About: I’ve walked my neighbours dogs for several years and housesat many times for dogs and cats. I love all dogs and cats and would love to take care of any. I have had rabbits for 15 years and guinea pigs for 10. I’m current working part time, so I am available pretty much any time needed. I only require one days notice for any services. Thank you. I can create a safe, calm environment for your pet as and when needed, and I am perfectly happy to meet your needs, as I understand that a pet is a member of your family.

2. Evelyn M.
“Amber is a caring, thoughtful person who loves dogs. She has looked after my Springer Tia on numerous occasions. Tia loves being with her and always comes back happy and content. I have always totally trusted Amber with Tia as I knew she would always keep her safe. Amber is very reliable and always checked to make sure I was happy with her plans when she was looking after Tia. If you want someone who will care for your dog and look after them in a responsible and loving way then I would choose Amber everytime!”

3. Zannya D.
“I've had Zannya dog sitting for years for our late boy Patch. She would come almost daily to walk him for hours on end while I was too sick in doing so. She even had him the odd night or two when I needed it. I trusted her with his life through and through! Patch would always come back very well exercised and happy! (I know she even took him for the odd ice cream in town haha) if you're considering letting Zannya come dog sit or walk for you, do it! Worth every penny!”

4. Beth A.
“Beth looked after my two 8 year old Bostons for a week, sending regular updates as the elder has health issues (herniated disk in spine). When we returned the dogs were in great shape and had obviously been looked after brilliantly. We've gone on frequent walks together with my dogs and other dogs and she's always great at handling them. Would definitely recommend, your dogs will be in great hands!”

5. Jessica L.
About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life. I had my first dog aged 5 and several more throughout childhood. In adulthood I helped care for dogs, cats, chickens and cows within my family. I got my own dog, a French bulldog, in 2018 which lived with me and my auntie. I bought my own dog in 2023 from Dogs Trust who was a senior, and had complex physical and behavioural healthcare needs. I loved him more than life and miss him dearly. I really enjoy caring for more complex dogs, in particular seniors. I work full time but have working from home days on a Tuesdays and am fully flexible most weekends. Just drop me a message and with enough notice I can accommodate I provide safe, calm consistent care for all animals I care for and will adhere to all medication/behaviour plans as needed. I have lots of love to give and will take your lead on how you want me to care for you animals whilst away!

6. Rebecca f.
About: I have taken care of all different types of dogs since I was 10 years old. I have always had dogs in my household since I was a child. Neighbours, family members and friends have always relied on me to look after their dogs when they need it. I have always walked, fed and cared for dogs and love doing it. I have now moved out of my family home alone and have the time and space to be able to continue to care for dogs when people need it. I am trustworthy and will genuinely care for your dog the way I would want someone to do the same for me. Your dog is your family member and I will ensure they are safe and looked after with plenty of cuddles and walks to go with it. I currently work shifts so no week is the same for me. The benefit of this is that I often have lots of time before or after work. I don’t stick to the Monday to Friday schedule which means I am very flexible with the hours I am available. I am also available to being there last minute for your dogs caring needs. I have a fenced back garden area for your dog to play in. I have a large kitchen / dining room which has enough space for your dogs bed, toys and crate if needed. I have a family dog called Tilly who is a cocker spaniel. I sometimes spend time looking after her so if your dog likes to have a friend to play with then Tilly can help with this. Likewise if your dog prefers being on their own then Tilly won’t be at my house and I’m extremely flexible with this. I don’t have any children as I live alone and have no other pets. I live close to a large park where I would love to walk your dog and love to explore different walks in Derbyshire. Since I have brought a house of my own I have missed being able to care for dogs more regularly so I can’t wait to be able to help you when you need it and provide a home from home for your dog.

7. Hannah A.
“Hannah is an extremely loving pet caregiver. She has owned a variety of pets since being a young girl including several cats, fish, gerbils and rabbits and is currently pet mum to Hugo the pug, Radley the tabby cat and Ralph the three legged lion-head rabbit! She has had a passion for rescuing and rehoming animals since she was young - all of her fur babies are rescues! Hannah always prioritises her pets and makes sure they have the best of everything! She is the first person I go to if I need a sitter for my own cat Phoebe!”

8. Roland V.

12. Lea S.
“Lèa was absolutely amazing with our girl Ruby. Ruby stayed with Lèa, having the most fabulous time playing with Betty, Freya and Alan over a long weekend. We were regularly kept up to date with how Ruby was getting on with lots of pictures so show us just how much fun she was having. Ruby was so happy and we were grateful to know she was in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble for Lèa and she did everything she could to make sure Ruby’s stay was the best it could be. Couldn’t recommend Lèa enough, your pooch will be in the best care there is to offer. It’s most definitely a 5* service.”

About: I have always grown up with dogs and am an experienced dog sitter. I have an adolescent dog myself that I rescued last year and she is a large breed so I am comfortable with any larger breeds. I also have experience with elderly dogs as well as puppies so am aware of their specific needs. I’ve looked after dogs of all behaviours (including anxious ones) so know how to care for them. As well as dogs, I am very familiar with cats as I have three of my own. All of my pets are rescues so I’m comfortable around animals that need boundaries respected or have reactivity issues I work from home so can give your fur baby the attention they need. This includes any playing, walking or going outside or just needing to keep an eye on them. I have a fenced and secure garden that is very suitable for dogs to run around in. I have an adolescent dog who loves other dogs and loves having friends to play with. She is also crate trained so can give your dog space if/when they need it. Your dog will be treated just like my own so can come cuddle on the sofa whenever with me

“We have used Olly on many occasions to look after our dogs and ponies. Olly is always very reliable, trustworthy and also self reliant. Our dogs and ponies have always been extremely well looked after. I have no hesitation in recommending Olly to you for your animal and home care needs. Olly has stayed in our house often And always left it extremely clean and tidy. We felt very confident being away and trusting her with our home, possessions, and beloved animals.”

16. Emma J.
“Emma is very reliable and trustworthy, I have used her for a few years but unfortunately have moved away from her area. I would highly recommend her services, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing is too much for Emma. Don’t miss out on using her services”

17. Ameli C.
“Brilliant with dogs, firm but patient and attentive to their needs. Know a lot about dogs and was Mum to Ronny who was her first dog from a child to an adult. Currently carer to Bruce, an American Staffy. Also loves cats.”
18. Georgia B.
“Georgia is amazing. She first looked after my two chihuahuas for a week while I was on holiday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to trust with them. She sent regular updates with photos of their walks and sweet little moments at her home, where they stayed with her two lovely dogs (who are the absolute sweetest). Georgia is so warm and kind; my dogs are naturally skittish and wary of new people, but they immediately felt comfortable with her. Now, whenever I pick them up, whether it’s after a day or a couple of nights, I genuinely think they’re disappointed to leave her! She’s my trusted dog sitter, and I wouldn’t leave them with anyone else. I truly couldn’t recommend her more.”

I have a large fully fenced yard (escape proof) and a friendly Weimaraner to keep your pooch company! I can offer a crate if needed. 20. Sharon G.
“I can’t say enough good things about Sharon! She is amazing—she’s incredibly responsible, attentive, and keeps us constantly updated with lots of pictures of our pets during their walks and fun times. My dog absolutely loves her and gets so excited every time Sharon arrives. It’s such a relief to know our baby's are in such caring hands, especially when we are away on holiday.
