Keen dog walker and cuddler!
Hello dog lovers! I'm Becki and I live in Chesterfield with my husband Jamie. I’ve been caring for dogs through Rover for the past four years and I’ve also had family dogs my whole life—they’re a huge part of who I am, and I’m completely dog-obsessed! I offer a genuine home-from-home service where dogs are thoroughly spoilt and enjoy their holiday just as much as their owners enjoy theirs, with plenty of attention, comfort, and affection! I work from home so am here consistently through the day to provide company and comfort to doggy boarders. I have loved the company of every dog I’ve cared for over the years and I’m proud to have consistent 5-star reviews and many happy repeat human and canine clients. I’m happy to accept most breeds and sizes, although our home may be unsuitable for some energetic giant breeds due to hard floors that can be a little slippery. I'm afraid I am unable to provide regular day care i.e. the same days every week, as I have dogs booked for longer term boarding regularly and I only look after one households dogs at a time. I am happy to do ad hoc day care booked more last minute if I am free however :) I understand that leaving your dog with a stranger can be very daunting so I hope to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible. I am more than happy to organise meet and greets so prospective clients (human and canine!) can see the house and meet myself and Jamie to ensure complete confidence in our services. I also offer wedding chaperoning for dogs and am training towards a Level 3 qualification in dog grooming currently. I can provide discounted bathing/grooming services as part of, or separately to boarding clients. Please do message if either of these are required and I can provide more information :)

Karma, our 4 year old Cane Corso, has really made herself at home at Becki’s. Karma can get quite anxious around strangers, but she’s settled in really well with Becki and her husband and has thoroughly enjoyed her day care stays so far, so much so she doesn’t even look back when she’s dropped off.
Fab and caring dog sitter. Great communication throughout. This was our first time using Rover, and we felt so reassured knowing Becki was looking Winnie so well! Thank you!

Schedule
I currently work from home so have plenty of space to fit into any pets routine! More than happy with evening and weekend boarding/walking too

We have a large garden that is fenced on all sides and provide a home from home service for boarding clients. Dogs become part of our family!

We have lots of lovely walks nearby in wooded areas and can talk dogs out to the peaks for longer walks if they are of a smaller size to fit in the car
