She took him on lovely walks in lots of different places, often including an extra evening stroll near her lovely home. “Greta and her family were absolutely AMAZING with our border collie Monty! He was so happy and settled with them for the 10 days whilst we were away! This is the first time that we were unable to leave Monty with a family member due to everyone attending a wedding abroad in America, so we were nervous to do so. But the process of getting to know Greta and her family in the lead up to leaving Monty was such a pleasure! They took careful time to learn so much about Monty, he was so loved whilst with them, we were supplied with daily updates, photos and videos which meant we were constantly informed of Monty's adventures. The family matched his energy perfectly - it was almost as if he didn't want to leave and that is a testament to the families care and kindness! About: I’ve helped my mother look after hundreds of different type, sizes and bread of dogs for about 4 years now and I’ve moved into my own home where I would love to look after little fur babies myself as I love doggies 🥰 I’m available for boarding throughout the whole of the week and can’t wait to play and look after all the fur babies and to send pup updates regularly ❤️ I have a good sized fenced off garden, we have 2 children aged 6 and 7 who are amazing with dogs as they have always grew up around different dogs and they love to play, fuss and help walk the dogs. If the owners prefer and provide this we don’t mind crating the dogs if that’s what they are used to.

About: I have had dogs in my life since I can remember, our dog’s over the years; a westie, a sharpei, a yorki-poo, a Rottweiler cross sharpei, and a spaniel. I live on a significant amount of land with my son, and looking for doggy loves without the commitment of having my own!🐶🩷 I’m currently not working so very flexible, I will be working part time from September when my son starts nursery, but my son is very used to pets (dogs, cats, rabbits). I live on family land, completely secure as my nan owns a very old spaniel (not in my property), with a big safe inescapable field for lots of running.

About: I've had dogs for over 20 years. Currently have 2 frenchies. My kids love dogs and as a family we regularly have our friends dogs whilst they are away. I work from home so am flexible, but only if I have had the necessary notice to be able to plan around the care of an additional pet. I love dogs and I want to make sure that your dog feels like part of the family when they are with us. We have a large fenced garden and a park close by. Our pets are crate trained and sleep in their crate. We usually use the crate when we have a new furry friend visiting to ensure that everyone is safe and comfortable. “An overnight business trip to Birmingham from London meant finding doggy day care for my 7 month old LabVizsla. I decided to look for options on Rover. I had used it once before on a business trip to Newcastle and it had worked out really well. And it did this time too. Kim had great reviews and lived up to them. She took some brilliant photos of Cody on the day, which we enjoyed seeing. It looks like he had a great time, playing in the garden, going for a walk and chilling out. About: I’ve always grown up with pets in the household and I’m now lucky enough to be the proud owner of Betty, my 2 year old Cocker Spaniel and Coba my 6 year old male Bengal. Both are great with other animals as they’ve grown up around them. I believe pets should be treated as part of the family so I will look after them like they’re my own and am happy for them to cuddle up on the sofa with me. I also live near fields and woodlands which is great for dog walks. About: I’ve always felt most at home around animals, their unconditional love and trust make them the best companions. My earliest memories are of horses in my family’s stables in South Africa and volunteering at a local rescue centre in Birmingham. About: I’ve been looking after dogs since I was 5, supporting Guide Dogs with my Grandmother. I currently have two Labradors of my own, Bumble and Martha. I have experience in training dogs of all ages and supporting with behavioural issues through my Flyball team. We both grew up surrounded by dogs, including Labradors, Great Danes and Bichon Frisés, so caring for dogs has always been a big part of our lives. About: I’ve loved dogs since I was a child myself and had a dog as a kid. Since then my own parents have had other dogs which I’ve obviously loved and cared for as and when, whilst unable to have a dog of my own. Circumstances - ie work - mean I can’t commit to having my own dog full time, to my son’s dismay, but we have so much love and affection for dogs that Rover is a perfect fit for us. I’ve only ticked availability for when my son and I can live our best life and share that time with your beautiful dog. We are always out and about exploring Lichfield and living life to the fullest…and spending time with a pooch pal would complete that way of life! Full disclosure we live in a flat but is as pet friendly as flats can be. We literally live opposite Stowe Pool playing fields and like I say to my 9-year-old, we have one of the biggest gardens in Lichfield.
