I’ve always felt most at home around animals, their unconditional love and trust make them the best companions. My earliest memories are of horses in my family’s stables in South Africa and volunteering at a local rescue centre in Birmingham. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of animals, from big cats and zebras at a wildlife rehabilitation centre in South Africa to countless rescue pets, each with their own personality. There’s nothing quite like the moment an animal begins to trust you—it’s incredibly special. My beloved husky, Meeka (who appears in some of my photos), passed away recently, and I would be so grateful for the chance to spend time with your furry friends.

i take pride in understanding the body language of any animal, after years of being in their company, communication becomes second nature as all living things I’ve found communicate in similar ways. I pride myself in the ability of clear communication and hence an apt accommodation of their needs.

Amber has been so good with my dog Belle. She is a rescue and is wary of new people, and Amber kept this in mind and worked really hard to gain Belle’s trust and Belle absolutely loves her now. Highly recommend her

For several years, I have depended on her for dog sitting and walking services during my absences or extended work hours. She consistently demonstrates reliability and flexibility, readily offering assistance even on short notice. I have referred her to both friends and family, all of whom have provided positive feedback. Amber possesses a keen understanding of animal needs and addresses them with great care. Upon their first meeting, she quickly established a bond with my dog, expressing immediate affection. Her situational awareness during walks ensures my dog's safety, and her consistent communication provides reassurance that my pet is well cared for. I strongly endorse and recommend her services for pet care, whether for a few hours or overnight.
I have know amber for over 10 years and she has loved animals forever. She seems to have a special connection with dogs, knowing how to play with them and entertain them so well, I have never known a dog to not love her back with the same enthusiasm she loves them. It probably helps that she's had a dog of her own. Not only is amber good with dogs but she is equally obsessed with all animals and secretly I think she prefers them to humans.
