About: I have a soft spot for senior pets, but a love for all! I can accomidate any medical needs and have worked with pets from all walks of life and rescue backgrounds. I am a neurodivergent women and a carer for my longtime partner with 2 elderly cats of my own so i am very flexible and enjoy the change in pace day to day! My cats want for nothing, living very fulfilling lives with enrichment coming out their ears! I'm happy to meet animals where they're at and give them the energy they need, from head pats on the sofa to bouncing off the walls.

About: Hi, I'm Taryn! I'm based in Sheffield and building The Peak Pack, a local dog walking and pet care service and I'm excited to get to know dogs (and their humans) here on Rover while I grow my experience. I've had my own dogs for years, so I understand the little things that matter, favourite walk routes, food quirks, what makes a nervous dog feel safe, and how much dogs just want a bit of consistency and attention in their day. I've also spent time supporting an established local dog walker, learning the ropes of managing multiple dogs safely and confidently on a real working round. Whether your dog needs a calm solo stroll or some social time in a small group, I'll treat them exactly how I'd want my own dogs treated — with patience, plenty of fuss, and a good sniff around wherever they like. Sheffield's on the doorstep of the Peak District, so we're never short of lovely places to explore. I'm currently working towards my Canine First Aid certification and NarpsUK membership as I build up The Peak Pack, and I'd love the chance to start building trusted relationships with dogs and owners here on Rover. A free meet-and-greet is always welcome before we book anything, so your dog can get comfortable with me first. I'm completely prioritising building The Peak Pack right now, so I have plenty of flexibility for dog walking — available weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends. With at least a week's notice, I can also accommodate occasional weekday and weekend house sitting bookings, staying at your home to look after your pet while you're away. Just let me know your regular schedule or upcoming dates and I'll do my best to fit around it. I don't offer boarding at my own home — instead, for house sitting and home visits, I come to you and stay in or visit your home directly, so your pet keeps their familiar surroundings and routine. I follow your care instructions exactly as given (feeding times, walk routes, medication, house rules), keep your home secure at all times, and send photo updates throughout the visit or stay so you always know how things are going. I'm also completing my Canine First Aid certification in August, so I'll be prepared to handle any minor injuries or emergencies calmly and confidently.

About: For the past two years, I have been the proud owner of a wonderful tabby cat. Being a cat parent has taught me firsthand the daily dedication it takes to care for a pet—from keeping up with feeding routines and litter box maintenance to reading feline body language and providing plenty of love and playtime. I have plenty of experience interacting with both dogs and cats in their homes. I frequently join family and friends on their dog walks, meaning I am comfortable on the leash, know how to handle dogs out in public, and love helping them burn off some energy. As I have just completed my A-levels, I have an entirely open and flexible schedule for the summer until mid-September! Because I don’t have daily work or university commitments right now, pet care easily fits into my routine. I am available all days of the week, morning through night, meaning your pet will get my full, undivided attention and companionship. I am dedicated to keeping a consistent routine for your pets, with the only exceptions being a few pre-planned summer holidays where I will be away: June 22nd – June 29th August 20th – August 27th August 29th – September 5th Outside of those specific dates, my schedule is completely clear and open for walks, daycare, or sitting When caring for pets, safety, routine, and personalized attention are my top priorities. Whether looking after an animal in my home or yours, I bring a high level of responsibility to their daily care. For dogs: I am lucky enough to live just a 10-minute walk away from Graves Park, where I go daily. I frequently join my neighbor and her puppy on these walks, giving me great, hands-on experience handling dogs outside, maintaining a secure grip on the leash, and being aware of our surroundings. If I am walking or sitting your dog, they will get lovely, energetic trips to the park to burn off energy, always tailored safely to their age, breed, and your specific instructions. For cats: As the sole carer for my own outdoor tabby cat, I completely understand the vigilance required to keep a pet safe. Because we don’t have a cat flap, I am used to closely monitoring my pet's whereabouts, ensuring she safely enters and leaves the house at the right times. I manage her strict twice-a-day feeding routine, keep her active with daily playtime, and—most importantly—make sure she gets plenty of cuddles and neck scratches on the sofa.

About: I am a female in my mid 20s that loves pets, particularly dogs. I have grown up around dogs, both rescued from shelter and pure bred puppies. About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, my grandma lives on a farm so I have had to help out with more than just the typical cat and dog! I am neurodivergent so I connect better with animals than I sometimes do people, I always understand that an animal’s behaviour is for a reason and simply a form of communication, I will never blame an animal for any reaction. I attended a professional school for training your puppies when my dog was a little one, they taught us all about recall and general behaviours. I currently have 2 cats (one being a kitten) and they make me the happiest cat mum! Overall I love animals and would absolutely love to take care of your little fur baby! I am a SEND TA so I’m out of work due to the school holidays, I’m free everyday and I’m a student at uni so I’m very available right now! I will introduce myself to your pet by allowing them to approach me, i won’t force anything on them it’s on their terms. I will be there to feed them and create a bond where they feel safe and comfortable. I will ensure to keep up with house rules if there are any E.g. no pets on furniture. About: I am a 23-year-old nurse and my partner is a doctor. We both love animals and would love the company of a furry friend while we save up for our own. I have taken care of my neighbours dogs when I was younger and have had cats my whole life. I will be as attentive as possible whilst caring for your pet. I currently work 9-5 on weekdays but am free all weekends and evenings. I have a car if there is ever an emergency and can work from home if needed. I have a fenced balcony in a flat but live in a very safe area near parks. Our home is very open and will be tailored to the need of the pet.

About: I've had animals in my family home since I can remember, from cats, rabbits, rodents, birds, and different types of dog breeds (westies, boxers and dachshunds). I love the company of animals and treat them with care, respect and love. I'm currently taking an academia break following the completion of my PhD, so I have a lot of free time between writing papers and going to the gym. I am located central in Sheffield. I have a hamster at home (named Ozzy), who does not require timely care so I am widely available to help out with your pets needs. I wouldn't be able to offer services within my own home, however if we were able to build a trusting mutual relationship I would consider overnight care within your own home after a discussion of pet care needs.

About: We've done pet sitting for friends, family & neighbours for 10+ years. Me & my partner Charlie work from home 9-5 and we love animal company. We have a park steps away and take great care of our animal pals. We already look after a couple of friends pets semi regularly and thought we could meet more pals and get some extra income too through Rover. I work 9-5 at home full time (with just 2 office days a month). My partner has more flexible hours and works at home full time. We both love animals and enjoy being outdoors for daily walks anyway as the neighborhood is so lovely to wander around. Our garden is small but enclosed and safe - typical Sheffield terraced house but a totally private garden, no shared access. A couple of parks are very close by here for walks. We treat pets like family and let them roam through the house where they like, and keep a close eye on them as we know how precious they are.

Having recently moved from Ireland to the UK, I’m currently without a dog of my own, so I am eager to provide high-quality care and companionship to yours! My experience is extensive, including raising two rescue dogs and sitting for various breeds, from high-energy Collies to powerful Rottweilers. I am very comfortable with nervous temperaments and am fully capable of following strict medical routines if required.

Home Environment & Safety
I have a shy indoor cat, so currently not taking home boardings. I am a car owner with a clean license, so I am always prepared for emergencies or urgent vet visits. Safety is my top priority; I stick to leash-only walks in public (off lead experienced too, if your pet prefers) and I can help with training too if needed.
Trust & Communication
I am "always on my phone" and love taking photos, so you can expect regular photo and video updates throughout the day.
