“Picky had an amazing time with Karen. I could tell he absolutely loved her. On our side, we were really happy with everything too. She asked many pertinent questions, we could tell that she really knows her way around dogs. Picky being epileptic, we really wanted somebody thorough and trustworthy with his medication. She didn’t disappoint and we are looking forward to booking her again!”

“Lucy had another fabulous stay with Danielle and Ryan, who she has completely fallen in love with! They absolutely cater for both her bouncy and cuddly sides, and take great care of her. Due to challenging circumstances at our end, they offered to extend Lucy's stay, which was extremely appreciated. We have already rebooked!”

“We couldn’t have asked for better dog sitters than Ebony and Reuben! They were absolutely wonderful – friendly, caring, and professional from start to finish. They followed all of our instructions perfectly and kept us updated frequently, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Marlow was clearly very well looked after and happy in their care. Truly top-notch service – we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and caring sitters.”

“What can I say but highly recommend this lovely family! I was sent various pictures and videos day and night of walking, eating, sleeping, playing and resting. Luna definitely enjoyed her stay and was very well looked and cared after with lots of love. . Much better way than taking our fur babies to kennels. Highly recommend.”

“Erin was the perfect dog host and provided regular updates and pictures throughout the 4 night stay. While my dog and Erins did not exactly see eye2eye, Erin handled it just fine. I would have no problem in recommending Erin.”

“Karolina looked after Jarvis for 8 nights. Unfortunately Jarvis caught a vomiting bug a day or so before we left him with her but she handled this very well, took him to the vet when he struggled to get better and kept us informed. She obviously loves dogs and we are very, very happy with the care Jarvis received and all the photos we received. I recommend Karolina unreservedly and can only hope she is available next time we need a sitter.”

“Claire and Liam looked after our dog Bella for 4 nights while we were away and she came back a very happy and tired dog! Their own two dogs are lovely and welcomed Bella nicely into the home. Claire and Liam clearly care a lot about dogs and it shows in all the adventures they took Bella on, the pictures the kept us updated with were exceptionally cute. Would definitely recommend 😀”

“My doggo had a great time boarding with Sára! Would happily recommend. She gave lots of updates with many pics, was punctual and took care of his meds awell. He was also sad to see her leave lol, so thats a good indication of their time together.”

“This was Charm's first stay with a dog sitter in a couple of years. Savina kept us updated with photos and really put our minds at ease. Charm was super chilled when we arrived to pick her up and barely moved, so we know she was comfortable. We're really happy and will definitely book with Savina again - thank you so much!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. I grew up in a family that absolutely loved pets, and caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Over the years, I’ve cared for cats, dogs, parrots, rabbits, iguanas and even wildlife while volunteering. Because Romania has a serious stray-animal problem, I spent many years rescuing, fostering and rehabilitating stray cats and dogs, often working alongside veterinarians to help them recover and find loving homes. I’ve cared for animals ranging from newborns to elderly pets, including animals that were traumatized, seriously ill or needed extra patience and intensive care. I always had my own pets too, bith dogs and cats. I’ve also looked after many friends’ and family members’ pets, including walking and caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes and personalities. I always dreamed of becoming a vet, and although life took me in a different direction, animals have remained a huge part of my life. I’m patient, attentive and genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and cared for. I’m a tattoo artist with a flexible schedule and plenty of availability during the week, so I can give pets plenty of time, attention and care. For suitable dogs, I can also offer evening adventures in the Peak District if the owner is happy with this. I can host small and medium-sized dogs in my flat, provided they’re comfortable in a flat environment and don’t bark excessively. My priority is for every pet to feel safe, relaxed and happy. I live in a quiet, green area with two large parks nearby, perfect for walks and exploring. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions and keep pets safe, supervised and comfortable while maintaining their usual routines. I’m experienced with animals of all ages and needs, including rescue animals and very young kittens requiring bottle-feeding, so I’m attentive to changes in behaviour and know when a pet may need extra care.

“We honestly couldn’t recommend Maria enough! From the moment we met, we felt completely at ease leaving our dog in her care. Maria were so caring and attentive and kept us updated throughout, which gave us complete peace of mind. Arthur was so happy when we picked him up and it was clear he had been well looked after and given lots of love and attention. It’s such a relief knowing you have someone you can genuinely trust with your dog and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Maria again. Thank you so much for taking such great care of him — we really appreciate it! 🐾❤️”

“Dottie had a fantastic time with Amy. She was really well looked after, had a lovely time with the other dogs and came back to us very relaxed. We already have more bookings in with Amy, and would not hesitate to recommend her 100%.”

“Olivia has been great from start to finish and we have been so pleased with how happy Ronnie has been with her! Great communication throughout and clearly a big dog fan! We have a second booking in a few weeks and I’m sure there will be more to follow :)”

“Nichola was exceptional! She was incredibly accommodating when I was abroad and had to arrange dropping Ruby off through my boyfriend. I got lots of updates and Nichola even took her to the pet store to pick out a chew. Ruby didn’t want to leave in the end!”

“Our cat adores Alex and they always have a fantastic time together, the moment Alex opens the door he’s twirling and chatting in excitement, leading Alex to his toys and treats. Alex has a way with cats and we’re always so grateful for him to keep our cat company when we’re away”

“Michelle was a fantastic cat sitter. Very loving and affectionate towards our cat, Teddy. He was definitely well looked after and very happy throughout. Really pleased that we got constant status updates and lovely photos too. Thank you Michelle! We will certainly be recommending you to family and friends. And hopefully Teddy will see you again next time we go away! 🐈⬛”

“Yu Xuan was a wonderful sitter for my cat, Gizmo! I'd give her more than 5 stars if I could. She helped us right at the last minute which was really helpful. Her communication was great, lots of updates and pictures which was reassuring. We have a persian cat and she cleaned his eyes really well. We came home to a tidy house and a very happy cat. Thanks again we would love you to look after gizzy in future xx”

“Maream has been a real life saver for me. I had to unexpectedly extend my trip due to a cancelled flight, and Maream made herself available on super short notice. She and my previous cat sitter took initiative to walk through the care monty needs and to organise a handover of my keys. She gave me detailed reports every day, and went above and beyond to make my Monty comfortable. She made sure to clean up any messes immediately and gave monty a lot of cuddle and play time. Maream also decided to put some "cat TV" videos on which I know monty loves! Due to the fact I was still stuck abroad, we were unable to have a meet and greet beforehand. Despite that, Maream immediately put me at ease with her upbeat nature and great communication. Will definitely book in again!”

“Rhian looked after our boys really well and we appreciated her updates and photos. She was v thorough and thoughtful - we'd love for her to look after our boys again.”

About: I’m a lifelong cat lover and proud owner of my own cat, Penelope, so I understand just how important it is to know your pet is safe, happy and well cared for while you’re away. I’ve been around and caring for cats from a young age and have experience with different personalities and needs. I’m patient, reliable and genuinely enjoy spending time with cats. I’m happy to feed them, provide fresh water, clean litter trays, play with them and give them plenty of love and attention. I’ll always take the time to make each cat feel comfortable and will treat your pet with the same care and affection I give my own. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages during visits, so you can relax knowing your cat is in good hands. ❤️🐾
“Thanks Joy for taking care of our cat! Joy has given a lot of feedback and is very attentive to our cat’s needs. Excellent communication as well, I would definitely recommend her!😊👍🏼”

“Ada did a fantastic job taking care of my two cats, she kept the litter boxes clean, played with them, sent fantastic photos and cleaned out their food bowls before she left. I will definitely be booking again!”

“Kirsty did a fantastic job of looking after our two cats. Our plans changed at the last minute but Kirsty made it very easy to alter the arrangements and she really went the extra mile while we were away, coming back to check when one of our cats did a vanishing trick. Her regular updates gave us peace of mind and we feel we can go away confident that the cats will be well cared for. Thank you Kirsty :D”

“Very friendly, very professional, answered all questions/ messages quickly and clearly. Kept our cat happy and safe , played with him and sent regular updates, even collected a parcel from our mail room for us , couldn’t fault.”

About: I have taken care of cats since 2000. We had a family cat who lived until she was 15. I moved to Sheffield in 2016 and we rescued our cat Basil from the RSPCA. He had FIV so needed medical support and was an indoor cat only and we had him for 5 years. We then rescued a mother and daughter pair of cats, Daisy sadly being put down last year aged 15. We also gained a brother and sister pair of cats so at one point had 4. I was careful to make sure they were fed separately and cat litters were always kept clean. Our two cats now are both 14+ so starting to slow down and enjoy a snuggle on the bed!

“Gareth has been so patient with my new rescue pocket bully Dooley who has the strength of a buffalo but the confidence of a mouse! He's not minded him nervous weeing all over the floor (and cleaned it up!) and taking it at Dooleys pace (a slow waddle). 🐌 adapting how he greets him in response, which has already made a difference! He has been flexible and even came to check-in on a day he no longer needed to, a visit which increased my confidence massively in Dooleys progress with new people! Gareth is great and would definately recommend him 😊”

“So pleased we booked with Sena! She was so friendly and patient and we loved the videos of the cuddles she was getting with our (usually very shy) cat. Thank you Sena, see you next time we go away!”

“Isabelle was an absolute superstar. We had a friend have to cancel last minute to take my cat whilst we were abroad and she saved the Holiday for us :) She checked on her everyday while we were away, sent updates as well as photos and videos of her which was a lovely thing to do and great peace of mind :) honestly highly recommend her services. Thank you so much xx”

About: I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember and have grown up with both large and small breeds, from German Shepherds to little terriers. I currently have a 6-month-old Sprocker Spaniel, so I’m very familiar with the energy, enthusiasm, and affection that dogs bring into our lives. Spending time with dogs is something I genuinely love, whether that’s taking them on long walks, playing with them, or simply making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I treat every dog as if they were my own and understand how important it is for owners to know their pet is in safe, caring hands. Alongside caring for healthy, active dogs, I also have experience looking after senior dogs with mobility issues, ensuring they receive the patience, support, and extra care they need. I’ve cared for rescue dogs, helped build confidence in dogs struggling with social anxiety, and supported dogs with medical conditions, including epilepsy, always following owners’ guidance and routines closely. My experience with dogs of different ages, temperaments, and needs has helped me become adaptable, attentive, and confident in providing the individual care each dog deserves. I work from home three days a week, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to provide attentive pet care throughout the day. I have my own dog, so caring for pets is already a big part of my daily routine. We enjoy three walks a day (one long walk and two shorter walks), along with playtime, training sessions, enrichment activities, and lots of cuddles. I like to pay close attention to each dog’s personality, energy levels, and mood so I can tailor their day to what they enjoy most and what makes them feel comfortable and happy. I provide a safe, loving, and calm environment where pets are treated like part of the family. I take the time to get to know each dog’s routine, preferences, and needs to help them feel secure and settled. Whether caring for pets in my home or in their owner’s home, I ensure they receive regular exercise, playtime, mental stimulation, fresh water, feeding according to instructions, and plenty of affection. I always monitor how a dog is feeling and adapt activities to suit their energy level and comfort, while maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment at all times.
“Sarah and Daisy always take great care of my dog, and are so lovely! I highly recommend Sarah to anyone wanting a calm and relaxing place for their dog to stay. Daisy is so sweet and makes amazing company. Thank you! :)”

About: I’m experienced with walking everything from tiny Pugs to energetic Labradors, and I tailor every walk to each dog’s breed, age, health, and the weather. Some dogs love long, lively adventures, while others prefer a gentle plod around the block — I’m happy to match their pace. I have many years of experience caring for flat‑nosed breeds and understand their specific needs, especially around breathing and temperature. I also have hands‑on experience boarding a Labrador while she was in heat, so I’m confident managing dogs with additional care requirements. I’m currently available throughout the week, and I offer boarding both midweek and at weekends. Whether you need quick toilet‑break visits or long, enriching walks, I can fit into your dog’s routine and provide exactly what they need. I have a dog‑free, child‑free home, which means a calm and predictable environment for your dog. Although I don’t have a garden, I take dogs out multiple times a day for toilet breaks in addition to their walks, so they get plenty of chances to stretch their legs and feel comfortable. In your home, I’ll follow the exact routine you set — you know what works best for your dog, and I’m here to keep things consistent and stress‑free.

“I can’t recommend Leyton highly enough. Sid stayed with him for doggy daycare during the weekdays while I was away on holiday, with my partner dropping him off on his way to work and collecting him at the end of the day. Sid is a Staffy and a strong dog, so one of the things that was important to me when choosing someone was finding a sitter who was confident and comfortable looking after and walking a bigger, stronger dog. I had absolutely no worries with Leyton. Sid clearly loved his time there. He had walks, plenty of playtime and always came home happy and completely worn out, which is definitely a good sign! Leyton also fed him his morning and evening meals and gave him his medication, which made things so much easier for us. I really appreciated getting a lovely update at the end of each day telling me what Sid had been up to and how he’d got on. It was very reassuring being away and knowing he was happy and being properly looked after. Sid was unfortunately attacked by another dog while out with my partner over the weekend. When he went back to Leyton on the Monday, Leyton took such good care of him and kept a close eye on him, which I really appreciated. It was also obvious that Leyton genuinely enjoyed having Sid there, rather than it simply feeling like a dog-sitting service. Sid clearly felt comfortable and happy with him too. We’ll definitely be using Leyton again, not just for holidays but for the odd day when we’re going to be out for a long time and don’t want Sid home alone all day. Highly recommended. Thank you, Leyton, for taking such good care of our boy! 🐾”

“Pegah was amazing with Luna my very small and anxious rescue. This was my first time leaving her with a sitter and it couldn’t have gone better!! Communication was great and she was patient with me changing timings - huge thank you again! Highly recommended”

“Our dog has just had his first day with Amber, despite him acting a little anxious to start with it sounds like they had a lovely day together. Amber was very understanding and knew how to help him calm down. Would definitely recommend Amber - she took the time to find out what our dog likes and dislikes and sent photos throughout the day so we knew how he was getting on.”

“Toby had a great time with Emma. She was super communicative and flexible and sent lots of updates throughout the day. We would highly recommend Emma and will definitely book with her again in the future!”

About: Me and my family, since I was very little, we were taking care of rescue dogs and cats (I’m coming from Greece in which there are many stray animals) until they would find a family. I have a lot of experience with any kind of breed, age and health conditions as many of them needed medication to get healthy again. Except this experience of mine, I have one dog back home and I miss him. This motivates me a lot to take care of other pets and give them the love I would give to mine🩵 I’m a MA graduate with part time work in weekends so during the week I have plenty of time to meet and take care of your furry loved ones. I can maintain a safe and calm environment in owner’s space for their pet. Unfortunately the place I live doesn’t not allow pets, so I can only do visits and take care of a pet in their familiar environment.
“Erin helped me out very last minute by looking after Manny while I had to attend a medical appointment. She did a great job adapting and taking care of him on a hot day, thinking about his safety and comfort. He had a wonderful time and it was very reassuring. Absolutely recommend. She is knowledgeable with rescues and sensitive dogs.”

“Karolina was great - she came to meet me on the street and we took Mungo up to her very spacious flat. She sent me photos during the day and I could see Mungo was well looked after and happy. As the cemetery is just up the road it's easy to get out and walk him, and he spent a very chilled day. Next time I need to, I will definitely invite Karolina to have Mungo for the day again.”

About: Hi! I’m a huge dog lover based in Sheffield with experience caring for dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to larger dogs. I’ve grown up around dogs and have helped train them to be crate trained, potty trained, and even learn fun tricks. I love getting outdoors for long walks and making sure every dog gets the exercise, attention, and affection they need. Whether your dog is energetic and loves adventures or prefers a slower pace and lots of cuddles, I’ll tailor their care to suit their personality and routine. I live in a quiet, calm home where dogs can feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. I also have a flexible schedule, so I’m available for boarding, daycare, walks, and last-minute bookings whenever possible. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I’ll treat your dog like one of my own. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing they’re happy, well cared for, and getting plenty of love. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry best friend! 🐾 Pet care fits really well into my routine. I attend university roughly twice a week during term time and I climb around three times a week, but outside of that I have a very flexible schedule as I’m not currently working. This gives me lots of time and availability to dedicate to looking after pets, whether that’s walks, daycare, or boarding. I have a calm, pet-friendly home with no children, no other pets, and I do not smoke. I have an unfenced garden that is backed by houses away from roads, and dogs will always be supervised and taken out on a lead for regular toilet breaks. I can also offer frequent walks, with several nearby parks providing plenty of safe exercise and variety. Your dog will always be cared for in a safe, relaxed environment with their comfort and routine prioritised.
“Teasel had a lovely time and Ellen was really helpful, asked lots of questions, met up with us beforehand, sent photos and made Teasel feel really at home - she didn’t even seem bothered when I was leaving her, which is unusual!”

“Rose and Charlie are extremely friendly and I felt entirely comfortable leaving Bonnie with them for the day. Plenty of updates and Bonnie seemed to have a great time. Would definitely recommend!”

“My dog has had one afternoon with Amy so far. Amy was lovely with my rescue dog, who can get very scared. There was a little tension when the three dogs first met but Amy understood the situation and sensibly separated them briefly, then gently introduced them to each other, and then quickly managed to settle them all down for a harmonious and contented afternoon together. My dog is now booked in for a two night stay and I have full confidence in Amy’s ability to look after her sensitively and safely.”

About: I bring more than just love for animals, I bring a lifetime of experience. Having shared my life with both cats and dogs for over 40 years, I’ve cared for pets through every stage, from their first clumsy steps to their golden years. Friends and family always count on me as their go-to pet sitter when they travel or host guests, because they know their fur-babies will be treated like my own. Whether it’s daily walks, cuddles on the sofa, or gentle care for older pets, I offer reliable, thoughtful, and genuine companionship. When I’m not buried in books, I’m happiest spending time with furry friends. Since I only work part-time in academia, I have plenty of free hours to dedicate to walks, cuddles, and check-ins. My schedule is flexible, so I can easily adjust to your pet’s routine, whether that means early-morning walkies, evening playtime, or cozy overnight care. In my home, pets get the full “grandma’s house” treatment; cozy, relaxed, and just a little bit spoiled. They’re welcome everywhere: on the sofa, on the bed, or curled up at my feet while I read. I have a little backyard where we can enjoy fresh air and shade, and just a short walk away are the parks, perfect for ball games, stick-chasing, or gentle strolls. Cats are just as welcome here, whether they prefer a quiet nap in a sunny spot, brushing sessions, or a bit of playful pouncing. When I care for pets in the owner’s home, I make sure to keep their routine consistent and their environment safe, as if you’d never left. Whether it’s walks, cuddles, feeding, playtime, or simply quiet companionship, I treat every pet as though they were my own, with love, respect, and lots of attention.
“Really great to visit my home city of Sheffield and to be able to leave the dog. Thanks for all the great photos and updates and for the late evening booking so we could go out with friends - it was great knowing the dog was being taken care of so well! 🐾🐾”

“Alex is trustworthy and dependable. He took on board all of our requests regarding the care of our dog. He’s very understanding of our reactive dog, which was big relief!”

“Our dogs loved Laura! Right from the moment she came to do a meet and greet at our house. Her communication is brilliant, and both dogs looked like they had the best time on their walk. We will definitely be using Laura again. Thank you for walking them and giving us peace of mind while we were on holiday!”

“I highly recommend David as a dog walker! He is kind, caring and considerate. He took the time to come for a meet and greet to find out what Norma's needs are and how we want her cared for. David has been excellent with his communication, really quick to reply and really detailed. He left great detailed feedback on his walk and some lovely pictures. Thank you David :)”

Both me and my partner are remote workers on a flexible schedule, so are able to give your pet the time and attention they need. We can also be available for fairly last minute bookings due to this. We have a small fenced garden safe for time outside, and will check for any other tweaks we need to make to our home to ensure your pet is comfortable, or for anything I need to be aware of if visiting your pet in your home.
“Absolutely perfect with our little terror. We booked last minute and she got back to us really quickly and had no issues with any requests. Was happy to come into our home and walk our dog. Cannot thank her enough as she has been a life saver. Could not recommend enough!”

About: I have a border terrier of my own and while being at university i’d love to take care of other dogs. Dogs have always been a passion of mine, I have had my dog since she was a baby and miss her during university so helping out with other people’s dogs will be an amazing opportunity! I am a trustworthy individual and would love to help out where I can. I am currently a student at Sheffield Hallam University studying marketing. My schedule consists of me being in university Monday and Friday and enjoying weekends with my friends! I am available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from mid-morning until late afternoon leaving my evenings for chores and my friends. I will cater to your needs depending on your dog- I can crate your dog or leave them out. Before meeting your dog I will ensure I know what your dog needs!

About: I’ve been walking dogs for several years through The Cinnamon Trust, and I’ve grown up around cats and continue to have cats of my own. I have experience caring for animals with different personalities and am patient and attentive to their individual needs and routines. I really enjoy spending time with animals and getting to know their personalities. I’m reliable, responsible and happy to follow any specific instructions to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and well cared for. I’m currently studying and working part-time, but both are flexible, so I have plenty of availability for pet care. I can usually be flexible with the days and times I’m available and am happy to work around your pet’s routine. I’m also able to arrange bookings in advance and make sure I have enough time to give each pet plenty of attention and care. I’m happy to care for pets both on walks and in their own home. I’ll follow your instructions carefully and keep to their usual routine, whether that means going for a walk, letting them into the garden, feeding them or simply giving them some company. I’m very mindful of safety and security, and will always make sure doors, windows and gates are properly closed and secure when I arrive and leave. I’ll make sure pets have everything they need and are safely settled before I go. I’m also respectful of your home and will leave everything clean and tidy, with regular updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and safe.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and now that I’ve had to leave my 4 legged friends at home to come to uni I’m wanting to fill the k9 sized hole in my life and have a great time with your pets! I live a 5 minute walk away from both the Botanical Gardens and Endcliffe park so walks definitely won’t get boring. I’ll be available to spend all day with your doggos as my university semester has come to an end and I am at home full time. I’ll be in Sheffield all of the time so checking in with your pets will be no hassle at all. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! Thank you for taking a look x
About: Ever since I was a small child, I have been completely obsessed with animals, particularly dogs!! This passion has led me to become very experienced with dogs of many different breeds, sizes and temperaments. I have volunteered at a retired greyhound kennel and worked over the summer at a dog training and boarding facility, where I have gained lots of hands-on experience caring for and handling dogs. This has included following individual feeding instructions, exercising dogs appropriately (whether that be a walk or time in the field), bathing them as well as providing enrichment! Whilst working in these kennel settings I have handled both human and dog reactive dogs, so I am confident in keeping reactive dogs both safe and happy. I also have a Romanian rescue dog of my own. She is very wary of strangers, so I understand first-hand how difficult it can be to find someone you can trust with your nervous pup. I know that some dogs need a little extra patience, reassurance and time to build trust, and I am more than happy to give them that. I’m also very experienced with small animals, having owned several hamsters and gerbils, as well as having experience caring for cats. I am a first year Zoology student at the University of Sheffield, and I would love to spend my time at university doing something I genuinely love - looking after animals! 🐾 I am a university student, so I have lots of weekend availability!! My weekly schedule can vary, so please get in touch in advance if you would like a walk or drop-in visit so I can make sure I’m available at that time😊 I take the safety of all the animals under my care very seriously. Through my work at the kennels I have completed training in both keeping the dogs physically safe as well as recognising signs that a dog may be unwell e.g upset stomach, changes in behaviour. I am happy to keep dogs on the lead/long line as well as letting them off if they have a reliable recall and it is safe to do so. I will always follow your instructions and keep you updated!!
About: I grew up with a Yorkshire Terrier, and Ryan a Collie. Though we don’t currently have a dog of our own, we regularly look after Ryan’s family dog, who is a labradoodle. We have house sitting experience of looking after the same pet families (including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and fish) on different occasions, as well as pets of friends (a German Shepherd and a Patterdale Spaniel). We also lived on a farm for a year, where we were surrounded by horses and dogs. We both work full-time, but my work schedule is hybrid and flexible, so we can be available all throughout the week, for both short and longer term pet care. We have external access to our own property, with a courtyard space immediately outside, a green space just outside that, and a larger park a short walk away.
About: I love pets! I have been around them since I was born, as my parents got a dog before having children. I’m sensitive snd have a sense of kinship with pets, being the youngest child and all!!😁 I would be happy to help you with your pet caring needs. I can: - Go on a nice walk with your doggo, so you can have a relaxed and exercised pet (who will not destroy your favorite shoes!) when you get home. - Board them in my home during the day - Caring visits and spending time with them in your home during the day - Stay with them in your home while you’re away Each pet has different needs and preferences, so I’ll be very happy to discuss their needs, and yours. Please feel welcomed to send any inquiries on how I can help you with your pet caring needs! I’m a postgraduate student in a flexible, writing-up phase. I’m available from 8 am to 10 pm for dog walks, can fit around your schedule, and am available short-notice. I’m respectful and a good listener, so will be aware to and uphold any guidance and boundaries you communicate. I aim to leave things as I found them in any home that I am in. I have a home with a garden which I can host your pet in. I ask that you supply their usual supplies (food, accessories, toys, bedding), so they can be comfortable away from home. As I have 2 cats in my home, who are still getting used to dogs, I will not be able to provide overnight boarding. However, I am happy to look after your pet in your home overnight.
“Gareth takes Dillon out all the time when Dillon sees him Gareth he gets really excited thank you Gareth and we will be back in touch soon much appreciated and I would highly recommend Gareth very nice and friendly 👍👍👍👍”

About: Currently, my profile link offers pet owners a £15 off their first booking with Rover. First reserved, first get. I have taken care of cats since I was 15. Neighbours and friends love to drop their cats to when they’re away. I am genuine friends with cats. I am good at using reward mechanisms to play with dogs and interact with cats. I’m currently looking for jobs, so I have plenty of time to play and take care of cats and dogs. I am free all day from 8am to 8pm, either work day or weekend. I can feed them twice per and going for park walks. At my parent’s home, I feed them not only processed factory food but also with fresh fruits vega and cooked meat to keep them healthy and happy. They love my massages when I tidy up their hairs.
About: Your pets will be spoiled rotten with me! I've cared for dogs and cats for years, including many rescues with special needs I'm very observant and detail oriented, if I notice anything unusual like a limp or change in appetite, you'll hear from me straight away. Expect plenty of photo updates while you're away because I can't help myself! Prefer daytime drop-offs for boarding it helps dogs settle in more easily and reduces first night anxiety. I was working part-time and recently took a break, so I have a pretty flexible schedule with plenty of time for pet care. Most weekdays I'm free, and I can also cover weekends when needed. I'm usually home and love spending quality time with the pets I'm sitting, I live in a flat with access to a safe shared garden. I love taking dogs out for walks in the park and longer hikes when the weather's nice. Your pet will be well looked after and comfortable with me.

About: Me and my partner are new to Rover, but not new to caring for animals. We’ve both grown up in homes full of pets and have years of hands‑on experience with training, walking and looking after our family dogs. Our homely flat is a calm, safe space, and we’re confident giving pets the same love, structure and attention they’re used to at home. Our routine is flexible enough that we can build pet care into every day. My partner works from home a couple of days a week and so do I, so one of us would be around in the day. We are usually home in the evenings, which makes walks, feeding and play straightforward. On the weekends we like to do walks and have some downtime too, so fitting their needs around our schedule will feel very natural. In our home, pets get a calm and safe environment. We keep doors secured, remove anything that could be hazardous, and make sure pets have a comfortable space to relax. Walks, feeding and play are supervised, and we will stick to the routines that owners share with us - so that your furry friend feels settled and secure. We treat every pet as if they were our own and keep communication open throughout their stay, so that you can be reassured that they are being loved and cared for.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. My journey as a pet owner began in 2011 when I welcomed a beautiful poodle into my life. He was my family for 14 years, and though he’s no longer with me, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to understand their body language. In recent years when I still live in China, I rescued and fostered four stray cats at different times. Each came to me scared, dirty, and in need of help. I nursed them back to health, and eventually found each one a loving forever home. That experience gave me skills to take care of injured/ traumatized cats and build trust from scratch. Now based in Sheffield, work from home, I’m looking forward to become a pet sitter to giving your pets the same love and attention they’d get from family I work from home so would have plenty of time stay with your pets. I’m very flexible at work. There are no other pets in the house. I can also walk the dog before 9am and after 5pm. For dogs, I have a fenced garden, and there are several parks nearby - great spots for dog walks. For cats, there are no other pets in the house, so a calm, stress-free environment can be provided.
“Darcy and her partner are both clearly very experienced with dogs. They're super friendly but, most importantly, they clearly absolutely love having dogs to stay. My lad got on like a house on fire with Teddy, their resident dog, who was gorgeous. They have a secure garden and the ability to separate the dogs in the house of required. I was really impressed and pleased; Darcy was really communicative and sent several updates over only a 1 day stay. I would recommend 10/10!”

“Stanley had a great time with Lesley. He had plenty of lengthy woodland walks during his week stay. Lesley kept us up to date with his daily activities with numerous photos everyday so we could enjoy our holiday in peace knowing he was having such a great time. 100% will be using Lesley again should we need to!”

“We left our puppy with Anita and it looked like our puppy had the best holiday too. Anita’s house and outdoor area is huge also being next to farm. We were informed via photos and videos each day on how Sasha was settling in. I think Sasha had the best walks everyday. All in all really happy how Anita managed a young dog so well.”

“2nd time Soraya has looked after bongo and he has had a blast for the last 10 days!! So lucky to have found someone so warm and loving for bongo whilst I’m away. I’ve already booked his next stay :)”

“Sarah was fantastic with our rescue greyhound, Cora. This was our first time leaving her with a sitter so we were a little nervous, but Sarah put our minds at ease with photos and updates. We also felt very comfortable leaving Cora with Sarah because of her many years of sighthound experience and calm demeanor. Her own greyhound Daisy is also wonderful around other dogs and was patient with Cora's toy and bed theft! Would definitely recommend for sighthounds and non-sighthounds alike!”

“Joey loved her stay with Arman, we got regular updates and we could see she was having a great time. Communication was great. Would definitely recommend & use again! Thankyou for looking after her so well ☺️”

“Winnie clearly had the best time! I had a lovely short stay away with Winnie in the best care and regular updates from Tracy. I arrived to collect Winnie and she took herself off to their family sofa! A lovely family to trust with our fur baby ❤️”
