“Amba has had a great time staying with Stephanie and her husband for the past week. Communication was great and Stephanie sent regular updates with some lovely pics. Amba was thoroughly spoilt and I am so grateful to Stephanie for looking after my Amba so well whilst we were away.”

“Hayley was absolutely wonderful and Cooper loved his time with her. From the first messages and suggestion of a brief meet to sending photos and updates of Cooper throughout his stay, Hayley was amazing. Can’t thank her enough for taking such good care of Cooper.”

“I was struggling for dog care as my original dog care had cancelled on me last minute. I contacted jade and she was very quick and efficient on getting Rodney booked in and was happy to rearrange her days to accommodate Rodney for the 4 nights. I was anxious at first leaving Rodney with someone I hadn’t before but Jade was so good and reassuring right from the off and within 5 minutes of introducing Jade to Rodney I felt so reassured. She listened and made a list of everything me and Rodney do and his needs and wants. She sent me so many photos and videos every day and updated me even when I didn’t ask which was amazing so I could go away enjoy myself and knew Rodney was being well cared for. I collected Rodney and he didn’t want to leave when I came to collect him which is a reflection of the amazing care and fuss he had received. It was like Rodney was Jades own dog and she said how she loved having him. Going forward I will be definitely using Jades dog care service again and I’m sure Rodney will be excited at the thought of this as well. Keep up the good work jade from me and my Rods and thank you so much again ❤️!”

“This was the firsts time we have used this service and the Steve and his family was excellent. Regualar updates and Luna my dog was looked after to high standard, which allowed us to enjoy wedding we was at knowing she was in safe hands many thanks again”

“It was my first time using the app and I couldn’t be happier. I had lots of updates and was able to relax and felt they were really having the best time. Elizabeth and family welcomed my goblins and were perfect.”

“Leaving Simba with Fozia was the best experience ever. I was a little concerned about leaving Simba because Fozia has her own dog. The first day was all about them getting to know each other, but after that they became the best of friends! Fozia kept us updated throughout Simba’s stay with clear messages and lots of photos, which was absolutely amazing. We missed Simba so much, and seeing those pictures really reassured us that he was happy, relaxed, and being so well looked after. It put our minds completely at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Simba with Fozia again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring and trustworthy to look after their dog. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our boy 🥰🙏”

“Can't recommend Pricilla enough for dog boarding! Cleo is small and shy dog, so I was really nervous. But Pricilla was amazing from day one — sent daily photos and updates which kept me sane, and Cleo actually seemed to enjoy herself. She really got Cleo's shy personality. When we picked her up she was relaxed and happy, not stressed at all, which is huge for such a nervous dog. If you need someone trustworthy for an anxious dog, go with Pricilla. We'll definitely book again!”

“Bella was so happy here and made herself at home very quickly. Definitely recommend, a very chilled and calm environment. Bella stayed for two days and enjoyed her little break away.”

“Liga provided the perfect home for our dog, Jack, while we were away for 2 days. He has very specific dietary needs and she was meticulous following them even with other dogs to care for as well. Her communication was stellar and Jack had an amazing time. Would absolutely recommend her as a dog sitter/boarding.”

“Amba had a fab first stay with Courtney and Chris. She was very well looked after and communication was great with updates and pics shared too. Narla and Bonnie are lovely and friendly cockapoos and Amba got on well with both of them. Thanks so much for looking after my Amba :)”

“Thank you very much Jessica for looking after our boy Milo ! It was hard to leave him with someone else as this was the first time but we will definitely book you again. All the best !!!”

“We were really happy with the care Cinnamon received. Shivani and Shanti kept us updated throughout the day and looked after Cinnamon according to her usual routine. We felt that Cinnamon had a great time with them. We will definitely continue to use them and would highly recommend them.”

“Marley had a wonderful Christmas with Heather and family. They treated him better than he would be at home and I couldn’t have left him in better hands! Thanks so much.”

We’ve looked after dogs all shapes and sizes over the years ranging from puppies to mastiffs. The dogs tend to use me for my bed and cuddles! I’m currently looking for a full time remote/hybrid job after travelling for 6 months so will have plenty of time for your pups. I’m available for dog sitting and walking every day of the week at the moment. I’m very used to looking after dogs with different needs in our house and can easily accommodate for your dogs needs in the comfort of their own home.
“Absolute 5-star service! Mel is amazing. She kept us completely in the loop throughout Skye’s stay with regular photo updates, which gave us total peace of mind. Her home is brilliantly set up for dogs—packed with mental stimulation, shaded spots, plenty of cozy places to chill, dog beds and blankets everywhere, walked consistently in a variety of settings, even a paddling pool! Honestly, I think Skye had a better holiday than I did. Mel is clearly an expert in dog care and training, and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much, Mel!”

About: I've been caring for dogs since I was a teenager, regularly walking and helping to care for my family dog from the age of 14. Since then I've had plenty of hands-on experience with dogs of different ages, personalities and energy levels. I now have my own young dog, so I'm very familiar with puppy and adolescent energy, training, enrichment and keeping curious dogs entertained! I absolutely love spending time with dogs and I'm happy to follow their individual routines around feeding, walks, play and downtime to help them feel comfortable and at home. I work from home full-time, so I'm around throughout the day to provide plenty of company, attention and toilet breaks. I already structure my day around my own dog's routine, including regular walks, playtime and enrichment. I'm available for boarding, daycare, walks and drop-in visits throughout the week, with availability shown on my calendar. I have a fenced garden and a friendly young dog who loves the company of other dogs. I only accept one household's pets at a time, so your dog will get plenty of individual attention. We're also just a minutes' walk from a grassy park, perfect for daily fetch. I have multiple rooms available, so dogs can have their own space when needed, and I'm happy to follow their usual routine around feeding, walks, sleeping and crate use.
“We had a great experience with Maria taking care of our potato, Rupert. She was responsible, communicative, and very loving toward him. It was clear that Rupert felt comfortable and happy with her. Maria gave us great peace of mind while we were away, and we would absolutely trust her again in the future.”

“Rebecca was very caring with Angie and listened to all my care instructions for her. I was sent photos throughout the entire stay to keep me updated, Angie looked very comfortable in Rebecca's home. Will use her services again in the future.”

“Julia was absolutely amazing with Safia ❤️ From the very beginning, she was caring, attentive, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful. She kept me updated throughout the stay with detailed messages about walks, food, water, playtime, and how Safia was doing emotionally, which gave me so much peace of mind, and the most thorough report about her day. She even washed and dried Safia’s blanket after a little accident without hesitation, such a kind gesture that truly shows how much she cares! Safia clearly felt comfortable and loved with Julia and her family, and it made me so happy to hear how well she got along with everyone 😊 I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person. I would trust Julia again without a second thought and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, warm, patient, and genuinely loving with dogs. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of Safia 🐾”

About: I've been around animals since I can remember, mostly dogs but we've had a few cats as well. I've had 5 dogs in my life and most recently a puppy, so I know how to take care of a puppy such as crate and toilet training, playtime, and however old they are let them experience the outside and other dogs. also sadly the dog that has been around me since I was six past away earlier this year and ever since around last year he deteriorated quickly and had to help him into the garden and only could walk him up the drive way and let him sniff around so I think I have experience with senior dogs as well. I'm currently at Falmouth University studying Film however second year is coming to a close so I'll be free most days to take care of your pets. Currently I am available on most weekdays and weekends at midday and after. As a student my uni house doesn't allow pets but I'm more than happy to come to the owner's house and take care of the dog/s or cat/s while the owner is away, I know many places around Penryn and Falmouth to take them on a lovely walk.

About: I am experienced in pet sitting dogs and cats and have owned small pets my whole life, including rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. I’ve been a volunteer for the local Cats Protection branch for 7 years and I’m particularly good with nervous and anxious cats.
“We are very grateful for Tiggys cat care for the week we were away, Margot was very happy with her new friend ! And Tiggy does an excellent job of keeping in touch and is very professional and kind , thank you Tiggy we will definitely be using your drop in visits again!”

About: I have looked after pets for roughly 15 years, from cats and dogs of all sizes. Also experienced with smaller exotic pets including hedgehogs and hamsters. Experience with puppy training both my own and family pets, be this with basic commands, toilet training, learning to walk to heel or recall. Further experience with elderly dogs through my own. Able to accommodate any requirements. Our team are 2 adults, one works from home full time, the other onshift ususally nights. Available all hours to accommodate any animal requirements from people who love to be around them. Able to work around the owners schedule to fit whatever they need. Most important thing is making sure the pets we look after are safe and comfortable. Animals wouldn't be left unattended as we know what they can get up to when a back is turned. Any details or instructions provided by the owner will be strictly followed as making sure their pets are as safe and comfortable as possible is our number one priority.
About: I used to run a boarding and walking business with my mum which I really loved but we recently had to close due to her relocating I now do this full time so I am always available and will often never leave the dogs unattended for any amount of time, unless you are happy for the dog to be left alone. I have water bowls and some pet supplies left over from when me and mum were boarding. I have recently moved onto a canal boat, it’s a wide beam with plenty of space and all amenities you’d expect of a house, the grounds in the marina are great for dogs and there are plenty of footpaths and walking routes near by.

“Imogen has been brilliant. Plenty of updates, photos and videos of my two cats. She went the further mile by spending time with them so that they didn’t feel abandoned, plus she watered the garden so we didn’t come home to dried dead stalks. I would certainly recommend her and will definitely book her again when I next go on holiday.”

“Really happy I booked Olivia, she really helped us find a last minute sitter for our dog Dash and our cats. The pictures taken on the card gave us peace of mind whilst we were away that dash was being cared for, espeically the one of him cuddling her.”

“Katy took great care of our animals and home. Of course we went away in the heat wave but she consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone was okay. Her communication is amazing. We will 100% book again.”

“Shivani and Shanti were lovely looking after our dog Arlo for couple of hours. Super helpful with sending updates and pictures and were very friendly and accommodating. If we are ever in the area again would definitely leave our pup in their care. Thank you so much for everything! :)”

“Abbie looked after our dog, Ralphie, for the day, and he had the absolute best time! He settled in straight away because Abbie made him feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She was fantastic to deal with, and Ralphie clearly loved every minute of his stay. I cannot recommend Abbie highly enough, and we will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Ivana and her husband are so friendly and welcoming. Their home is beautiful with a gorgeous garden. Buddy enjoyed his visit today and is looking forward to future stop overs 🥰”

“Elizabeth and her lovely family looked after biscuit with great care and gave her heaps of attention, they treated her like their own dog and biscuit loved being around the two girls. I was updated with photos and little stories of what they got up to whilst I was away for work and they made us smile as she clearly looked entertained, was having zoomies and playing with the children and getting lots of cuddles and attention. It made us quite jealous :) My husband found the location easy for work to drop her off on the way and made life easier for him knowing she was cared for extremely well. We will be using Elizabeth and her family again! Thank you for what you did for Biscuit, she came home tired and slept all afternoon and hardly moved :)”

“Liga was so good with our Winnie. She is really attentive and professional. Without even asking, she sent us regular updates and pictures throughout the day. Her dog Marley was also really good with Winnie and she normally doesn't like big dogs. I reccomend Liga for your bookings, shes really friendly and welcoming! best sitter i've had yet”

About: I have been around dogs and family pets for a long time and have a deep love for all animals. I also own a daschund who is anxious so I understand patience and how to care for smaller dogs. I currently work full time from home on the weekdays, so your dog will have plenty of attention from me! My partner is also around to help out on the weekends. I have a fenced garden and live close to fields for dog walks. Winnie loves being around other dogs but she is initally reactive due to her nature (sausage dog problems 😂), it would be great to meet beforehand to get the dogs to meet. I am happy to meet free of charge to see how they get on, I think it's important that you feel your dog is in safe hands before leaving with me.
“Our Cinnamon had a great time with you thanks so much. We were sent lots of pics and update so felt very comfortable knowing she was safe and well looked after. Cinnamon had lots of play and walks and is now tuckered out and happily napping away! Thanks very much Hayley :)”

About: I love all animals but dogs have a special place in my heart ❤️! I have loads experience looking after animals of all kinds. My Dad was a vet and loved to take advantage of the cheap labour opportunity and had me working at his practice on weekends since I was 12! I have experience caring for and entertaining dogs, but also in administering any medication they may be taking. I have a beagle of my own called Freddie, he is very friendly and loves to have other dogs to play with! I work from home during the week so your dog will not be left for any stretch of time. I live in a house with a decent sized garden that is secure and fenced! Happy for any prospective client to come and check my home to see where their dog will be staying or do a pre-meet/walk if they are worried about how their dog will mix with Freddie. Freddie and I go for a walk daily, usually around the local country park… and we would welcome an addition 😊 Living alone and having a dog means I often find myself having to find someone trustworthy to look after my boy. It is never easy to find someone readily available and at a reasonable price. That is what has motivated me to offer my services at a low price. I know how stressful it can be to organise pet care and would love to be able to ease that stress for others so we can all just look forward to a break away 🙂 I work from home. It is a full working day but I am happy to have the dogs in the office with me and do find time to engage and play with my own dog during the day. They do also have the freedom to roam around the house, snooze, or play in the garden. Attached house so no side gates. Garden is fenced and fences are secure and high. If I need to travel with your dog I have safety clips in my car. I also live down a longish driveway so there is no main road immediately nearby. I work from home so I have plenty of opportunity to play with the dogs during the day. Having a dog myself means my routine is relatively unaffected, we just have another dog along with us. I have a fenced garden. Can crate your dog if you bring the crate along with you. Dogs are fed separately. I have spare dog bowls and beds.
“Adora was happy & had a great time. Was great for her to have experience of being with other dogs as well. I have booked again for February overnight boarding. I would recommend Jessica definitely. Adora recognised her from back in July & was happy to see her. Always a good sign 👌”

“How pleased I was to leave Wilson for a few hours with Jade prior to a four day booking in April.Wilson was relaxed in her company and it became clear that Jade is a dog lover and understood how much Wilson means to me. I have no fears that Wilson will enjoy his longer stay in the near future so will be more than happy to use Jade when the occasion arises.”

“Kasper came back from his day with Deborah very happy after a lovely day; I think he’ll sleep well tonight! Would happily recommend Deborah and will definitely book again. Very happy - thank you”

About: Hi, I’m Annie 🐾🌲 I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mum to Winnie, my intelligent and loving Shihpoo. I provide small, home-from-home dog care with a maximum of 3 guest dogs at a time, so every dog gets genuine attention, patience and care. While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to caring for dogs. I am licensed by Charnwood Council with a Higher Standards license, and am fully insured too. I’ve looked after dogs before and have experience with a special needs dog who had severe anxiety, separation issues and ongoing medical needs. This taught me the importance of understanding each dog as an individual, keeping routines consistent and creating a calm environment where dogs feel safe. I work from home, meaning your pup will have company, attention and care throughout the day. We have a secure fenced garden and live close to beautiful fields, perfect for relaxed walks and plenty of sniffing adventures 🌿 Winnie loves meeting new friends, but I always put each dog’s personality and comfort first. Whether your dog loves exploring, relaxing or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else. My aim is simple: to give every dog the same love, patience and care I would want for Winnie. 🛡️ Higher Standards Licensed 🏡 Home-from-home care 🐾 Maximum 3 guest dogs 🌲 Calm, personal care I work from home, so pet care naturally fits into my daily routine. My day revolves around making sure pups feel happy, comfortable, and loved. We start the morning with a lovely walk first thing, giving them time to explore, stretch their legs, and enjoy a good sniffari. After we come home, it’s breakfast time followed by cuddles, relaxation, and plenty of companionship while I work from home. Throughout the day, I’m around for attention, reassurance, and little breaks when needed. In the evening, we enjoy dinner and a gentle stroll to stretch our paws before settling down for cosy bedtime snuggles. I love creating a calm, home-from-home environment where dogs can feel safe, relaxed, and part of the family. I provide a calm, safe, and loving home-from-home environment for every pup in my care. I live in a lovely quiet area with a secure fenced garden, giving dogs space to relax, play, and enjoy some fresh air safely. We are surrounded by great walking spots, including fields perfect for exploring and enjoying a good sniffari. I always take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, routine, and individual needs so they feel comfortable and settled. Winnie is a friendly, sociable Shihpoo who loves meeting other pups, and we do have some friendly pup pals who may say hello along the way. However, I always prioritise each dog’s comfort and make sure introductions are calm and appropriate. My aim is to make every dog feel like part of the family while they’re with us — safe, happy, and very well cared for.

About: What sets me apart is my real, hands-on experience managing many dogs at once. I own four dogs and have cared for twelve family dogs, so I’m confident with different personalities, routines, puppies, and senior dogs. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like my own. Back home, I handle my own dogs with feeding, walks, routines, and providing constant love and attention. I’m an MBA student at Loughborough with a flexible schedule and lots of free time between classes. I really miss my own dogs, so being around pets fits naturally into my day, and I can give them plenty of attention, walks, and care I provide a safe, trusting environment for your dog in your home. I can follow your routines closely and give plenty of attention, walks, and playtime. If needed, I can also crate your dog comfortably. My experience with my own dogs and family dogs ensures your fur baby will feel happy and secure while you’re away.

About: I have been around animals since childhood. My family has a dog called Miki who is now 13 years old. I also have two cats of my own: Vivi, who is 3 years old, and Milka, who is 16. I rescued Milka and took care of her for 2 years before she stayed with my family in Ukraine. Growing up, I also cared for a parrot, a rat, and two guinea pigs. I truly love dogs and enjoy spending time with them. I trained our family dog basic commands such as sit, lie down, stay close, give paw, voice, and roll over. “Susan is very experienced with dogs and handles my 3...one is very reactive...with ease. Susan is very caring, honest and trustworthy and I have no hesitancy recommending her services.”
About: *Available for last-minute bookings and regular weekday drop-ins* I’m really tuned into animals, so I focus on making them feel safe, calm and loved—not just “looked after.” I’ve got a 14-year-old Chihuahua, so I’m confident with senior care, slower walks and meds, a young cat so I’m very familiar with being politely ignored until food is involved 😄 And we've just got a Cockapoo puppy so it's fun and games at our house! My experience with puppies through to seniors over the years is with both small and large dogs, so I’m comfortable adapting to different needs, energy levels and personalities. I’m gentle, reliable and stick closely to your pet’s routine, with plenty of updates so you know your floof is happy and settled. I’m available weekdays between school drop-off and pick-up, and I plan my day around that time so pets get consistent care and attention rather than being rushed. I keep my schedule manageable so I can be fully present, and I’m happy to arrange weekends on request where possible, though availability may vary slightly as I have a 4-year-old son. I always follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and settled, whether that’s in your home or out on walks. I take the time to understand their needs, personality and any specific instructions, including feeding, walks, medication and behaviour. I keep everything calm, secure and predictable, making sure doors, gates and spaces are safe at all times. I’m attentive to any changes in behaviour and adjust my approach to suit them, and I’ll keep you updated regularly so you can feel confident they’re happy and well cared for.
“Adam was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I got very lucky as my usual dog care fell through so it was quite last minute. Adam was super punctual and my dogs immediately loved him from the meet and greet. The numerous updates, photos and videos were greatly appreciated, especially as I’ve never used Rover before so was a bit nervous! Would recommend to anyone- 10/10 for service, communication, friendliness and my dogs’ happiness!”

About: Life long owner/ carer of dogs, all shapes sizes and breeds from loving Labs to terrific terriers, I provide kind care for them all! 😊 I work part-time, when I'm not at work I'm walking my own dogs usually up to 3 times a day so can easily take yours too! I offer a safe, clean cosy environment. I provide fun walks, balls included. Plenty of cuddles and love. Walks geared to the age and need.
“Amba had a great time with Eleanor on a walk today. Eleanor communicates really well and shared some lovely pics of their time together. Eleanor is respectful of our home, very caring and looks after Amba extremely well. The treats from Eleanor for Ambas birthday was such a thoughtful thing to do, she loves them :)”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life, primarily adopted. From Collies to German Shepherds and Jack Russell’s. I’ve cared for them all from young until old. I also have experience with reptiles and small mammals. I have a lot of time on my hands at the moment and would love to be able to care for your pets. I love going on long walks, particularly places like Outwoods or Watermead. I have a car so I’m happy to come to you or take your dog out somewhere nice. I work from home, with my work schedule being quite flexible to my needs. As such I can tailor my day around different priorities, like pet care. I would be attentive, making sure they know I’m receptive to their needs, whether that’s letting them out in the garden regularly or feeding them. Playing with their toys and interacting regularly.
About: I am currently studying veterinary, so have undertaken many hours of work experience where I have looked after many dogs in a professional environment. I also have a dog with anxiety so understand the needs of this. During the week I can provide services such as dog walking and drop in sessions. Over weekends I have no other commitments such as a job so can provide many walks and sufficient care for your pet(s). I am flexible to how the dog is behaved as I understand some dogs have different needs to others- I am confident to crate a dog and walk dogs on a leash.
“Joss was great! He was good at being in touch and seemed to look after Percy really well. It was a huge help having him look after our pup whilst we were away sailing - thank you!”

About: I’ve had dogs of my own for 30 years , and was a puppy walker for Guide Dogs for The Blind. Only finishing puppy walking when one of our dogs was withdrawn and came back home. I am experienced with puppies, senior dogs and everything in between. I’m working part time at the moment so am available to care for and walk your dog 7 days a week. My aim is to be a full time dog walker. I have a fully enclosed yard ( which is disinfected daily ) a lovely Labrador called Cariad , a little pug call Winnie to keep your fur baby company. Whilst at my home your fur baby will be allowed on the sofa and upstairs
About: I’ve worked with dogs for over 8 years now, in a variety of different roles including a dog handler, kennel assistant and dog walker. I own 2 dogs myself, a ridgeback/rottweiler and a Labrador retriever. I’ve also worked with various dogs of all sorts of different sizes and backgrounds and believe all dogs deserve the same love and attention. As I currently work from 4:30 to 1:30 in my main job, I’ll be able to walk your dogs during the afternoon. I will offer a meet and greet initially before walking your dog, so you can get to know me a little bit and build some trust between you and me and also your dog.

About: I have experience caring for dogs both in my own home and in their owners’ homes. While on a gap year in Melbourne, Australia, I looked after dogs in my home while their owners were away, ensuring they felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for. More recently, I regularly care for a Cockapoo in the owner’s home while they are away, maintaining their usual routine and providing plenty of attention, walks, and companionship. I also have a lovely 10-year-old Sproodle at my family home, who I have helped care for since she was a puppy. She has given me valuable experience with the day-to-day responsibilities of owning a dog, from walks and playtime to feeding and providing lots of affection. She is very friendly and gets on well with dogs of a similar size. I genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors and love going for walks, so taking dogs out for exercise is something I look forward to rather than seeing as a chore. My aim is always to make every dog feel happy, comfortable, and cared for while giving owners complete peace of mind. I also have had cats ever since I was born so I am used to caring for them, including feeding, litter care, and providing affection. Further experience comes from my job. I work in home care, where tasks regularly involve caring for our customers’ pets, particularly cats and dogs. I am a Nursing student, however I am on break until October so work part time in home care. My hours are flexible so I can fit in visits around pet care, depending on how long they can be left alone and how much attention they require. I always aim to make pets feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible by keeping to their usual routine. Before any booking, I like to learn about their feeding schedule, walking routine, favourite toys, any medications, and anything else that helps them feel at home. In my own home, I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment where dogs receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and cuddles. I never leave dogs alone for long periods and make sure they have fresh water, regular toilet breaks, and lots of company throughout the day. When caring for pets in their own home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s home. I follow all instructions carefully, keep the home tidy, and make sure pets receive the same level of care and attention they’re used to. I know how important it is for owners to feel reassured while they’re away, so I’m always happy to send regular updates and photos so you can see how your pet is getting on.

About: Dogs are my main passion, and I have experience caring for dogs in a variety of settings, from regular babysitting with family dogs to an overnight weekend dog sit. I particularly enjoy spending time with friendly, affectionate dogs and have a soft spot for long-haired and low-shedding breeds. During my weekend dog sit, I cared for a dog from Friday evening to Sunday, following their routine carefully, including feeding, companionship, two walks each day, and wiping their paws after walks. I have also babysat for several families with dogs, including caring for a very young Spaniel puppy who had only just joined the family. I really enjoyed getting to know him and learned how important patience, supervision and consistency are with a young puppy. I have also spent much of my life around a variety of other animals. I have experience caring for tortoises, my family has kept hens on and off since I was nine, and I have helped care for small pets including hamsters and degus. I have also completed cat drop-in visits, including administering an inhaler to a cat with asthma, so I am comfortable following detailed care and medication instructions. Although I don’t currently offer cat sitting due to allergies, this experience has strengthened my understanding of how important it is to follow each pet’s individual routine. I will always take the time to understand your dog’s personality, routine and needs. Whether they love long walks, playing, cuddling, or simply having someone around for company, I want them to feel safe, happy and well cared for while you’re away. I am reliable, attentive and happy to provide regular updates and photos. Pet care fits around my weekly routine, and I only accept bookings that I have enough time to commit to properly. During term time I work in a school, so evenings are particularly convenient for walks, drop-in visits and pet care after the school day. I am also generally available during weekends and have greater flexibility during school holidays. I am unavailable from Friday evening through Saturday due to my regular Sabbath observance, so I will not accept bookings that require care during this time. I value consistency and reliability, so I will always make sure that I can give your pet the time, attention, exercise and companionship they need before accepting a booking. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I understand that every animal is different, so I’ll always follow your instructions carefully, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, medication, or favourite routines. When caring for pets in your home, I’ll treat both your pet and your home with the utmost respect. I’ll make sure your pet has fresh water, plenty of attention, and a calm, reassuring presence while you’re away. If needed, I’m happy to provide regular photo and message updates so you know how they’re getting on. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions and have experience caring for pets with specific needs, including administering an inhaler to a cat with asthma. I know how important it is to keep pets safe, secure, and happy in their familiar environment.

About: I have had animals in my home since I was 8 years old. I have two very loving 13 year old cats and a 6 year old Labrador. I have also had experience with other people’s pets over a long period of time, gaining experience with a range of breeds, sizes and ages of pets. I am currently a final year student at Loughborough University, so my timetable is very flexible during the week, with lots of time to be at your house or pop in for a toilet break or company. I have many years experience with looking after both cats and dogs. I am very able to deal with different breeds, energy levels and sizes.

About: I'm a dedicated animal lover who treats every pet as if they were my own. I take the time to understand each pet's individual personality and routine so they feel safe, happy, and comfortable while you're away. Whether it's playtime, walks, feeding, medication (if needed), or plenty of cuddles, I always provide reliable, loving care and keep owners updated with regular photos and messages for peace of mind. My work is very flexible and work from home for bits which gives me plenty of time to take care of your pets when they need walking, giving them attention and playing with them, letting them out for potty and feeding them. I listen to what you do in your home and respect those boundaries that are set up example pets not allowed on furniture I will respect those rules.

About: What sets me apart is how much genuine care and attention I give to every pet I look after. I understand that every animal has their own personality and needs, and I always take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Although I don’t have formal professional experience, I’ve grown up around dogs through my family, so I’m confident handling different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I also have experience caring for rabbits, which has taught me patience, gentle handling, and the importance of paying close attention to behaviour and routine. I’m very reliable and organised with my time around college and work, so I can be flexible while still making sure pets get consistent care and attention. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions closely, whether that’s for feeding, walks, or general routines. Most importantly, I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure owners feel reassured with regular updates and photos while they’re away. Pet care fits really well into my daily routine. I’m currently at college, which means I have several gaps throughout the day that I can dedicate to dog walks, check-ins, or spending time with pets. I also have fairly flexible evenings and mostly free weekends, so I’m able to offer consistent care and give pets the time and attention they need. I work part-time alongside this, but I plan my schedule carefully to make sure any pets I’m looking after are always prioritised and not left alone for long periods. I enjoy being active and getting outdoors, so dog walking fits naturally into my routine, and I’m happy to adapt to each pet’s usual schedule as much as possible. When caring for pets, I always focus on making them feel as comfortable and secure as possible, whether they’re in my home or their own. In a pet owner’s home, I stick closely to their usual routine including feeding times, walks, and any specific instructions so pets feel settled and stress-free in their familiar environment. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship, and I always keep the home clean and respected. I also keep owners updated with regular messages and photos, so they can feel confident their pet is happy and well cared for.

“Amba has had a great time staying with Stephanie and her husband for the past week. Communication was great and Stephanie sent regular updates with some lovely pics. Amba was thoroughly spoilt and I am so grateful to Stephanie for looking after my Amba so well whilst we were away.”

Amanda sent us regular updates, photos and videos throughout the week so we didn't have to worry whether Rosie was okay as we had videos of her enjoying herself. It was really reassuring. Great communication throughout. Rosie will definitely be staying with Amanda again and we'll be checking her availability before we book our next holiday :-)”

About: We’ve been born into family that have always had dogs and due to work commitments we are not in a position to have our own right now. That said, we are excited to find this app and be able to host a dog into our living home when available. Hard floors in our home, a secured garden, and time morning and evening to walk your dog through the surrounding fields around our villages. If your dog travels well in a car, we will take it in a longer walk in interesting places. We are both self employed and have flexible work pattern both from home and in the work place if required. We have no children and are excited to be spending time with your dog. We have fenced and secured garden and lovely countryside walks around our village. We love finding out new places to walk and with lots of space for the dogs to play with us.
