Doggy Day Care in Chesterfield

“My 3 and a half year old cockerpoo, Ralph, stayed for day care with Nikki for the first time yesterday. We went for a meet and greet last week and Nikki was great with Ralph. Nikki showed Ralph love, care and fuss (and treats!). Nikki sent me lots of pictures and videos during day care of how happy Ralph was at hers and playing with other dogs in the garden. Nikki is very accommodating for your needs and makes you feel assured that you are leaving your dog in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about your dog. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you Nikki.”

Harry is an elderly border terrier who suffers greatly from separation anxiety but he settled in very nicely, very quickly at their home. Even so much so that he was fast asleep, snoring on the settee within hours! We had a pre meet and greet, and I knew from that, that he was going to be absolutely fine. I received regular updates and photos throughout the day on how he was getting on. Very impressed and I will be booking Natasha again without any hesitation.”

“James is amazing! I met him through his family and could see straight away that he has a natural affinity with dogs, especially my Lab! He is very calm and kind, with both humans and animals, and has proved to be very reliable too. He is keen to maintain consistency, using the same cue words as I do and asks questions about how I handle certain situations (my dog is reactive so this is very important). Buddy gets all of life's luxuries when he is with James, enjoys playing/training together and clearly loves his time with him. James has never let me down and I feel completely supported by him. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending James to any dog owners who want him to look after their pets.”

“Booked Otis in for day care in advance of me going abroad for a week in a few weeks. Nathalie sent some photos a couple of hours after dropping him off saying what he'd been up to so far. Upon collecting Otis, Nathalie said what a treasure he had been and that he cuddled with her on the sofa for a nap. I think that just goes to show what a natural Nathalie is with dogs and that my dog was comfortable with her to do that after just a meet and greet before. Nathalie's love and passion for dogs is evident. I now feel reassured and less anxious leaving my baby for a week, knowing he will be in good hands.”

We treat each pet as an individual, tailoring our services to their unique needs, preferences, and personalities. Your pet's comfort and happiness are our top priorities. Having my own Springer means that I am out twice daily with her, and I can offer good availability around an existing dog walking commitment to my neighbour. With a Spaniel, I am keen to tire her out both mentally and physically. In addition to using a ball on the field, we have a 15m lead if recall is an issue, we also play 'find it' and practice commands to entry (sit, paw, down, role, crawl, beg etc) for treats.
