We are so happy we trusted Lam to take care of our cat Shiro! This was our first holiday since we adopted Shiro, and Lam put us at ease straight away from the meet & greet onwards. She was so caring and lovely with Shiro, and kept us updated with regular photos & messages throughout our trip. Shiro always looked super happy in the photos when Lam was visiting!
