Joss was great! He was good at being in touch and seemed to look after Percy really well. It was a huge help having him look after our pup whilst we were away sailing - thank you!

About: I’ve worked with dogs for over 8 years now, in a variety of different roles including a dog handler, kennel assistant and dog walker. I own 2 dogs myself, a ridgeback/rottweiler and a Labrador retriever. I’ve also worked with various dogs of all sorts of different sizes and backgrounds and believe all dogs deserve the same love and attention. As I currently work from 4:30 to 1:30 in my main job, I’ll be able to walk your dogs during the afternoon. I will offer a meet and greet initially before walking your dog, so you can get to know me a little bit and build some trust between you and me and also your dog.

About: I have a 9 year old black Labrador who is the family pet and have been helping my mum with doggy day care and dog boarding for over 2 years now. We’ve looked after dogs all shapes and sizes over the years ranging from puppies to mastiffs. The dogs tend to use me for my bed and cuddles! I’m currently looking for a full time remote/hybrid job after travelling for 6 months so will have plenty of time for your pups. I’m available for dog sitting and walking every day of the week at the moment. I’m very used to looking after dogs with different needs in our house and can easily accommodate for your dogs needs in the comfort of their own home.

First time I’ve used this app, struck gold with Adam who was fantastic. He arranged a meet and greet with our dog Sammy and stayed an hour. Sammy loved him and Adam came 7 mornings to collect him for a walk whilst I’ve been away. Always on time, had a full report everyday by text including photos. Delighted, I will be using Adam again and would recommend him to all. Thank you so much.

About: *Available for last-minute bookings and regular weekday drop-ins* I’m really tuned into animals, so I focus on making them feel safe, calm and loved—not just “looked after.” I’ve got a 13-year-old dog, so I’m confident with senior care, slower walks and meds, and a young cat… so I’m very familiar with being politely ignored until food is involved 😄 I’ve got experience with puppies right through to seniors, and with both small and large dogs, so I’m comfortable adapting to different needs, energy levels and personalities. I’m gentle, reliable and stick closely to your pet’s routine, with plenty of updates so you know your floof is happy and settled. I’m available weekdays between school drop-off and pick-up, and I plan my day around that time so pets get consistent care and attention rather than being rushed. I keep my schedule manageable so I can be fully present, and I’m happy to arrange weekends on request where possible, though availability may vary slightly as I have a 4-year-old son. I always follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and settled, whether that’s in your home or out on walks. I take the time to understand their needs, personality and any specific instructions, including feeding, walks, medication and behaviour. I keep everything calm, secure and predictable, making sure doors, gates and spaces are safe at all times. I’m attentive to any changes in behaviour and adjust my approach to suit them, and I’ll keep you updated regularly so you can feel confident they’re happy and well cared for.

About: What sets me apart is how much genuine care and attention I give to every pet I look after. I understand that every animal has their own personality and needs, and I always take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Although I don’t have formal professional experience, I’ve grown up around dogs through my family, so I’m confident handling different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I also have experience caring for rabbits, which has taught me patience, gentle handling, and the importance of paying close attention to behaviour and routine. I’m very reliable and organised with my time around college and work, so I can be flexible while still making sure pets get consistent care and attention. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions closely, whether that’s for feeding, walks, or general routines. Most importantly, I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure owners feel reassured with regular updates and photos while they’re away. Pet care fits really well into my daily routine. I’m currently at college, which means I have several gaps throughout the day that I can dedicate to dog walks, check-ins, or spending time with pets. I also have fairly flexible evenings and mostly free weekends, so I’m able to offer consistent care and give pets the time and attention they need. I work part-time alongside this, but I plan my schedule carefully to make sure any pets I’m looking after are always prioritised and not left alone for long periods. I enjoy being active and getting outdoors, so dog walking fits naturally into my routine, and I’m happy to adapt to each pet’s usual schedule as much as possible. When caring for pets, I always focus on making them feel as comfortable and secure as possible, whether they’re in my home or their own. In a pet owner’s home, I stick closely to their usual routine including feeding times, walks, and any specific instructions so pets feel settled and stress-free in their familiar environment. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship, and I always keep the home clean and respected. I also keep owners updated with regular messages and photos, so they can feel confident their pet is happy and well cared for.

About: Had pets since I arrived in this world! From cats, Guinea pigs, Rabbits, dogs and even cared for birds and reptiles! Animals tend to love me :) I am a voice actor and work from my home studio. I have portable equipment that I will bring to your home to continue recording my audiobooks! Working from home on my own schedule allows me to put your pets needs alongside my own so they’re well cared for! I like to speak to the owners about safety for the pets, what they would normally do (ie leash on walks, keep, Away from X etc). Keeping your pets safe is why you have me there so it’s important to be on the same page.

About: I used to have a dog of my own and I pet sit for neighbours all the time. I taught my dog basic skills such as sit/lay/stay/heel/etc! As a university student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide plenty of attention and care to pets throughout the week. While I do have some classes and commitments, I make sure to plan my time so that I can be present and reliable when looking after animals. Pet care easily fits into my routine, and I love having the company! I am fundraising for a Kilimanjaro climb for Dig Deep, a charity helping provide clean water in Bomet County, Kenya - all proceeds go to this! I always aim to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and happy and make sure to provide regular updates to their owner to ensure peace of mind. I follow any routines or instructions provided closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care they might need. I also make sure they get lots of attention and affection, and I keep things calm and consistent so they feel at ease while their owner is away.

About: I have always been relied on by friends & family to look after their dogs when needed. I have experience in all dogs, senior, puppies, and dogs that struggle with new people. I also have experience in administering medication, understanding behaviour, walking, feeding and grooming. I’m currently working part time, which means I have some free time through out my week! My shift pattern at work changes each week. I have been brought up around dogs my whole life, and I also have a big German Shepard myself who has anxiety around people. This means I have learned skills in how to create a safe environment for dogs and make them feel at ease ❤️

About: I used to run a boarding and walking business with my mum which I really loved but we recently had to close due to her relocating I now do this full time so I am always available and will often never leave the dogs unattended for any amount of time, unless you are happy for the dog to be left alone. I have water bowls and some pet supplies left over from when me and mum were boarding. I have a shared lockable gate just outside my front door, which will have a please keep closed sign on it at all times. My flat is on the ground floor and a 2 minute walk away from a park where I will be taking the dogs for walks and toilet breaks.

About: Hi, my name is Sim, I'm 25 years old, I work full time but on shifts so I have a range of availability based upon my shift patterns. I've got experience in sitting and walking different breeds, and I'm a big breed lover having my own 3 at home! (3 German shepherds!) Currently I do occasionally dog sit for friends and family, typically their dogs stay over with my 3 dogs who love having friends over! So what sets me apart from other walkers and sitters? Well, I love dogs, I've had 5 years of experience (on and off), all my dogs have been adopted and rehomed - so I've worked with a variety of different dogs with different needs. Recently fostering a dog for 3 months and got her trained up before she went to her new home which she's succeeding in! I own a car so I'm happy to travel. And with your permission if you leave your dog with me over night or for a few days, I can take them to locations such as the Peak District to get some quality time in, otherwise to the local parks and nature reserves. 😁 I do have a really big garden which is fenced off. If we require use of a create then we can encourage that with your dog, we just request to provide a bed or item that your dog is currently familiar with to keep in the crate if crate time is required, we want to keep the environment as familiar as possible to help reduce anxiety. My house has multiple cameras situated throughout the property, inside and outside for peace of mind. I work full time but I work different shifts weekly but I know what I'm working well in advance, and I have my partner to lend a hand. Large garden fenced off, cameras around the house and the outside the house so we have eyes on the property at all times. But someone will always be home.
