I couldn’t be happier with the service! She took such great care of Alfie and made sure he had a long, fulfilling walk, exactly as promised. It was clear she put real care and attention into making sure he was happy and comfortable. I especially appreciated the detailed Rover card she left afterwards—it was thoughtful, thorough, and gave me real peace of mind knowing how he did on his walk. Alfie came back content and tired, which is always the best sign! I’m really grateful for her reliability, professionalism, and the genuine love she showed towards Alfie. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring dog walker and I will definitely be booking again in the future and keep this an ongoing commitment.

About: I live in Ripley and work in Matlock Bath so flexible across locations between this radius. I recently joined Rover after previously providing pet care through Cat in a Flat. **Primarily available for early morning/evening visits - but can factor in more dependent on my work schedule** I grew up with Maine Coon cats looking after them from their kitten stages right through to their senior years. I understand grooming needs for furry friends, and know that every cat has a unique personality and I always take the time to get to know them in a way that they can feel comfortable and safe in their own environment. I also have experience walking and caring for dogs. I am confident handling smaller breeds and am familiar with larger dogs through my partner's lurcher. Whether your dog enjoys an energetic walk, gentle stroll, or just some companionship, I tailor my care to suit all of their needs. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your beloved pets, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. I'm always happy to share regular updates and photos while you're away for complete peace of mind. I look forward to meeting your furry family members! I work full time including weekends, but can factor in early morning/evening visits if necessary. I usually have two mid-week days off scheduled around my work, so ideal if you are away during the week. My partner is also flexible to assist with any dates that I am personally unable to attend. When caring for pets in their own home, I always aim to keep their routine as consistent as possible to help them feel comfortable and relaxed whilst the owners are away. Before taking on any bookings, I like to learn as much as possible about the pet's individual needs so that I can provide the best care possible. I keep lists of where important items are kept, and times for feeding schedules etc. While I am mainly focused on walks and drop in services for your pets, I can look at offering care in my own home if the dates match with my schedule.

About: Ever since I was a young girl, we have always had pets in the home. I prefer animals over humans any day! They're amazing, full of personality and best of all they bring a smile to the saddest of faces. I live in a lovely area, with a fenced yard at the front, I work from home so 9 times out of 10 your pet will always have the company of another person! My boy Simba is a kind, fun loving shepherd who can he rather bouncy at first, but will calm down and be your pets best friend! Considering I work from home, your pet will always have the company of another person. Unless I need to nip out for food etc. So I'm able to walk, and take care of your pet on a regular basis. I have Simba, who will happily be your dog's friend! If you'd like me to crate your pet, bring their crate too and I have space for it! Your pets will be fed as and when you'd like them to be. Toys, treats, poo bags are all thing we have here! So just bring your pet, their food and any home comforts they may need! I do a lot of work from home and enjoy spending time with dogs. Even if that's spending my lunch break taking care of your babies! Your property and pets are respected. That's my guarantee! Dogs will be walked thoroughly so you'll be given back a lovely tired Pup! I also allow for taking care of cats, if you need me to pop in and feed them or play with them, that's fine with me! I'd consider myself a trustworthy individual, there when you need it most

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Dog Walker I am delighted to share my experience with Oli, who has been exceptional in walking my Belgian Malinois, Loki. About: Hello! I’m Jess, and I’d love to be your dedicated pet sitter. I’ve had dogs in my family since I was a little girl, and for the past 10 years, my husband, our two little girls, and I have shared our home with two wonderful cats. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly understand how important it is to find a sitter you can trust. When your pet is in my care, you can expect daily walks, playful moments, lots of cuddles, and plenty of photos and updates so you can relax knowing they’re happy and safe. I treat every animal like they’re part of my own family and strive to give them the attention, affection, and care they deserve. I’d love to meet you and your furry friends so we can get to know each other and make sure they feel comfortable and loved. Your pet’s happiness and safety are my top priorities. Currently, I’m on maternity leave, which gives me plenty of time to dedicate to caring for pets. From September, once our daughter starts nursery, I’ll continue offering pet sitting alongside helping out part-time in our family business. My schedule is flexible around the school run, so I can accommodate most times for walks, visits, and playtime. This flexibility allows me to provide consistent, attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. I provide care in your home, ensuring your pets stay in the familiar, comfortable environment they know and love. I focus on safety and trust at all times—keeping doors secure, monitoring interactions, and giving each animal attention and care according to their routine. I also enjoy taking dogs on local walks, providing exercise and mental stimulation while keeping them safe and happy. Being active and fit means I can handle energetic dogs and ensure every walk is enjoyable. I treat every pet as if they were my own, giving plenty of love, playtime, and reassurance while you’re away.

About: Hi! I’m Jade, a huge animal lover who has grown up around dogs and horses my whole life. I offer fun, safe walks and loving home-from-home stays. Dogs in my care get plenty of exercise, attention and cuddles, and I always treat them like part of the family. I’m confident with dogs of all sizes, especially larger breeds, and I’m used to strong, energetic dogs who love a good adventure. At home your dog will be welcomed into a calm, loving environment with my friendly dog Reggie. I also have a young 5 year old son who has grown up around animals and is very gentle with them. Whether it’s a walk, daycare or a sleepover, my goal is always the same — a happy, safe and tired pup by the end of the day! My day starts early with breakfast around 8am before the school run. I do the school drop-off at 8:30am and I’m back home by 9am ready for morning walks and pet care. Late mornings are usually spent out walking, playing and giving dogs plenty of exercise and attention. Lunch is around 12pm followed by more walks or outdoor time, depending on the dog’s needs. My partner works from home, so there is almost always someone in the house during the day which means dogs are rarely left alone. In the afternoon and early evening we head out for more walks before dinner around 5:30pm. Evenings are relaxed with cuddles, settling down and a final toilet break or short walk before bedtime around 10pm. Your dog will be treated like part of the family and included in our daily routine Your dog’s safety, happiness and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. I’m confident handling dogs of all sizes and personalities and always take the time to understand each dog’s routine, behaviour and needs. Walks are carried out safely using secure leads and suitable walking routes, with plenty of exercise, attention and fresh water. At home, dogs have space to relax and settle wherever they feel comfortable. My partner works from home, so there is almost always someone in the house, meaning dogs are rarely left alone. I also have a friendly dog at home who is used to being around other dogs. In addition, I have a young child who has grown up around animals and is very gentle with them, so I do ask that any dogs staying with us are friendly and comfortable around children. I’m always happy to arrange a meet and greet before a booking so both you and your dog can feel completely comfortable and confident they’re in safe hands.

About: Experienced Pet Care Visits. Loving care when you’re not there. I was bought up with a dog and several rescued cats, who all meant the world to me and shaped my love of animals. After setting up my first home, I had 4 house rabbits who I litter trained and allowed free roam of my home, like cats. I am now a proud rescuer/adopter of 6 dogs over the last 25 years, 5 Dalmatians of my own and another Golden Labrador cross Alsatian, who I co-ordinated the rescue of, and found a loving home for, with one of my neighbours. My current two Dalmatians came to me through British Dalmatian Welfare who I have now volunteered for, as a fosterer, and have had recent experience of a home visit for potential adoption on their behalf. Over the last 10 years, my neighbours have relied on me to check in with, let out for toilet breaks, feed and play with their dogs, often for weeks at a time. The most recent stint was for 2 visits per day, 4 days/week, for 2 months. I am reliable, conscientious and trustworthy, and your pet’s needs and care will be my focus. I work from home and so can schedule home visits around my own working day. I would ideally like to expand my pet care services and hope to be able to offer more options in the near future. I’m comfortable with animals and find they respond well to me due to my caring nature. I would introduce myself to a new pet with a gentle approach. Having rescued animals, I have experience of nervous pets and excitable ones, and understand how to put them at ease.

About: What sets me apart is that I’m home full-time as I am on maternity leave, so your pets will get plenty of attention, company and care throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. I have a 10-year-old sprocker spaniel of my own and have owned several cats in my life, I also have 2 rabbits so it’s safe to say I’m an animal lover! I’m very experienced with caring for pets and understand how important it is for them to feel comfortable, safe and loved while you’re away. I’m a genuine animal lover and adore both dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. Whether your baby loves long walks and playtime or prefers a calm, relaxed environment, I’m happy to adapt to their needs and routine. I’m especially patient with older pets and understand the extra care and attention senior dogs can sometimes need. I’ll always treat your pets like part of the family and make sure they get lots of love, cuddles, attention and updates while they’re in my care. I’m currently on maternity leave, so pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine and means I’m home most of the day. I have flexible availability throughout the week and can give pets lots of attention, company, walks and playtime. I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual routine to help them feel comfortable and settled. I live in a house with a secure gated garden backing onto fields, so there’s plenty of safe outdoor space and lovely walks nearby. I have a baby, a friendly 10-year-old sprocker spaniel and two rabbits, so caring for animals is a big part of everyday life for me. I understand every pet is different and I’m happy to adapt to their needs, whether that’s sticking to routines, administering basic care, or giving them extra attention and reassurance.

About: I grew up with dogs (first a Dalmatian, then a Pointer, then two Cockapoos), but properly started looking after them when I was about 12. Since then, I’ve looked after and walked different dogs such as Jack Russells, Corgis and Rottweilers, and did quite a lot of this during University. I’ve looked after older dogs who needed medication, and walked puppies. I feel confident around most dogs and would love to chat with you about what is best for them and yourselves. I work from home so can easily check on your pet during the day and particularly happy if you need someone to check in or walk them during lunch. I’m available most weekends and can do as many check ins as required on those days. I am happy to come to your house to check in on your pet, stay with them a bit for company and do whatever is necessary. I cannot take them into my own home at the moment as I have my own cat and would not want to stress either pet. I’m happy to travel a bit and walk longer distances if that is what your pet requires. If they need crating, I’m also happy to do this.

About: Over the years I have many pets from hampsters to horses and pretty much everything in between. I love all things animals. I worked for a national dog walking company which lead to my interest in training dogs. After loosing my own 14 year old german shepherd working with dogs seemed to be the next step. I currently own 1 cat, 11 tarantulas, 1 snake, 1 lizard and a horse. So as you can tell I'm more than happy to work with exotics as well. All breeds of dog are welcome with me including those deemed as problem dogs. I have qualifications in canine phsycology, behaviour, nutrition and training. I also hold dog and cat first aid qualifications. With bigger animals I have stable management and equine psychology. I always provide plenty of pictures of walks and home visits. I work Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 5.30. Unless i have home board dog in which case he/she will be with me all day. Home boarding is also Monday to Friday. I have a yard that is completely fenced in and the gate is securely padlocked at all times. I have a car so we can go on plenty of adventures. Dogs will be fed on the schedule provided by their owners and only on the food provided. All small furries are kept in their cages and fed on the same food they come with.

About: Hi! 👋 A little bit about me…I’ve grown up with animals in my life and have had pets since age of 5. Growing up on a farm, I’ve always naturally had an affinity for animals. I have experience looking after kittens, puppies, cats as well as dogs. I have been trusted to dog sit for friends and family for most of my adult life, but have been doing so professionally for the last few years. If you have any questions at all - feel free to message me. I currently work from home so have now got increased capacity to make weekly trips to look after other peoples pets. Hence I am opening my availability up to provide care for more pets. Caring for each pet is different and I am more than happy to meet requirements of each pet’s specific needs and routine alongside providing a watchful eye and fulfilling their personal interactive needs such as cuddles/petting, treats, and continuing their training as requested.
