Communication with Nina was very good as she was quick to respond to our request and sent us twice daily updates which included photos of our cat Lily which was reassuring for us, while we were away. She was flexible with her visiting times and we felt our very old cat was in good hands, so would definitely book her again.

Nina has been an amazing pet sitter for my little Pomeranian Jojo! She provided timely feedback about the status of the house on WhatsApp and sent me a lot of pictures of my pets when I was overseas. I already recommended her in our neighbourhood WhatsApp group and would recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. She is very friendly and highly professional.
Nina came to look after our cats twice a day for four days. We met with Nina twice before the date we were leaving to go through details and diets. Nothing was too much for Nina. She was responsive even in the early stages. All our cats have specific diets and are exceptionally fussy. Nina took all of this in her stride. She was not phased by it at all. Nina contacted us whole we were away to provide regular updates and I asked so many questions. Nina responded quickly and made me have total faith in her. Nina gave me so much confidence that my cats were ok at home. Nina did more than what I expected and went over and above. Nina was efficient with everything and also managed to have playtime with our babies. She is incredibly personal and more importantly has such a love for animals. All my cats love her. We will be booking Nina for all our holidays. Thank you Nina!
Nina was great with our puppy, Willow. She replied quickly to all my messages and made sure Willow was happy, fed, toileted and settled. Would be super confident leaving Nina to look after our Puppy again.
Nina was really helpful and super flexible - coming over the same day we enquired to pick up keys to allow us to go away the next day and then changing the day or a drop in to fit in with our plans.

Schedule
I have a huge love for animals! I know when owners are away they want to leave their beloved family member in the right hands. I work from home and have a lot of spare time in the evenings and at lunchtimes, I want to use this time to provide care and support to those who need it.
