About: Having grown up with dogs my entire life, it’s no surprise that they’ve become such an important part of who I am. From around the age of 13, I took on the primary responsibility for caring for our family dogs, gaining hands-on experience with every stage of their lives. This has included helping to train two puppies, providing daily care, exercise and enrichment, and giving extra patience and support to older dogs in their later years. Over the years, I’ve also cared for dogs belonging to family, friends and neighbours, many of whom have trusted me to walk and look after their pets on a regular basis. I’m known for being genuine, reliable and attentive, and I always treat every dog as if they were my own. I’m currently a university student with a part-time timetable, giving me the flexibility to provide your pets with the time, attention and care they deserve. Pet care is already a regular part of my daily life, as I frequently walk my boyfriend’s dog and regularly travel home to care for my own pets. This means I can easily fit walks, drop-in visits and quality time into my routine, ensuring your pets receive reliable, loving care while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort and wellbeing will always be my priority. I’m happy to adapt my care to suit each pet’s individual routine, personality and needs, whether that’s following training methods, using crates where appropriate, administering enrichment activities or providing the right level of exercise and mental stimulation. I understand how important consistency is, so I’ll always follow your instructions to ensure your pet feels safe, secure and well cared for.
“My kitties were very well cared for by Angela. She was great, very attentive and reliable. Angela kept us updated and sent photos daily, which kept our minds at ease. The kitties were very happy and I would definitely book Angela again x”

Also, I'm very cautious in tending to all of your pets needs, and making sure your pet's as comfortable as they can be.

I have also had work experience working at a dog walking company I have currently just finished university so looking to get more experience in the field of my studies. I am looking for other jobs so my schedule may change later on. I am hoping to start my own dog walking/boarding business so if you are looking for a long term dog walker I am the best candidate. About: FULLY INSURED ✅✅ I have taken care of several different animals including dogs over the years. (Dogs being my favourite by far!) I am aware of the important responsibilities needed when taking care of animals. I owned a beautiful Pomeranian for 3 years who was my bestfriend before we had to unfortunately give him away. During that time, I helped train him and was his main carer in my family. I also worked with a dog walking company for a period of time where we would take up to 5 dogs per person on long walks through the country side and then take them back and allow time for socialisation and also washing them. I now recently own a beautiful husky puppy called Star and we are inseparable! I am not currently working at the moment so I have all the time in the world for your pets care and will be fully dedicated! This means many walks a day and plenty of attention! I will make sure to follow all house rules I am told by the owner, as I know how nerve wracking it can be having someone you just met in your home and I 100% respect that.
“Highly recommended! Keira did daily morning visits for my 2 sphynx cats. I'd been very anxious about organising care, as they are my pride and joy, and I've never had someone outside of friends or family care for them. I felt at ease as soon as Keira came for a meet and greet, she clearly loves animals and has plenty of experience caring for a variety of little lives! And my 2 took to her straight away, which says a lot! She did a brilliant job of updating me daily with how they were getting on, including photos etc. I would absolutely use Keira's services again in the future. Thank you!”

My experience with Sophie looking after my cat Minnie was just amazing during our week away. Minnie is very fussy who she trusts to look after her but by the end of the week they were great friends. Brilliant daily communication which totally put my mind at ease knowing she was in such safe hands. 5 stars isn’t enough thank you Sophie.
Anagela is an amazing sitter! We have booked her already a couple of times and our cats love her. She updates us daily with photos and gently offered to water plants and take out the bin for us. I will definitely book her again and I recommend her, she is great!

Sofiia was more than ever expected and gave total peace of mind. Leaving my Cat at home not long after his emergency operation, he couldn't have been in better hands. His medication requirements were no problem and her updates including the pictures let us enjoy a little break. Thank you so much ♥️

Dorothy did a great job of looking after my cat over a long weekend. I was sent regular messages and photos during each visit so I knew he was being cared for. Will definitely ask Dorothy to come again. All instructions were followed and she spent time playing and fussing him

Terrific care provided by Cassie for two shy & retiring elderly cats on complicated diets and four different watering holes who also needed medication. Nearly didn't go away because it's hard to imagine somebody else doing the job you do! Feedback and photos from each visit turned out to be really welcome & reassuring in the end, though I didn't think it important at the time of booking, as I've never had this before. Cassie worked hard on getting one of them in particular to thaw (hunt the cat was order of play at the start), in the end she was rolling on her back, allowing affection, showing how happy & relaxed she was with Cassie. A big thank you from us all. I would ask her again in future when away.

Thank you so much for looking after my two cats so wonderfully. I could see from the videos how much they enjoyed spending time with you. I really appreciate how reliable you are and loved receiving all the photos while I was away. Everything was tidy and spotless when I returned — I couldn’t have asked for better care! 😺😻

I needed someone to take my dog for his night walk while I was at a Christmas party in London on Friday night, Keira handled my powerful 10 months old Doberman really well, while I use raw power to control my dobermann she has good experience with dogs and used some training techniques to handle him and also followed my instructions. Overall I'm satisfied with the booking.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a key safe. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalised codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in a flat, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or lift etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
