“Chloe has been dropping in to help take care of our young puppy. She's been reliable and on time every day. Our pup seems to love her visits and will definitely be booking Chloe for further visits very soon. Her communication and photo/video updates are fab. Highly recommend!”

Pets are never left alone, and we adjust their care to match their usual routine. We have a fully fenced garden and plenty of room inside the house for pets to play, explore, and relax safely. About: Dogs have always been part of my life. Growing up, my family always had a dog at home, so caring for them has been a natural part of my daily routine since I was young. I’m experienced with feeding, walks, playtime, and general care, and I always make sure dogs feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and appreciate their energy, loyalty, and affection. My lifelong experience has helped me understand their behavior and needs, allowing me to provide attentive and reliable care. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I am currently on maternity leave, which gives me flexibility and time in the afternoons. I am generally available from 3:00 PM onwards, as my husband works in the mornings. However, on his days off I can also be available in the mornings if needed. I enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active, so pet care—whether it’s walks, visits, or spending time with animals—fits naturally into my daily routine. When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they have a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. I have a garden where pets can spend time outdoors, play, and enjoy fresh air when the weather is nice. My own cat often goes outside to explore and have fun. When the weather isn’t good, pets stay indoors where they are never bored. I make sure they have plenty of attention, playtime, and a calm space to relax. When caring for pets in a pet owner’s home, I always respect their usual routine as much as possible. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, making sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while maintaining the habits they are used to.
About: I had many pets as a child, including a cat, a rabbit, hamsters and a bird. We got our first dog Milo when I was a teenager. He was a beautiful Alaskan Malamute. He was very stubborn and hard to train! Since leaving home and starting a family of my own, I have accrued 2 moggy cats: Buddy and Tigger and 2 Golden Retrievers: Daisy and Doug. Daisy and Doug recently had an accidental litter of 7 puppies so I am also experienced in welping and raising baby dogs 😊 I work almost full time since going back to work after having my son but I predominately work from home so can take my lunch break quite flexibly and like to walk in the mornings and evenings before and after work. I have a secure back garden and my house is ‘puppy proof’ almost all of the time as my retrievers can be mischievous. I have a variety of different leads to be able to walk your pup and can take on requests where necessary.
“Anita was so kind and considerate. She visited twice as I was in a long day at work, and this was suggested by her, which was such an understanding initiative. She’s intuitive about Leo’s needs and when I got home, I found Leo very happy and satisfied.”

About: Hi there! I’m cristy, a big dog lover who’s had plenty of experience living with and caring for pups. From feeding and cleaning up after them to making sure they feel happy and loved, I truly enjoy every moment spent with dogs. I absolutely love seeing wagging tails and happy doggy smiles—it makes my day! I always try to make their time fun and enjoyable, whether that’s going for a nice walk, having a play session, or just giving them some company. At the moment, I offer dog walking and drop-in visits at your home. You can count on me to keep your furry friend safe, cared for, and full of joy while you’re away. I’ll treat your pet just like my own—with lots of love, attention, and care. 🐶💛 I’m available to look after your furry friends in the evenings on weekdays and all day on Sundays. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or a drop-in visit, I’ll make sure your pets get the love and care they need while you’re away. I care for pets in the comfort of their own home, following their usual routine to keep them happy and stress-free. On walks, I always use a lead and pay close attention to their safety and wellbeing, so you can feel confident that your furry friends are in good hands.

“Asam was excellent. He was very accommodating and understanding with us. Our dog fell in love with him instantly, and he was very happy on his walk. Asam's calming nature helped calm my hyperactive dog; which was excellent to see. Definitely recommend for big dogs. 🥰”

About: I’m genuinely dog-obsessed in the best possible way. I’ve raised several puppies into calm, well-adjusted adults, volunteered with rescue shelters, and I’m currently training to become a dog trainer. I’ve also been professionally dog walking and pet sitting for over a year now, caring for dogs of all ages, sizes and personalities. I’m especially patient with puppies, seniors, and dogs who need a little extra reassurance. I take the time to understand each pet as an individual, not just follow a routine. Their comfort, safety and happiness always come first. Pet care isn’t something I squeeze in, it’s what my days are built around. I’m available full-time and very flexible, which means when your pet is with me, they are my priority, not an afterthought. I’m also conveniently located close to Birmingham Airport, The NEC, and on a direct route into Birmingham, which makes me a great option for holidays, weekend breaks, and commuters needing reliable, stress-free care. I don’t currently have pets of my own, so any animals in my care get my full attention and free rein of the space. My home is calm, safe, and set up with pets in mind, including a secure outdoor grass area for toilet breaks and fresh air. We’re surrounded by lovely local nature walks, and indoors there’s a well-stocked toy box for playtime, enrichment and fun. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I follow routines closely, keep everything clean and secure, and treat every animal as if they were my own.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was young, we’ve always had them as part of our family growing up and now I have a dog and two cats at home with us. I work from home so can be flexible on walks and can give your animals the time and care they deserve. I’m reliable and happy to do one off walks to longer term stays. I can administer medication and am used to dealing with puppies and different breeds. I work full time but from home so aslong as I have a internet connection then I can be home with your pet all day. I would usually head out for a couple of walks myself anyway each day so if you have a dog they would get plenty of exercise if needed. I can pop in for one off walks if you are in the office all day or your dog would also be welcome at ours with our enclosed garden and friendly olde English bulldog Bruce ( he is neutered) I can have dogs for the day or overnight/for a few days at home with me or drop in to their own home if that’s better for the dog. I’m here all the time as I work from home and we have an enclosed garden.

Solihull cat owners share their Rover experiences
We needed someone to look after our kittens for an hour morning and evening whilst we went away. Alice was more than accommodating. She came to our house beforehand and introduced herself. We felt happy knowing they were in the best hands. Alice sent us messages and photo updates which was lovely. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Alice again in the future. Thank you!

Communication with Nina was very good as she was quick to respond to our request and sent us twice daily updates which included photos of our cat Lily which was reassuring for us, while we were away. She was flexible with her visiting times and we felt our very old cat was in good hands, so would definitely book her again.

From the minute Emmy contacted me, I knew Ziggy was going to be in good hands. She & her husband, West are professional, kind, caring & responsible. Her care reports each day were lovely & reassuring to read & made me laugh when one of them was written from my cat, Ziggy. I will definitely be booking them for all my future holidays.
