Fully insured for pet sitting. I have years of experience caring for dogs of different breeds and temperaments. I crate and toilet trained both family spaniels, now aged 1 and 4. They are both high energy dogs, so plenty of playtime and mental stimulation is important. I also have experience taking care of my families senior dogs. Catering to things such as dietary requirements, medication, patience and extra attention. I’m confident in creating a safe and loving environment for every pet.

Always at ease when Meg looks after Rocky. He's in very good hands, and is very relaxed. Always good to see photos & videos of Rocky when we're away. Meg leaves the house very tidy. Very happy customer!
Buddy has been to the kennels in the past when we couldn’t arrange with close family, but we had a terrible experience. Never again we said. So we began looking for the right person. Meg came to meet us and buddy on a cold icy morning, which doing so spoke volumes as she gave up her own time. Meg asked all the right questions and it was sealed when buddy leaned against Meg, which is his way of showing he trusts someone. After a couple of day boarding successes he stayed for a few nights last week and after de briefing us, Buddy said he had a great time. We had plenty of updates. Thanks Meg ☺️👍🏻 Thank you.
Meg was fantastic with Buzz and gave lots of confidence. He was clearly very comfortable to stay and we received regular photos. I would have no hesitation in recommending Meg to others..
This was the first time Meg looked after Rocky overnight. Meg kept me informed of how his day was going, with photos and walk updates. I had no concerns at all over the weekend, Rocky was in good hands. Meg also left the house immaculate. I would highly recommend Meg, just not when we need her!
I was very happy to leave Monty with Meg, she has a lovely location, with large garden, that backs on to a field, perfect for walks. I am sure he was very well cared for, has the run of the house to sleep where he likes, and I will not hesitate to ask Meg again for her availability when we next need.
Meg looked after Rocky as a drop in over this weekend. Meg communicated to us during the visit & sent photos of a very relaxed dog. Feel very confident with Meg for her next booking which is overnight with Rocky.

Schedule
My partner and I have recently moved into our own home and I deeply miss my family dogs. I’d love the opportunity to occasionally host and care for your furry friend. Pet care fits seamlessly into my day as I work from home 90% of the time. The day can be started with a morning walk ensuring your pet gets fresh air and plenty of exercise. Throughout the day they have the option to stay inside or play in the garden. I can provide regular feeding, playtime and companionship, adjusting to your pets needs. If a dog is staying with me, I would incorporate their care into my schedule. My routine is structured but adaptable.

In my home I can provide a safe, cozy, stress free environment tailored to your pets needs. With direct access to a secluded field, your furry friend can enjoy adventures in a safe and open space. Safety and trust is paramount when looking after your dog. I recommend the use of sturdy leads, harnesses when walking and will always keep a close eye on their surroundings. I completely understand the importance of your pets well-being and want to assure you I am fully insured with pet sitting coverage. While I truly hope nothing happens when your pet is in my care, please know that you can have peace of mind knowing I am fully prepared for any unforeseen circumstances.
A typical day
I would begin the day by checking on your pet first thing in the morning (if they are booked for a sleepover). I’ll let them out for their first toilet break of the day whilst preparing breakfast with the instructions provided. I can walk before or after breakfast, it’s personal preference. After a 30-60 minute walk (or however long your dog requires), we will return back to the house for maybe a nap whilst I work or some well deserved cuddles. If your dog loves to play, I will engage in some fun activities such as tug of war, fetch etc. Before settling in for the night, I will take your pet on their evening walk to ensure they have had enough exercise. This will be followed by dinner (typically but again personal preference) and plenty of love and attention before bedtime!
