I have my own large breed puppy in training and passionate about positive training and dog behaviour. I attend multiple classes a week with my own dog for continued training and can continue the same methods with your dogs. I have experience looking after friends and families dogs/puppies large and small! Enrichment training is just as important as physical exercise and I am able to undertake sitting visits with additional training exercises and enrichment including scent work games.

Katie has been providing care and looking after my dogs for a few years now on an informal basis. I would recommend her to anyone. She does everything as if they were her own and to the highest standard. I like that when I’m away she’s always provided updates. She’s always followed instructions I’ve left and kept up with specific things like training that I’m on with at the time. They are always happy and healthy when I return and they love her - Katie definitely takes the time to get to know individual personalities. Wouldn’t have anyone else look after them now!
I have been using Katie for pet sitting for five years now for my five permanent indoor cats as well as for foster placements I am caring for at the time. This can mean she is caring for 5-15 indoor cats at any given time. The age range of cats she has cared for for me is between 5 weeks and 7 years. She has always been reliable, caring and detail oriented as our cats eat different things, have different needs and one cat requires medication to be given also. Katie has provided loving and professional service each and every time and has followed instructions for care to the exact point. As owners it can be nerve wracking to leave our pets in the care of others but Katie treats each of mine as her own and I can genuinely relax knowing she is looking after them. Katie has completed - feeding, general husbandry to the highest standards (litter trays, bowl cleanliness, water change etc), medication, enrichment and general loving and fussing. Katie’s knowledge is excellent and I don’t doubt any decision she may need to make in my absence. Cannot recommend her enough and will never use anyone else. 10/10 care and service every single time - my cats love her!

Schedule
I currently work a 9-5 job so have availability from 5pm-9pm Monday to Friday and full flexibility on weekends. I enjoy this job and will make time for your cat if I am needed - some flexibility is available.

Your cats will be taken care of with the love, respect and care I would give my own. My cat clients will be taken care exactly how you want them to be and, your home secured and protected. I am used to accessing others properties to undertake a job caring for other animals and properties for friends and families. I have a full DBS and can provide recommendations.

A typical day
I love to play and stimulate dogs with lots of energy - we can do scent work to tire out the brain and mind which is much more effective than exercise alone. I'm also happy with a sniffy, relaxed walk and can accommodate you and your dogs preferences. All ages welcome from puppies to seniors.
