. I’m working part-time from home with a flexible schedule so I have plenty of time for pet care. Most weekdays I’m free, and I can also cover weekends when needed. I live in a flat with access to a safe shared garden, and I love taking dogs out for park walks and longer hikes. They’ll always be well looked after and kept comfortable.

About: I have a dog myself, a 4 year old Jack-A-Poo. I walked him every day and trained him from when he was a puppy. I am now at university and miss him loads, I would love the opportunity to be able to get back into dog walking.
