This was our first time using Rover and Melanie made it all very easy. Melanie took lots of great photos and it was lovely to know that Kylo was in such good hands while we were away. Will definitely have this as part of our holiday planning in the future 😊
Would absolutely recommend Melanie. Friendly, trustworthy and warm interaction from first visit. Good detailed daily updates. Especially useful as I have a cat who doesn’t like change or people!!! I knew she was eating etc from the daily updates. A great alternative and service if your cat likes home comforts and not a cat carrier, a car journey and strange noises and cats in a Cattery . Thank you
Melanie has been lovely to deal with, and sent lovely visit updates each time! Rosie has been very well looked after and I felt very reassured.
Nala was very well looked after! Melanie was great with the daily updates, prompt responses, and most importantly took incredible care of Nala :) will definitely use again!
Melanie looked after out 2 cats for the first time ..one of which needed several medications per visit Melanie took care of these no problem ... Melanie sent us pictures and regular updates of that they were upto ..she has been fantastic and would definitely reccomend her
