About: What sets me apart is the range of hands-on experience I’ve had with animals. I worked in a vet clinic for a month and have volunteered at rescues such as Moohaven and Guardian Angel Bird Sanctuary, which gave me experience with animals of all sizes and temperaments. I’ve also cared for a variety of pets at home and through volunteering — from dogs and cats to chickens and turtles — so I’m confident handling different needs and routines. About: I’ve always loved being around dogs and enjoyed caring for them. While I’m still building my experience, I’ve volunteered at a dog shelter. I come from a background in sociology and counselling, which has helped me become patient and attentive to different needs and personalities. About: I have completed a Level 3 diploma in Animal Management, so I am educated on health care, animal behaviour, training and advanced husbandry so I am able to give full and accurate care to dogs, cats, small mammals and reptiles (I also know bird husbandry but I can be a bit uncomfortable around birds). I can look after animals at any life stage, including mother’s with young. I am also aiming to return to uni to study Ver Nursing in 2027 During my college course, I also completed about 200 hours of work experience at a dog groomers in my home city, so I have significant experience in basic grooming dogs (washing, drying, nail trims). Though I do not have a grooming licence, I have had practice in trimming paws, ears, tails and hygiene areas. On a personal level, I have grown up with two beautiful dogs, both raised from puppies and they both have had numerous health issues and surgeries throughout their lives so I am confident in caring for sick animals. As well as my own pets, I have worked with and bonded with so many animals at college and would love the opportunity to meet more amazing animals I know how hard it can be to leave our animals at home alone so I hope to bring you and your furbabies comfort and peace while you are apart. I do work full-time (roughly 35 hours p/w) in Notts Train Station with a 7 hour shift pattern. I can attend to animals mornings, and evenings, and I can check on homes during my shift if they are relatively close by. I will follow your house rules and make sure doors and gates are always locked, and whenever I have to take dogs outside I will supervise them at all times, and any walks will be on-lead unless instructed otherwise. For other animals (reptiles, small mammals) I will make sure I maintain proper hygiene if I need to enter enclosures to prevent cross contamination of smells and reduce stress.

About: I have experience with rescue dogs and building bonds and trust. I know the importance of understanding what your dog needs no matter the temperament. I enjoy training new tricks and taking them for adventures. I believe I can offer your dog fun and make their stays like a holiday I work from home most of the week. My mornings start by walking maple first thing in the morning, on my lunch break and after work. With plenty of playtime in between. I am very lucky to be living with a veterinary nurse who is always on hand to help where needed. I am very flexible to your dogs routine and will aim to mirror this. My days can vary, but I’m able to work my routine around a dog’s needs, whether that’s morning walks, feeding, playtime, or simply keeping them company throughout the day. I really enjoy having dogs around, and I’m happy to give them plenty of attention and make sure they get the exercise, care, and companionship they’re used to. I offer drop-in visits, house sitting and day care in your own home. I’m happy caring for cats, puppies, kittens, senior pets and friendly dogs, and I can follow your pet’s routine, including giving oral medication if you show me how. About: I have taken care of family dogs and occasionally stray dogs since childhood including walking, playing, feeding, bathing, vet visits, giving oral medication. My current dog is a senior so I have the ability to ensure any pet is comfortable and the activity is suitable or adapted for each dog whether that be a young or senior dog. During my time at university I was a part of a voluntary group that walked dogs for families that were unable to do so. This was once or twice a week with both extra large dogs and small dogs. I'm in full time education at the moment moving from Ireland to England.

About: Hello! I am a Nottingham Trent University student raising money for Meningitis Research Foundation. I grew up with dogs (Jack Russell terriers, a golden lab, and a German pointer mix) and I was a dog walker for about a year many years ago. I am also a runner, so if you would prefer I take your dogs for a run, just let me know! I’d love to get to know you and your doggies :) I currently work part time at an art studio and am studying for my masters in fine arts at NTU, but my schooling is quite flexible and my work is less than 20 hours per week so I am able to find time around these responsibilities. For walks I care for the dogs by allowing them to stop and explore when they want and by bringing water and a small bowl for if they get thirsty on a longer walk. I also will take the dogs for a run if that is something you would like. For dog sitting I will let the pups out every couple hours or when they want, I will feed them when needed, fix them with clean water, take them for a walk at least once per day, and of course play with them and give them lots of pets

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have looked after my families and friends dogs over the past 10-15 years. I’ve also helped to train and look after puppies and in very used to looking after senior dogs. I am a kind patient person and have a genuine love and passion for looking after animals. I work from home most days so I am very flexible when it comes to looking after dogs. I also have my own car so can drive to parks on my lunchbreak for walks etc. I don’t currently have any pets and the backyard has a brick wall and gate enclosing it and making it secure. I live with my partner who is also an avid dog lover and has experience with looking after dogs.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, caring for both dogs and cats of all ages. From energetic puppies and playful kittens to gentle seniors needing a little extra attention, I understand the unique needs of each stage. Along with my own pets, I’ve looked after family and friends’ animals while they’re away, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I have a dog of my own who I walk every day for about 1-2 hours depending on her energy level. I feed her twice a day and make sure her water is always fresh and full. Taking care of animals is something I naturally do every day, so even when I’m not currently pet sitting, it still fits perfectly into my lifestyle. I'm used to planning my day around a pet’s needs, and I truly enjoy it!! For the second one When I’m caring for pets in their own home, I follow their routine closely to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, get the right amount of exercise and playtime, and receive any extra care they need -like medication or grooming. I also make it a priority to respect your home just as much as your pet. I keep things tidy, follow any house rules, and always make sure everything is left just the way it was when I arrived. Your pet stays happy in their familiar space, and you come home to everything just as you left it.

About: After years of looking after my own pets (dogs,cats and rodents) I feel ready to extend my love and care to other animals. I have experience training difficult dogs both big and small, this includes behavioural issues such a resource guarding and settle training. I have devoted much of my time to ensuing my own pets experience the best care possible including a range of enrichment and exercise. I have been a trusted pet sitter to my own family and friends for a good while and feel ready to care for others. I am currently working toward my dog first aid certification. I work part time as a waitress however this is only around 15 hours per week. I also am a silversmith (jewellery) however this is from my home studio and i create my own hours for this. Trust worth, safe walks and drop ins for pets. Every dog I look after i treat as my own. My dog is 14 and doesn’t enjoy big walks anymore, unlike me.

About: I used to teach dog training classes on obedience, agility, and tricks! I am an Oxford master’s student who is missing her dogs back in the USA and has lots of experience in pet-sitting. While I usually pet-sit dogs, I also have pet-sit for rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, chickens, goats, llamas, and cats. My grandma is a rabbit breeder for Flemish Giants, and I have extensive knowledge with rabbits and guinea pigs. I am also good with senior dogs and puppies and have lots of experience training and caring for them. I used to show my dogs in obedience and agility since I was 9 years old, so I have grown up always in dog training communities! I love training with positive reinforcement. My dogs are still with my parents in the US, but I still organize all the vet contacts, care instructions, and medication ordering for my senior dog. I also used to volunteer teaching classes for kids on how to care for their dogs, rabbits, and guinea pigs, including healthy living for their pets, first aid, and grooming. I am a Master's student, so I have lots of flexibility in my routine around classes. Pet care will be a bright part of my day, and I will be excited to care for your pets like I hope someone would care for my own back in the USA. In my past experience in pet-sitting, I always want to put the dog's and owner's needs first. As a previous dog trainer, I am good at reading if animals are uncomfortable with a new stranger and will take any interactions slow and respectfully to build a bond with your pet. I also want to check with you to see if your animal has any special needs, for instance, my old dog back in the UK has some complex senior care routines.
