As a pet sitter, getting to know your pets ahead of time is incredibly important to ensure a comfortable and positive experience for them. Understanding their likes, dislikes, routines, triggers, and personality helps me tailor my approach to their specific needs. Whether it’s knowing their favourite toys, how they react to other pets, or if they’re anxious in certain situations, every detail helps me build trust and provide the best possible care. Clear communication before our time together allows me to create a safe, enjoyable environment where your dogs feel relaxed and understood.

I have experiences in taking dogs on hikes and I think this is one of the most enjoyable and enriching parts for dogs and myself. It’s a great way to provide them with physical exercise, mental stimulation, and a change of scenery beyond the usual neighborhood walk. I always ensure the dogs are well-prepared with a secure harness, plenty of water, and rest breaks along the way. Seeing them explore, sniff, and enjoy the outdoors makes it incredibly rewarding, and I always prioritize their safety and well-being throughout the adventure. Apart from that, I believe usual walking around the neighbourhood is also amazing to allow them enjoying the fresh air.
