“My partner and I went on holidays for a week, during this time Begoña looked after our cats the whole time. She went beyond our expectations with lots of caring and love. Just as if they were her own babies. Begoña would visit them twice a day, feed them, change their water bowl, clean their trays and let them out to the back garden (they are trained to not run away). One of our cats is extremely timid, at first he would stay upstairs observing over Bego. Begoña send me videos with the strategies she came up with to approach the timid boy and how slowly he began to trust her and even play with her! She would stay longer during the visits if needed, and she wouldn’t rush. She was always available over the phone. I felt very pleased with her service and I would call her again for our next trip. A true animal lover and wonderful person. Thank you very much.”

During the visit he took pictures and uploaded to the rover card so I can check them out when travelling - which makes me so relieved. Whether it's a drop in if we're going to be gone for a long time during the day or staying with him overnight when we're gone for a few days, we trust Ella to take care of our pup. She knows his routines and understands that belly rubs are just as important as walkies, though she does manage to get him on out walks which is no easy feat with our lazy, stubborn dog. It offers us peace of mind that we know everything's just taken care of plus getting pictures when you can't be with your fur-baby is always great.”

About: I grew up around cats and dogs and loved spending time with animals. I would regularly take my own dog on long walks and spent long hours playing with my cat and her many litters of kittens. I haven’t had a pet since my teenage years but am desperate to get my own at some point. In the meantime, I love spending time with my partner’s family’s dogs and cats and will jump at any opportunity to spend more time around animals. I really enjoy walking and miss having a dog to go on walks with - especially in the mornings before work and during my lunch breaks. My partner and I also love long walks on the weekends and would love some company - it’s such a rewarding feeling taking a dog on a walk and seeing how much enjoyment both you and the dog get out of it! I am also a massive cat-lover and would love to spend more time around cats. I’m one of those people who stops and pets every cat they see! I’d be really keen to cat-sit on weekends or do drop-ins! I work from home five days a week so would be willing to dog walk in the morning, evening or during my lunch break, but am also equally happy dog-sitting/cat-sitting at your home on weekends or workday evenings. My partner also often works from home during the week and has flexible working hours so your dog would have extra company and someone else to take them for a walk too. I can easily crate your dog if needed, take it for walks and give it its food at meal times. I’d love to make your dog/cat feel at home with me!
