Having grown up with cats, dogs, hamsters, fish and a horse for as long as I can remember, my love for animals started at a young age and runs very deep. So much so that I've persuade a career in animal nutrition, helping pet owners and farmers keep their animals healthy and happy.

Back in The Netherlands where I'm originally from, I've worked two years as a veterinary assistant. I consider myself capable of handling well in emergency situations and if you ever need nutrition advice for you dog or cat, I'm at your service!

Mikki was very pleasant and communicated clearly. She sent regular pet updates, and jumped in to help with two pets that she was not booked to look after when our hamster-and-snake sitter let us down! She also brought food herself to give to a stray cat that we help feed locally. She couldn't have been more helpful, and I felt that our pets were really well looked after.
Mikki has been fantastic looking after our cat for 2 weeks, our cat was a big fan of Mikki 😍 She made sure he got the attention he craves and filled with treats so his routine wasn't disrupted too much. The daily updates we recieved of a comment and photos was great to see. Mikki is such a lovely woman! We would recommend 100% and now will be our go to!

I'm currently the proud owner of two Maine Coon cats, a German Shepherd and a Border Collie who go out on many Adventures with me (yes, also the cats go out on hikes with us).

- Tell me about your pet’s routine, any medical requirements, feeding details and behaviours I should be aware of. Whether they’re energetic, nervous, cuddly or independent, I’ll adapt my visits so they feel safe, relaxed and well looked after. Drop‑In Visit Policy for Dogs: To ensure safe, ethical and appropriate care, I only accept holiday bookings that include a minimum of 4 drop‑in visits per day for dogs when the owner is away for more than 2 consecutive days. This is to maintain essential welfare standards, including: - Adequate toilet breaks - Sufficient mental stimulation - Reduced stress and frustration - Prevention of crate‑related behavioural decline Bookings with fewer than 4 visits per day will not be accepted. This policy is in place to protect both the dog’s wellbeing and the quality of care I provide.
