Collies have also been my loyal family pets for as long as I can remember, and they continue to play an important role in my adult life. Growing up, my family had a Deerhound, a Whippet and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, so I’ve had experience with dogs of all different breeds, sizes and personalities from an early age. Today, I have two much-loved French Bulldogs, who are very much part of the family. About: ever since i was little, i’ve always been an animal lover, i had 5 dogs growing up and 3 cats, and as soon as i moved out of my parents home, i rescued my current dog freddie and i had a cat called clint, i also own hamsters and guinea pigs. i will forever treat your animals like my own and love them just as much as i love my own dog, my aim is to gain trust from both yourself and your fur baby’s, so you feel at ease letting me look after them. i currently work monday to friday 9-5, although i work from home and have a very flexible schedule so am available for drop in visits before/after work and during lunch time, along with anytime on weekends. i am also available for dog walks either at lunch time and evenings alongside weekends. i will always ensure that during the time i care for your animal in your home that i follow all routines/care that they currently receive so that they aren’t unsettled and gain my trust, they will always get as much love and attention that my own animals get.
About: Having my two of my own dogs with very different temperaments since a young age, I have been responsible for feeding, walking and daily care. I have just graduated from university and am taking a year out so have lots of free time and love spending it with your dogs! I allow for lots of play time and attention, but am also mindful of the given space and can adapt to different dog’s individual needs.

About: As a teenager I had a Labrador from birth which cemented my love of dogs. Due to work it was impossible for me to have another dog for some time but I always knew it was only a matter of time. 18 years ago I had a Sottish terrier from birth, Molly lived with us for 14 years. She was a typical Scottie, stubborn, inquisitive, loved to help me dig the garden and take up all the space on the sofa. After we lost Molly we did not want to rush into having another. However we became aware of an abandoned Staffie at the RSPCA. She was 17 years old named Lucy and had been returned to the kennels on 2 occasions due medical and socialising issues. We were told she is wary of other dogs, is not very friendly with humans, does not like walking and is incontinent. So obviously we adopted her. She turned out to be amazing. All she needed was love and attention and all the above issues disappeared. We were told she would be with us for 6 months to a year, it was 4 years before she passed. Since we lost Lucy work has become more demanding and we are not able to devote as much time as we would want to looking after dogs. So we have borrowed my sisters Labrador, my cousins Labrador, a friends collie cross and the neighbours Alsation as often as we can. As this fitted in with our workilfe and gives us quality time with dogs. I have recently been made redundant. I have loved caring for all of the different dogs out there, so now want to devote my time caring for other dogs We live in a village with many walks, surrounded by fields but we are also happy to go further afield. We have a local park a few minutes walk away where there are always other dogs to socialise with or if needed plenty of walks where you rarely see anyone I can devote all of my time to care for your dogs and ensure they are as content as possible while you are away. 2/3 dog walks daily in the beautiful fields that surround our village. Pup cups, cuddles and lots of fun 🐾 Very secure garden, surrounded by 6ft fence. Full sun but plenty of shade, all dogs are allowed on the garden furniture. Enough space to have a play.

About: Animals have always been at the very heart of my life. About: I have loved dogs and grown up around them my whole life! I’m currently mum to Conan, an 18 month old Rottie who is my pride and joy! Raising Conan, and training this difficult breed has gave me the confidence that I can handle anything! About: Growing up with horses on farms, I have been around dogs of all sizes from my own German Sheperds, to small breeds like terriers and poodles. I have had my dogs since puppies through to their final years, so I am experienced with all ages. I can help with basic training of your puppy - sit, heel, paw, down, recall, and fetch. I also know that the older dog enjoys a more leisurely approach to life, with a slower routine, and more napping! I have experience with administering medication for older dogs. I have access to a variety of free walking locations to keep your dog mentally stimulated whether on a short or longer walk. I am happy to let them off the lead and play, but if you would prefer your dog to be kept on the lead, that rule will be followed. As I have just left my office based job, I am available most days, at any hours that suit you and your dog, whether that is for a drop in to play, let out for the toilet and topping up food and water, or for a long walk early morning or evening to suit your schedule. There has not been a day in my life that I haven’t owned animals. I am an animal lover through and through, and I find so much happiness from just being around them. I am not a fair weather person - I am committed and will be out in the cold and rainy weather. I enjoy the peacefulness of a dog walk, and the chaos of cats. I feed, water, and groom my pets. Let them in and out from the garden to the toilet. I get them playing and staying active but without winding them up and causing them stress. I have my own car, so if you are not local to many walking spots or want a bit of change to your dogs scenery, I am happy to take them out somewhere within a sensible distance. I know the feeling of having to leave your pets at home when your at work or away on holiday, and the worry of how stressed they may be in a cattery or kennels, so I would love to offer a service to animal owners who wish for their pet to be in their home environment where they feel safe, or day care in my home so they aren’t feeling lonely.

About: I've been taking care of family and friend's dogs, love going for walks with them as well as snuggling up on the sofa. I work from home Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, so i can provide dog sitting services on those days, I can provide dog walks any day in the evenings. It was the first time boarding for our dog, and Maria made sure everything went smoothly - he had a great time, loved the engagement with the other dogs (I think he's more social with other dogs in the park now than before his week with her 😂), and came back a very, very happy boy. It's clear she knows and understands what's required to put dogs at ease in a new environment and with new playmates, which was awesome. It was extremely hot during our dog's stay with her (he's 37kg and black with thick German Shepard fur, so can get pretty hot) but Maria is more than prepared for such things! Her setup gives dogs plenty of outdoor time, including access to a paddle pool at all times during the heat, which was perfect. I'm sure she faces down other (weather-related) challenges equally well. Maria kept us updated through our dog's stay with pictures and updates, and was very responsive both before and during our stay. 5/5 - would love to have her look after our boy again in the future if she'll have him!”

About: I am looking for a job that fits me, I enjoy working with animals and have experience with care as I have grown up around dogs my whole life :) I do not currently have a job so pet care fits perfectly into my routine, available all day every day with plenty of time to spend with your dogs!
