About: Ever since I was young I’ve loved growing up with pets, in the past few years I helped my elderly neighbours to walk and feed there cats and dogs on occasion even clean the chickens out! My work hours are Mondays 8-4 Tuesdays 8-4 Wednesdays 13:30 - 21:15 Fridays 05:30 - 13:30 and Saturdays 8-4. I am more than happy to visit early, late and on my lunch breaks. I am so happy with how Claire looked after my aged cat, Meem. She was so kind and thoughtful, making sure he had his medication and letting me know every day with texts and photos how he was doing. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
