“Heather and her lovely family took wonderful care of Oreo whilst we were away, Oreo was relatively new to my family and has some challenges that we were still discovering, because of this I wanted to ensure we were open and honest about how he might be, nothing was an issues for Heather and due to her experience with her own animals and how caring and understanding she came across it was the best decision we made! We received photos of Oreo's exploring and playing and to be honest I don't think he wanted to leave when we came to pick him up! Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease and taking such wonderful care of Oreo! I would 100% recommend!!”

“I’m so glad we found this lovely family to look after our dog when we can’t take him with us. You won’t find a more dog friendly, welcoming family. Even their little one looks forward to Storm coming. We won’t use anyone else now.”

“Wish we could give 10 stars! What can we say about Steve and his care of our precious but super lively bundle of fun? From the moment we contacted Steve, he has been great at communication, we had an initial meeting- within seconds we could tell Steve is a man who loves dogs. The outstanding behaviour of his own dog, Laszlo shows he has great knowledge. When Storm stayed with Steve for a week, we had regular, twice daily updates, photos and videos, and could easily tell the our Storm was content and having a great time. Without any doubt at all we will ask Steve to step in again when we are looking for someone to look after our boy, I have total confidence in him and his family, who all welcomed Storm into their home. Thanks, Steve, it has made all the difference going away feeling confident our boy will be having a great holiday too!”

“We couldn’t be any happier how Dudley was very well taken care of and in very safe hands with Hayley. We had constant updates and photos of how Dudley was getting on throughout his weeks stay. Multiple daily walks, lots of love and attention along with plenty of belly rubs ….Dudley had a great time! Would thoroughly recommend Hayley as we fully trust her expertise and service. Our first time and now we feel 100% secure to use again for future visits!”

“This was Zola’s second time staying with Nigel and his wife, Zola couldn’t wait to get in the door. Tail wagging and clearly excited to be spending time with this lovely couple, who clearly love dogs. The whole 9 days she was in their company, I knew she was being well looked after. Photos and videos sent of their daily adventures on long walks, cuddles and play time. I’ve already booked her in for our next trip away. Thank you again and I’m so happy I’ve found you guys!”

About: Animals have always been at the very heart of my life. From the age of four, I grew up owning and riding horses, developing not only a love for them but also a deep understanding of their care and companionship. Collies have also been my loyal family pets for as long as I can remember, and they continue to play an important role in my adult life. Alongside my full-time job, I dedicate my time to working on a dairy farm, where I’m hands-on with livestock and experience the rewarding challenges of farm life. With formal qualifications in Animal Care and Management, I’ve combined my lifelong passion with professional knowledge, allowing me to provide the best care and understanding for every animal I meet. As I work from home 2 days a week I’m keen to open my home up to other four legged friends who would be happy with my 3 dogs. Drop ins that are local are welcome also. I currently own my own home and have a large enclosed garden which backs on to open fields complete with 5 ft fences so fully secure for all dogs.
“I was struggling for dog care as my original dog care had cancelled on me last minute. I contacted jade and she was very quick and efficient on getting Rodney booked in and was happy to rearrange her days to accommodate Rodney for the 4 nights. I was anxious at first leaving Rodney with someone I hadn’t before but Jade was so good and reassuring right from the off and within 5 minutes of introducing Jade to Rodney I felt so reassured. She listened and made a list of everything me and Rodney do and his needs and wants. She sent me so many photos and videos every day and updated me even when I didn’t ask which was amazing so I could go away enjoy myself and knew Rodney was being well cared for. I collected Rodney and he didn’t want to leave when I came to collect him which is a reflection of the amazing care and fuss he had received. It was like Rodney was Jades own dog and she said how she loved having him. Going forward I will be definitely using Jades dog care service again and I’m sure Rodney will be excited at the thought of this as well. Keep up the good work jade from me and my Rods and thank you so much again ❤️!”

“Bethany was absolutely brilliant with my very needy dog . Nothing was any trouble and bethany went over and above to reassure me with constant pictures and updates throughout his stay. Would highly recommend bethany. Very warm , caring and trustworthy”

“Thank you for taking such good care of Penny — she means the world to us. Seeing her relaxed and well cared for allowed us to enjoy our family’s wedding without the usual worries and stress. This was our first time using the service, and we're thrilled to have found Felicity. Our dog is older and I’m a bit of a worrier, but Felicity kept us updated throughout the weekend. When our dog came home, she was rested and relaxed. It was a fantastic first experience with Rover, and we would gladly book with Felicity again. 110/100”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was the first time I’d ever left my Bailey with anyone other than family but Leanne made the whole experience calming and helped ease my anxieties! She gave regular updates and looked after him like her own. I actually think he now sees Leanne and her family as his second family! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Leanne again (already looking at booking him in again!) and would recommend her to everyone I know.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Leaving our rescue dog, George, for a whole week was a big step, especially as we’d only had him for four and a half months. From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in the best hands. Melissa took such wonderful care of George and kept us updated every single day with lots of photos and videos, which really reassured us that he was happy, settled and having a great time. It made such a difference while we were away. We came home to a relaxed, happy dog, and it’s clear he was treated with so much love and care. We honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to leave George with her again the next time we go away. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of our boy! I’m so glad we found you!”

I’ve raised my own pets from puppies and kittens, and I’ve also adopted and rescued animals, which has taught me a lot about patience, care and really getting to know each animal as an individual. I’m genuinely caring and will always treat your pet like they’re my own. I’m currently not working, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility throughout the week to dedicate to caring for pets. We often look after our neighbors’ pets and regularly take our own dog out for walks, which made me realize how much I enjoy spending time with animals and helping others with their care. I’m available every day except Saturdays and can offer a range of services including boarding, drop-in visits, walks, or anything else needed to make sure your furry friends are happy, safe, and well cared for. Whether it’s a quick check-in or longer stays, I’m here to help and treat your pets as if they were my own. I understand that pets are cherished family members, so I treat them with the same level of care, attention, and respect. I take the time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs, whether they require lots of play and stimulation, a calm and quiet environment, or something in between. I adapt my approach to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy at all times. I’m also flexible with timings and can work around busy schedules to provide reliable and convenient care. In my home, I can accommodate other pets either alongside my own husky—who is very relaxed and friendly with dogs, cats, and children—or separately if preferred. I have additional rooms and a secure garden, allowing me to tailor my services to suit different animals, temperaments, and situations.
“Elizabeth and her lovely family looked after biscuit with great care and gave her heaps of attention, they treated her like their own dog and biscuit loved being around the two girls. I was updated with photos and little stories of what they got up to whilst I was away for work and they made us smile as she clearly looked entertained, was having zoomies and playing with the children and getting lots of cuddles and attention. It made us quite jealous :) My husband found the location easy for work to drop her off on the way and made life easier for him knowing she was cared for extremely well. We will be using Elizabeth and her family again! Thank you for what you did for Biscuit, she came home tired and slept all afternoon and hardly moved :)”

“Steven really cares for your dog. He takes time out to get to know them and does what he can to make them feel at home. Laszlo is super friendly too! My dog Sam was very happy to stay with Steven and family.”

About: Hello! My name is Lauren and I am a very happy, easy going girl. I owned a little Pug/ Shih Tzu in the past named Gerty and she was the funniest little character, I ended up moving to Australia after Gerty for the past 7 years. In this time I have done plenty of house sits in Australia and now the UK since I got back a few months ago. I have great experience in looking after all kinds of animals but mainly cats and dogs. I have my pet sitting qualification and I am currently also doing cpr training. I chose to be a pet sitter/walker as it doesn't feel like a job to me. What a wonderful life to be surrounded by creatures that bring us so much joy and comfort and to be able to bring just as much joy and comfort back to them. Previously I was a live in carer for years before becoming a sitter, I treat everyone's homes and pets as I would my own, with love and respect. DVS checked and pet sitter qualified ✅ I have been doing pet sitting in Australia and now I am back living in the UK where I have my own pet care business. So because I am just starting out again here I have plenty of room to book pets, as I am available on all days. I am happy to do day visits, walking, feeding, overnights etc…I have my qualifications and just doing my first aid for pets. I will happily keep your pet company, walk them, feed them, bath them, keep them happy and entertained. I clean out cages, litter trays etc… anything you need me to do for your pets and house I am happy to do. I treat your pets and house as I would my own, with love and respect.
“Lobuz had such a lovely day with Bethany. Bethany kept me updated throughout the day with lovely photos and videos, which I really appreciated. He got on really well with her dogs, spent the day playing and clearly had a brilliant time. He came home very happy and absolutely exhausted 😂 Bethany was wonderful with him and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Lobuz with her again. Highly recommended, and a big thank you from us ❤️🐾”

“We are so glad to find lovely Hannah. Before Harper’s stay, arranged meet and greet. She has kept updated us and look after our furry girl really well. Definitely will keep in contact with her in future! Thank you !”

“Tia-Leoni was lovely Thank you very much for looking after Charlie for us and for keeping us informed throughout the day. Would definitely use you again Thank you Graham and Charlie”

“Carina was absolute brilliant with Artie, so flexible of his specific needs (he is very anxious and scared around other dogs) and helped to facilitate a really positive meeting between him and Mocha, who he now seems to be really relaxed around. She was really attentive and kept me well updated with photos (Artie particularly enjoyed the air-conditioning during the heatwave). Genuinely feel really lucky to have found someone so understanding and supportive of Artie's complications. Cannot thank her enough for making the whole experience so easy and making my first experience leaving Artie with a dog sitter such a positive one.”

About: As a teenager I had a Labrador from birth which cemented my love of dogs. Due to work it was impossible for me to have another dog for some time but I always knew it was only a matter of time. 18 years ago I had a Sottish terrier from birth, Molly lived with us for 14 years. She was a typical Scottie, stubborn, inquisitive, loved to help me dig the garden and take up all the space on the sofa. After we lost Molly we did not want to rush into having another. However we became aware of an abandoned Staffie at the RSPCA. She was 17 years old named Lucy and had been returned to the kennels on 2 occasions due medical and socialising issues. We were told she is wary of other dogs, is not very friendly with humans, does not like walking and is incontinent. So obviously we adopted her. She turned out to be amazing. All she needed was love and attention and all the above issues disappeared. We were told she would be with us for 6 months to a year, it was 4 years before she passed. Since we lost Lucy work has become more demanding and we are not able to devote as much time as we would want to looking after dogs. So we have borrowed my sisters Labrador, my cousins Labrador, a friends collie cross and the neighbours Alsation as often as we can. As this fitted in with our workilfe and gives us quality time with dogs. I have recently been made redundant. I have loved caring for all of the different dogs out there, so now want to devote my time caring for other dogs We live in a village with many walks, surrounded by fields but we are also happy to go further afield. We have a local park a few minutes walk away where there are always other dogs to socialise with or if needed plenty of walks where you rarely see anyone I can devote all of my time to care for your dogs and ensure they are as content as possible while you are away. 2/3 dog walks daily in the beautiful fields that surround our village. Pup cups, cuddles and lots of fun 🐾 Very secure garden, surrounded by 6ft fence. Full sun but plenty of shade, all dogs are allowed on the garden furniture. Enough space to have a play.

About: I have had 3 boxer dogs, all in which towards their old age I took great care of them including medication. For these dogs I have house sat so I have done all the feeding and walking etc. I have also had experience cat sitting on 2 different occasions, so this opened me up to how to deal with litter trays, different dietary requirements and medication. If your looking for a trustworthy and reliable dog walker Nichola is the one you need 😊🐶”

“Harleen’s lovely and so sweet with our baby boy. Winter loved her and had a great time during their walk that when they came home, he didn’t want her to leave yet so they could play inside some more. 🥰 Thanks, Harleen! Winter’s looking forward to spending time with you again.”

“Ewa has looked after our puppy whilst we were on holiday. We found her to be very flexible and accommodating. We received regular updates whilst she was there and we could tell that she had been well looked after Would definitely use her again”

About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was born. I have always grown up with beagles in my house and my grandparents have had Scotties. I have previously volunteered as a dog walker for the RSPCA. My previous dog passed away at the age of 15 and had epilepsy so I have a little experience with senior dogs and medicating. I have an 18 month old unneutered beagle at home who is very sociable. I work from home apart from a Wednesday so your dog won’t be left alone. I work from home apart from Wednesdays so I can take as many bathroom breaks as needed. I walk Sammy once or twice a day depending on his energy levels. Sometimes a short walk in the morning to settle ready for a longer walk in the afternoon after work. I tend to finish around 4:00. I am mostly available on weekends once the ice hockey season finishes. I have 7ft fenced secure garden and my own 18 month old beagle called Sam. I back on to the railway line so I have a good length of grass. He is very sociable and playful. Dogs are allowed on the furniture but must be toilet trained. More than happy to have a meeting prior to bookings.

I have just finished caring for my youngest grandchild and am now ready to help hard working people who love their dogs care for them whilst at work or on holidays in my home. I will send photographs whilst you are away (if required) for your peace of mind knowing that your fur baby is looked after and happy in a home from home whilst you are enjoying time away. With a secure back garden and a large grassed area only feet away from me (for those dogs allowed off lead) to play or chase a ball I have a safe space to play and stimulate your beloved pet.
“Was really nervous about leaving our dog but after meeting with Caitlin, it was apparent that I had nothing to worry about. Caitlin was wonderful and looked after our dog really well. Caitlin was very active in her communication and kept us well informed. I shall be using Caitlin again.”

“I could tell that Chester enjoyed his time with them. I trust them completely and it feels like leaving them with family. I trust them and they communicated throughout the day and evening to let me know how Chester was. Already booked in the next weekend with them! Fantastic!”

“Polly and her family took care of Luna our big Rottweiler for a week. Polly kept us regularly updated with photos of Luna and how she was doing. Polly is a superb dog sitter and I would 100% use her again. Thank you! X”

“Fergus had the best stay!! Venetia and Chris were lovely hosts for Fergus, very accommodating and love the company of dogs. Fergus has lovely long walks, played fetch and chilled in front of the fire. Will definitely be using them again in the future!”

“Julia was absolutely amazing with Safia ❤️ From the very beginning, she was caring, attentive, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful. She kept me updated throughout the stay with detailed messages about walks, food, water, playtime, and how Safia was doing emotionally, which gave me so much peace of mind, and the most thorough report about her day. She even washed and dried Safia’s blanket after a little accident without hesitation, such a kind gesture that truly shows how much she cares! Safia clearly felt comfortable and loved with Julia and her family, and it made me so happy to hear how well she got along with everyone 😊 I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person. I would trust Julia again without a second thought and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, warm, patient, and genuinely loving with dogs. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of Safia 🐾”

“Booked my dog in last minute with Kathryn, was explaining prior to him arriving that he’s a bit of a handful (excitable with lots of energy) and they were lovely people and very accommodating of this! Aswell as this, seems like he had a great time, pub, swimming, walks, being around other dogs, wouldn’t hesitate to book again, just not sure they’d have him! 😂😂”
“Emma was brilliant with my pup! I received photos and videos of him during his stay and he definitely made himself at home! Sprawled out on the sofa and he even got treated to a pup cup (his fave!) I thoroughly recommend Emma & will definitely use her again (if she will take my VERY excited boy!)”
