About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over six years and currently share my home with a lovely Border Collie who loves making new friends. I understand what active dogs need — plenty of walks, playtime, and patience! I don’t take cats, so it’s a relaxed, dog-only environment where your pup can feel right at home. Since I’m home most of the time, walks and care easily fit into my daily routine. I take the dogs out three times a day — morning, midday, and evening — and make sure they get enough exercise and fresh air. I’m flexible with timings for drop-offs and pick-ups too. Dogs staying here follow the same house rules as my own pup — plenty of structure, no rough play indoors, and lots of outdoor fun. Walks are always on a secure lead, and dogs are never left unsupervised. My home is calm, tidy, and dog-friendly, so your pet can relax, play, and feel completely at ease while you’re away.

About: I am a final-year BSc (Hons) Animal Behaviour & Welfare student, with my degree expected in the next few months. Through my studies, I have developed a strong understanding of animal behaviour, welfare, handling, enrichment, and the importance of building trust with animals at their own pace. I am confident caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs, and I always aim to provide calm, reliable, and compassionate care. I understand how important it is for owners to feel reassured while they are away, so I will follow your instructions carefully, and provide updates. I am currently a student finishing my last exam so pretty flexible. I can adjust to timings if needed by owners, usually if it's a walk at night I would prefer a bigger dog. About: I've had experience caring for dogs since I was 10 as I was gifted one. I often took care of her and went on walks with her. I have a calming effect on dogs and I instantly bond with a variety of dog types too. I have grew up with other pets too, such as cats, fish and rabbits. Also, I'm 26 years old and very active as I walk everyday. My long time bond with dogs in particular, and animals will help me to be set apart from other dog walkers. I'm hoping to get more experience with dogs as I love them a lot, and I believe I could be a good dog walker, but also extending to other animals such as cats. I'm currently available for most days throughout this month given I have enough notice. I love dogs and currently have a lot of free time, so it pairs well. In the pet owner's home, I'd ask to go over how they would like me to look after their dogs, and if there is anything I should be aware of before taking care of them.

About: I’m an experienced dog owner and carer, and my own German Shepherd Dog is a certified Pets As Therapy dog, which reflects a calm, responsible, and reliable approach to animal care. I’m comfortable following detailed instructions, maintaining routines, and communicating clearly with owners. Additionally, I also have many years of experience caring for and managing multiple rental and holiday properties, including overseeing maintenance, security, and day-to-day responsibilities. House sitting suits my lifestyle well. I work largely from home as a children’s author, which means I’m present throughout the day and able to give pets consistent attention. I enjoy quiet, settled environments, long walks, and spending time in nature, which makes caring for dogs especially rewarding. NOTE: With stays longer than three nights, I will need to bring my well-behaved German Shepherd. He gets on with other dogs, but if your dog does not, then I am not the right fit for stays longer than three days. I care for pets in a calm, secure, and familiar way, always following the owner’s instructions and the pet’s usual routine. Whether in my home or a pet owner’s home, I focus on creating a relaxed environment where pets feel safe, settled, and well cared for. Safety is always a priority. I’m careful with doors, gates, leads, and outdoor access, and I only introduce dogs to new environments or other animals gradually and sensibly. Walks, play, feeding, and rest are tailored to each pet’s needs, age, and energy level. I take trust very seriously. I’m DBS checked through my work with schools, and I can also supply a letter-headed solicitor’s reference from the Principal of a law firm who has known me professionally since 2009. I treat every home and pet with respect, confidentiality, and care, and aim to give owners complete peace of mind.

About: I’ve always felt most at home around animals, their unconditional love and trust make them the best companions. My earliest memories are of horses in my family’s stables in South Africa and volunteering at a local rescue centre in Birmingham. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of animals, from big cats and zebras at a wildlife rehabilitation centre in South Africa to countless rescue pets, each with their own personality. There’s nothing quite like the moment an animal begins to trust you—it’s incredibly special. My beloved husky, Meeka (who appears in some of my photos), passed away recently, and I would be so grateful for the chance to spend time with your furry friends. I have just graduated from central saint martins and am excited to start a new role in september, so i have a lot of free time on my hands. i take pride in understanding the body language of any animal, after years of being in their company, communication becomes second nature as all living things I’ve found communicate in similar ways. I pride myself in the ability of clear communication and hence an apt accommodation of their needs.

About: I have taken care of dogs for years as well as owning my own. I will make sure your dog gets plenty exercise and is spoilt. I’m currently working Monday to Friday from home so have plenty of time to look after dogs. I like going for long walks every day Care for pets in my own home. I have a secure back garden and have plenty space for them to run around. They would need to be ok with other dogs as I have a Frenchie who loves to play with other dogs.

About: I've had dogs for over 20 years. Currently have 2 frenchies. My kids love dogs and as a family we regularly have our friends dogs whilst they are away. I work from home so am flexible, but only if I have had the necessary notice to be able to plan around the care of an additional pet. I love dogs and I want to make sure that your dog feels like part of the family when they are with us. We have a large fenced garden and a park close by. Our pets are crate trained and sleep in their crate. We usually use the crate when we have a new furry friend visiting to ensure that everyone is safe and comfortable. I will be the only one responsible for the care of your pet.

About: I have previously loved looked after many types of dogs for long periods of time whilst friends and family have been on holidays! As a family, we used to have a Yorkshire terrier (as you can see in the photos) who lived a happy and long life until she sadly passed away last year. I am well experienced with handling dogs needs having owned one previously and having many opportunities to look after them. I often enjoy long walks and runs so I can ensure that your pets will be well entertained!! :))) I am currently a university student finished for the summer! I have a fully flexible schedule so please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like to book at awkward times! I have a large fenced back garden. However, if you have a large dog a bed may need to be provided as I only have a small bed and blankets!!
