Highly recommended and gave my dogs a home from home experience. Shelby looked after my two dogs for two nights and we were updated lots with photos of them playing, out on walks and snuggled up with Shelby. We were put at ease straight away when we met them before boarding and this trust and care for our dogs continued with excellent communication before, during and after the boarding experience. We will definitely trust and use them again. Thank you so much guys.

Antonia cared for our retriever x Loki and took such great care of him. From the moment we dropped him at her home we were kept informed with picture updates and felt completely reassured the whole time. She took him on long walks and he always looked so relaxed and happy. He came home very contented, if not a little sad to be back! We will 100% use Antonia again! Thank you!

Lucy was fantastic with Bella who has a wonderful time on her 1 night break. Lucy double checked with us about her food and being off lead before we left. Lucy also kept us updated with photos whilst Bella was with her. Would definitely recommend Lucy and would have no hesitation in booking Bella with her again

Meisha was absolutely brilliant! She booked a meet and greet for us, and her and Freddy hit it off from the start. We fully trusted Meisha, and Freddy felt so at home there - he even got to visit her family which was super sweet, a real “one of the family” feeling. She went above and beyond to make Freddy comfortable and stick to his usual routines, and knew everything about him (we really appreciated it and knew he was in safe hands). We’ll definitely book Meisha again - can’t thank her enough! x

Picky had an amazing time with Karen. I could tell he absolutely loved her. On our side, we were really happy with everything too. She asked many pertinent questions, we could tell that she really knows her way around dogs. Picky being epileptic, we really wanted somebody thorough and trustworthy with his medication. She didn’t disappoint and we are looking forward to booking her again!

About: Hi, I am Natalie I have a little Tibetan Spaniel called Bella, she is a massive part of our family and there is never a dull moment when she is around. She turns the incredible age of 18 in November! She does go to my parents as she is a family pet so this isn't a issue if dogs dont get on she will go to my mum and dad's house. I have a great experience with animals, often rescuing wild injured animals and also being a voulenteer for The Guide Dogs in chesterfield. I have owned hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, budgies and dogs. I love hiking, yoga and swimming. I also have a big passion for travel our recent trip being America and visiting Yellowstone and Montana seeing the beautiful grizzly bears with their babies. Your beautiful fur babies are in the best hands with me and will get treat like part of the family ! I also do a lot of hiking so am happy to take the dogs out with me too if wanted. I am currently working part time so will have plenty of time for your animals, I like to board mostly over the weekend but this is not always an absolute must. I have a lovely fenced secure garden for your pooches to play in. We also have stairgates top and bottom, our dog is elderly so we had these put in place to reduce the risks of falls. A big open plan kitchen and dinner for the animals to have lots of space in.

Janice was the perfect sitter for Buddy. I couldn’t have wished for better care for him whilst we were on holiday. I’ve never left him with anyone he didn’t know before and I was worried he might not settle well as he’s a very anxious boy. I needn’t have worried at all! Janice kept me updated daily and completely put my mind at ease. Buddy settled with her really well and I felt so relieved that he was enjoying his stay with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Janice and she is now definitely my first port of call when I need a dog sitter in future. Thanks so much Janice..I would give you 10 stars if I could ⭐️

They took the time to meet him first as he can be anxious, quickly made him feel right at home and kept us updated throughout. We would definitely recommend them as sitters and would love to book Gremlin in again with them in the future!

Many thanks to Yvonne for caring for Rosie so well over the weekend. It’s the first time Rosie has stayed there . I was nervous as Rosie is a miniature dachshund and is a real Mummy’s girl . But Yvonne invited us to her house for a couple of visits before I finally left Rosie . The stay went wonderfully, with lots of photos of Rosie having cuddles and belly rubs . Thanks Yvonne , Rosie will become a regular visitor xx

About: Ever since a child we’ve had family dogs and cats. At one time we had 4 dogs, 12 cats, 2 horses and a 50 Holstein heifers! I love all kind of animals, wide knowledge with different breeds of dogs. I have veterinary care knowledge, and experience in dog behaviour. I’ve currently got two dogs, one cocker spaniel and one Labrador. They’re full of energy, happy and enthusiastic. That’s exactly what I love about them! I work full time on a dairy farm, available in the mornings and evenings. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I am available all day to allow dogs to board. I have two fenced/walled gardens which are thoroughly secure. I have two dogs at home, they are dog friendly and love to play. Toilet breaks are available 0-2 hours. We live on a farm, so therefore there’s endless fields to walk through safely.

Simone took excellent care of my high energy 13-month-old working line German Shepherd Storm while we were away, Storm has lead reactivity and separation anxiety but Simone handled him perfectly, even when he barked initially Simone handled it with perfect calm confidence and made him feel safe and settled. She took him for plenty of walks and kept him cool in the heat, we came back to a well taken care of comfortable happy puppy, I can’t recommend Simone enough, we will certainly be booking her again in the future! Thank you so much Simone! 😊

About: we have had dogs or cats most if not all of our lives and have always loved meeting and taking care of other peoples dogs if necessary I currently live at home, and there is somebody in the house all the time. Our dog is walked between 1 and 2 miles each morning and then again in the evening. I can be flexible with other times, as my dog is happy to be left alone. There are plenty of woodland walks from my house We have a large fenced-in garden with a lawn and house to cater to your dog's needs and a dog of our own who loves to play and would appreciate the company. I will adapt to each individual dog's needs, be that playing catch, cuddly toys, etc., or even just having a lovely cuddle for reassurance.

I knew she was eating etc from the daily updates. A great alternative and service if your cat likes home comforts and not a cat carrier, a car journey and strange noises and cats in a Cattery . Thank you

About: I’ve had cats since I was about 3 or 4, so I’ve pretty much always been around them. I’m used to feeding them, changing water, sorting litter trays, playing with them and just letting them do their own thing when that’s what they prefer. I know every cat is different, so I’ll keep to their normal routine and make sure they’re looked after properly while you’re away. I’ll treat your home with respect and your cat like one of my own.

About: Hi! 😊 I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments—including rescue dogs with complex needs. My partner and I share a calm, loving home with our own dog, Marnie, a medium-sized rescue who we adore. We spend most of our time with her and love including the dogs we care for in our everyday activities—whether that’s exploring new walking routes, relaxing at home, or discovering fun dog-friendly spots. I understand that every dog is unique, and were committed to providing care that’s tailored specifically to your dog’s needs and routines. If your dog is crate trained, we have a clean, comfortable crate available. If they’re used to being on furniture, they’re welcome to make themselves at home here. Sleeping arrangements are flexible too—dogs are welcome to sleep upstairs with us, downstairs, or in their crate depending on what works best for them (and you). I will work around you as best as I can, please just let me know what your dog needs so we can tailor our day to them. I take into account the needs of your dog whether that be that they want to be closer to me or they want space. I am happy to let them on furniture or if you would rather they don’t I will go by your wants and needs. My dog is part of the family and sticks by my side. We have a completely enclosed back garden for toilet breaks & play. We have a front drive but don’t let dogs onto it if not on a leash. I live in a quiet and calm area with a close by park for lots of walks. It is just me & my partner in the house so very little noise. Snacks & cuddles are frequent!

A big open plan kitchen and dinner for the animals to have lots of space in.

100% recommended! Natasha and her partner, Joe are wonderful carers. Harry is an elderly border terrier who suffers greatly from separation anxiety but he settled in very nicely, very quickly at their home. Even so much so that he was fast asleep, snoring on the settee within hours! We had a pre meet and greet, and I knew from that, that he was going to be absolutely fine. I received regular updates and photos throughout the day on how he was getting on. Very impressed and I will be booking Natasha again without any hesitation.

About: I have many years experience caring for my own pets and for family and friends, including feeding, walking, and making sure they feel comfortable and settled while their owners are away. As a young child I was taught how to care for our family pets, from cats, guinee pigs, hamsters and goldfish, dogs came later into my life when I became a young adult. I understand how important routine is for animals, and I always take the time to get to know their individual needs and personalities. When it comes to home care, I’m tidy, trustworthy, and conscientious. I treat every home with respect, keeping it clean, secure, and well looked after. Whether it’s watering plants, keeping things organised, or simply ensuring everything runs smoothly, I take pride in doing things properly. Above all, I genuinely enjoy helping others and providing peace of mind, knowing that both pets and homes are in safe hands. At the moment, I work from home four days a week, which suits me perfectly as it allows me to care for my dog and look after any others when needed. This arrangement gives me the flexibility to manage my responsibilities comfortably and ensures the pets receive plenty of attention throughout the day. During the weekends, I have increased availability to care for your beloved pets, should you need it. My days are dedicated to discovering fresh walking routes and exploring new destinations, all tailored to provide plenty of stimulation and adventure for those curious noses eager to experience new scents and surroundings. I have a fenced secure garden which is pet friendly just like my home, creating a safe, trusting, and comfortable environment is always my top priority. I take time to get to know each pet’s routine, likes, and dislikes to help them feel right at home. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or just some quiet company, I always make sure their wellbeing comes first. I pay close attention to any instructions or special needs, and I’m happy to adapt my approach depending on the service you need. If you have any questions or specific requests, please let me know—your pet’s safety and happiness are at the heart of everything I do!

About: We’ve both been around dogs our entire lives and have experience caring for a variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. Ryan grew up with a Husky and a Border Collie, giving him hands-on experience with energetic, intelligent dogs that require plenty of exercise, training, and attention. Over the years, he’s also spent time around many other breeds and is comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes. Esmeralda has also grown up with dogs and currently cares for her 8-year-old Chow Chow, giving her ongoing experience with daily routines, grooming, exercise, and understanding a dog’s individual needs. We also leave our Chow Chow with sitters when we’re away, so we understand the process from a dog owner’s perspective and know how important it is to feel confident that your pet is in good hands. Together, we’re confident caring for dogs with different personalities and energy levels. We know how important it is to keep your dog happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away, and we’ll treat them with the same lovec and care we’d give our own pets. Pets fit naturally into our daily routine, and someone is always home to give them the attention and care they deserve. Ryan is self-employed, which gives him the flexibility to work around the dogs’ needs, whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding, or sticking to their usual routine. Esmeralda is a stay-at-home parent to our 6-year-old, so apart from the school run during the week and football activities at weekends, she’s at home throughout the day. This means your dog will rarely be left alone and will enjoy plenty of companionship, exercise, toilet breaks, and affection. We understand how important it is for dogs to feel settled and cared for, so we’ll make sure they receive lots of love and attention while they’re with us. Safety, Trust & Environment Your dog’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We provide a calm, secure, and loving home where pets are treated like part of the family. We have a secure, fenced garden in a quiet estate with only six houses, giving a safe and peaceful environment for dogs to relax and play. We’re also very lucky to have a park just 10 seconds away, which makes daily walks and exercise easy, fun, and consistent. We also have our own dog, Dita, our friendly 8-year-old Chow Chow, who is calm, well-behaved, and used to having other dogs around. This helps create a relaxed and social home environment for visiting dogs. Our home is a safe, family-friendly environment where dogs are supervised throughout the day. We always take care to follow each dog’s individual routine and any instructions you provide, including feeding, walking, medication, and comfort needs. We believe trust is built through communication, so we’re always happy to send updates, photos, and messages so you can see how your dog is getting on while you’re away. With Ryan’s flexible self-employed schedule and Esmeralda being home for most of the day, your dog will have consistent supervision, companionship, and care in a relaxed home environment.

About: Hi, I’m Aurora! I’ve always adored animals, and those around me often refer to me as the cat or dog whisperer. I can often get animals that are usually shy/anxious to warm up to me pretty well. This may be because I’ve always been around animals and have a shy/timid temperament myself! 🫣 I grew up with 2 labradors, Molly and Maggie, who were my best friends. Since I was old enough to help with their care I have been looking after animals. I had another dog later on before I moved over to the UK (from the US) and I now have 4 cats (They wouldn’t dare let me have a dog now & I wouldn’t have space anyway 😂) I have looked after dogs occasionally for friends and through another app, and I’m very eager to spend some time with more puppers! I’m confident in walking dogs, though I may struggle with large dogs that pull as I’m quite petite. I have experience walking dogs who are dog reactive as well as looking after anxious dogs. Having had up to 8 cats (& owning 6 for many years before the oldest 2 sadly passed away) means I’m somewhat of an expert at feeding times! I’m capable of administering any oral medications required, I have experience of this with both cats & dogs. I can bathe dogs or do other grooming bits (I have long haired cats & I’m able to bathe them 😆😬) and I’m happy to take on any specific requirements you may have for your dog! I’m also happy to look after other animals - and even plants 🌱 I will take notes on your care requirements when we meet and will be sure to look after your pets to the best of my ability and hopefully as close as possible to the way you would care for them 😊 I have a pretty open schedule as I have Cystic Fibrosis so I am on full time disability and therefore can be around 24/7 if required. My health has improved a bit recently so this won’t affect my ability to care for your pets, and I could really do with some dog walking to get me out of the house! I will care for your pets as I would my own. I am happy to stick to any routines or requirements which you may have. I understand being anxious to leave your pets & will provide as many updates as you’d like! (I can sometimes send too many photos, so please communicate your preferences to me 😊)

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up on a farm, have had big dogs my whole life, from puppy to senior age and currently have a happy, well-trained Dalmatian who I raised from a puppy. I love exploring the Peak District and giving dogs the exercise, attention, and stimulation they need. With my own car and flexible routine, I’m always ready for walks, countryside adventures, and making sure your dog feels safe and cared for, as if they are a part of my family! As a university student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care throughout the week. I enjoy staying active and getting outdoors, so dog walks and spending time with pets fit naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to be flexible with timings and make sure dogs get the exercise, attention, and care they need. I live in the quiet community of Dore, that has easy accessible walking paths and parks. My flat is the end of a cul-de-sac and has a garden and large car park for quick pee breaks. My flat is very spacious and with plenty of open play space!

About: I grew up with dogs in our household and for the last 20 years I've had my own dogs but lost my last one, Sanza, a Toy Poodle, in June 2025. I dog sit two Dachshund sisters aged 15 regularly and enjoy it very much. I love dogs and would treat your dogs as if they were my own. Your pet's comfort, happiness and safety is my priority. I have experience of giving medication via injection as my dog was diabetic and had to have insulin injections twice a day as well as oral medication. I also have experience of looking after senior dogs as I have cared for dogs who are 14 and 15 years old. I am available to look after your dogs in my home or at your home so they have as little disruption to their routine as possible. I am retired so I'am at home all day so can look after your pets whenever you need me. I'm very flexible and can adjust my schedule to fit in around your needs. I have an enclosed garden which is fully fenced/ brick wall. The garden is very secure. I live in a semi detached bungalow so there are no stairs to climb. I have lots of toys for your dogs to play with. I am available to look after them in their own home or at my home. I am retired so I am around all the time to look after your dogs. I prefer to look after small dogs but will look after medium sized dogs as long as they walk well on the lead as I walk with a crutch so can't manage to walk large dogs who pull or lunge too strongly when they react to other dogs. I do not look after large dogs for safety reasons.

About: I have lived with dogs since I was 10 years old. We are a family of dog lovers and our dogs are our babies. I have now been dog sitting with my partner since November and we have cared for multiple dogs needing different levels of care. We have received multiple bookings and positive feedback from all of our clients. We have our own dog who we care for and walk every day. We have lots of ideas of dog walks and also know what it is like to care for a reactive dog as our dog can be anxious around other dogs. I provide regular updates to you as an owner as I know how important this is for you. Every dog we have cared for has become part of our family for the short time we’ve had them and we always miss them and hope to see them again soon! I am looking to earn some extra money pet sitting and dog walking. As I am a primary school teacher this is something that me and my partner are able to do on evenings, weekends or school holidays. We are eager to fit in pet care at weekends and school holidays as it is something we really enjoying doing. We can care for dogs in our own home due to our dog being reactive he would not be in our home and would be cared for by my partner’s mum who shares the dog with us at her home. We treat your dog like our own and the safety of your pet is of paramount importance. We always think about how we would want someone to care for our dog when caring for your pets. Our pets are our babies and when your pet stays with us we welcome them in as a member of our family.

About: I am a compassionate, lifetime dog lover with extensive experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments. Having recently cared for my own rescue dog until she passed at age 13, I am experienced in managing care needs—including mobility challenges, incontinence, and daily medication routines for senior pets. I understand how much gentleness, patience and attentiveness care rescue dogs need to feel safe and comfortable. My Experience & Skills = Professional Sitting: Previous experience as a professional nanny looking after family pets alongside children, as well as paid standalone pet sitting. All Sizes & Handling: Comfortable handling both small breeds and big, strong dogs who pull or walk rough on a leash. Flexible Schedule: I work remotely, meaning I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability during the day to keep your pets company, stick to feeding schedules, and give them the attention they deserve. I treat every dog with the same level of love and devotion as I treated my own, I miss her ever so much and would like somewhere to put some of that love and dedication now. I work remotely on my laptop with a highly flexible schedule, allowing me to easily fit pet care around my day. Because I can work from anywhere with Wi-Fi, I can stay at your home for house sitting without disturbing your pet's normal routine. I’m available for daytime drop-in visits, mid-day walks, and overnight stays, with complete freedom to give your pets frequent attention, play, and scheduled check-ins throughout the day. My priority is keeping your pets comfortable and secure in their familiar environment. I treat every client's home with absolute respect, keeping it clean, secure, and quiet and have extensive experience doing this from my many years as a private nanny. I strictly follow your safety rules—whether that's double-checking gates and doors, managing leash safety during walks, adhering to precise feeding and medication instructions, or keeping a close eye on open windows for cats. Living alone and working remotely means I can provide focused, undivided attention and peace of mind while you're away.

With bees, I’ve learned the importance of calm handling, respect, and attentiveness – skills I bring to all the pets I care for. Safety, trust, and making sure your pet feels comfortable are always my top priorities. Your furry (or finned!) family member will be cared for as if they were my own – with love, attention, and plenty of fun. A Day in My Care 🐾 • Morning Walks (7am – 9am): A refreshing start to the day with plenty of exercise, sniffing, and tail wags. Perfect for dogs who like to burn off energy first thing. Session length can be discussed. • Midday Visits (11am – 2pm): Feeding, toilet breaks, playtime, or a calm walk — tailored to your pet’s routine. • Afternoon Adventures (3pm – 5pm): Shorter walks as welcome as the longer ones, or quieter sessions in the garden depending on your dog’s needs. • Evening Check-Ins (6pm – 8pm): Dinner, toilet breaks, and some quiet companionship to wind down. Your pet’s safety and happiness always come first. I understand how much trust it takes to let someone else care for your furry family member, and I take that responsibility seriously. • Safety: I keep walks controlled, calm, and enjoyable. I only use secure leads and harnesses, avoid unsafe areas, and always pay attention to your dog’s comfort and limits. It’s always good to get to know your dog beforehand so let me know what they’re like both inside and outside, any behavioural quirks or anything else you might think useful. • Trust: Animals respond best when they feel safe and respected. I will take time to get to know your pet’s personality so they can relax and enjoy themselves while you’re away. • Environment: I adapt to your pet’s routine and surroundings to reduce stress and keep things familiar. Walks can be energetic adventures or calm strolls, depending on what your dog needs. You can feel confident knowing your pet will be cared for with patience, consistency, and kindness — as if they were my own.

About: Hi, I’m Jordan, a passionate and reliable pet sitter with extensive experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. My journey as a pet sitter began through TrustedHousesitters, where I’ve looked after a wide variety of dogs (and other animals) across the UK and internationally. I understand that every dog has its own unique personality and needs, and I take pride in providing loving, attentive care that helps your dog feel safe and comfortable while you're away. I offer in-home dog sitting, which means your pet can stay in their familiar environment, stick to their routine, and enjoy plenty of companionship and affection. I’m calm, observant, and confident in handling everything from energetic pups to more senior dogs who just want a cuddle and a slow stroll. I do not currently offer boarding in my own home, and I’m happy to discuss any specific requirements – including vaccination status and medical needs – during our initial chat. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! I am happy send the link to my TrustedHouseSitters profile via message, Rover will not let me post it here. I work from home so am completely flexible in my routine and therefore am available every day of the week. I need to keep one eye on my work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and early afternoons, but I am flexible and never have to be in a meeting, so I will always be available. I can work remotely so I also do not need to be at home for this. My partner and I have completed over 50 five-star sits through TrustedHousesitters. We always treat homeowners’ pets and homes with the utmost respect, creating a calm, safe, and loving environment that helps pets feel secure while their owners are away. We follow routines closely, give plenty of attention, and stay mindful of each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s medication, quiet companionship, or energetic playtime. We also keep the home clean, tidy, and secure at all times, treating it as if it were our own. Over the years, we’ve made many wonderful two-legged and four-legged friends, and we’re proud to be sitters that both pets and people can trust. We was away for 3 days and Athina walked our dog Milo whilst we was away. Athina would keep me updated on how each walk went and also sent pictures and a route of where they had walked. Athina was always on time and looks like Athina and Milo had known each other for years. Would really recommend her services.

Thank you!

We’ll definitely book Meisha again - can’t thank her enough! x

She took him for plenty of walks and kept him cool in the heat, we came back to a well taken care of comfortable happy puppy, I can’t recommend Simone enough, we will certainly be booking her again in the future! Darcy and her partner are both clearly very experienced with dogs. They're super friendly but, most importantly, they clearly absolutely love having dogs to stay. My lad got on like a house on fire with Teddy, their resident dog, who was gorgeous. They have a secure garden and the ability to separate the dogs in the house of required. I was really impressed and pleased; Darcy was really communicative and sent several updates over only a 1 day stay. I would recommend 10/10!

About: I have had experience with cats and dogs on and off my whole life. I had a cat (Tinkerbell) when I was younger and more recently my brother and sister in law gained three beautiful dogs ( two cavapoos and a dachshund) a tortoise called Sheldon and 5 chickens. I have helped look after all these for them and I absolutely love it .I would love my own dog but can't at present due to work/family commitments. However I would love to take care of one in my free time. I live alone majority of the time, but co parent my children. The availability I offer is based on work and my child free days. My hobbies are walking, reading and spending time with my partner and friends. Im Very excited and can't wait to meet your beloved doggies ☺️ I work from home on a Thursday and Friday so these and the weekend would be the days I would be mostly available. I have a lunch break and will work downstairs so I can attend to the animals needs and extra cuddles ☺️ I own my home and have no pets currently. I share custody of my three daughters but the availability will be based on when I don't have them. I have a fenced garden and plenty of indoor space for them. I'm not a ornament/trinket kind of gal so they have pretty much free reign downstairs and outside.

We also felt very comfortable leaving Cora with Sarah because of her many years of sighthound experience and calm demeanor. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats since I was 6 and have always loved being around animals. Over the years, I’ve regularly looked after pets for friends and family, from feeding and walks to playtime and keeping them company. It’s actually looking after their pets that gave me the idea to start pet sitting for others. I’m also a pet owner myself and have had my two cats for the past two years. I make sure they have everything they need, including fresh water, stimulating toys and an automatic feeder. My cats can also be kept completely separate from any pets I look after, so every animal can have their own comfortable space and feel happy and settled. I’m naturally caring and attentive and would treat every pet in my care as if they were my own. I currently part-time and do university, so quite flexible with my schedule.I am completely free on weekends also. I also live with my partner, who is a huge animal lover and can help with care when needed. We can offer a flexible routine with plenty of attention, play and company for your pet. I’m very happy to look after both cats and dogs. I’ve grown up around both and regularly care for dogs through friends and family, so I’m comfortable with their different needs, routines and personalities. I live in a two-bedroom flat where my two cats have their own separate room, so visiting pets can have the rest of the home to themselves without needing to share space with my cats. I take a lot of care with my own cats, including providing a water fountain, multiple food and water bowls, an automatic feeder, wet food twice a day, interactive toys, dental sticks and plenty of treats. I also have a cat tree, cooling mat and a pet camera so I can keep an eye on them when I’m at work. I even put bird and wildlife programmes on the TV for them as they love watching them! I’m very happy to provide the same level of care and attention to visiting pets and make sure they feel safe, comfortable and entertained.
