About: ***TRAINING AS A DOG BEHAVIOURIST*** ***FULLY INSURED*** ***ENHANCED DBS CHECK*** ***CANINE FIRST AID TRAINED*** I have always loved animals and as we couldn’t have a dog of our own when I was younger, I did dog walking and sitting for friends and neighbours. We got a puppy 18 months ago, and he has changed my life in so many ways. When we first got him he lacked confidence and could be shy with strangers, but through all the research I’ve done to try and help him live his best life, I've realised just how passionate I am about dogs and how much joy I get from being around them. 🐶🐾 I can offer walkies, drop-in visits and dog sitting in your home. I’m happy to stay overnight with your pup, however due to having a young daughter I can only do this for one night at a time. I'm also currently studying for a Level 6 Diploma in Clinical Canine Behaviour through the Canine Behaviour College. This course is the first of its kind as it's Ofqual-regulated and was developed by well-known veterinary behaviourist, Tom Mitchell. This means I have a good understanding of dog behaviour and body language and am learning new force free training games and solutions for problem behaviours. Happy to talk about how I can incorporate training into walks or dog sitting if this is of interest. Please get in touch with any requests or questions, and I'll do my best to help! I work 4 days per week, but 3 of these are from home and I have a lot of flexibility with my workload. Happy to discuss how I can be flexible and move my schedule around to meet your needs. I’m committed to making sure your pets feel happy and relaxed with me and I’ll follow any instructions about their care that you would like to provide. About: I’ve previously had my own dogs (lurchers, saluki cross and greyhound cross). I have also volunteered at a local rescue shelter for several years. Additionally I frequently look after neighbours and friends dogs as needed. I currently work on the bank for the NHS, I can pick and choose when I work but still require appropriate notice. This means I can be flexible to a point if notified early. Due to working in the NHS I have an up to date enhanced DBS. I can’t look after pets in my home as I rent, but I have plenty of places I can take dogs in the daytime or visit their own home.

About: Holly has grown up with boxer dogs, Dobermans, cocker spaniels, rabbits, hamsters and fish! She also worked at a dog kennels and a rescue as well as working alongside her mum as a dog walker. Joe has a 1 year old German Shepherd who he took through puppy training and has experience with more reactive dogs! Both of us work full time Monday-Friday, we would love to help out on weekends! We usually head out on a walk and stop by a pub on a weekend so we’d love to have your dog join us We will endeavour to keep your pets as safe as possible and ensure we follow your pet’s specific needs when leaving them after caring for them.

About: I have been caring for animals since childhood from dogs and cats to birds and small animals. Throughout my whole life I have always had a dog ranging from small breeds to the larger breeds and have considered each and every to be part of the family. With this came the experience of caring for puppies, training and all the way through to the senior years. My Monday to Friday schedule is dedicated to pet care, dog walking etc and I am available for house sitting during both weekdays (after 3pm) and weekends. When house sitting during week days I will be with your pet throughout the late afternoon to the morning taking care of their needs, feeding, walking, playtime, toilet trips etc calling in throughout the day and full time during weekends. I also typically like to schedule a meet and greet before any house sitting bookings in order to confirm that I am the right person to meet your pets needs. When caring for your pet in your own home I will try to keep to their usual schedule as much as possible and treat them as if they were my own. I would appreciate it if you would tell me about your pets in advance, things like are they sociable with other dogs while out and about, do they have any allergies or medical needs, if they dislike strangers or certain noises. I would also like to know what they are like in your home, do they have a favourite place to sleep, are they allowed upstairs or on the furniture or do they have a specific routine that you would like kept to. I also hold a full DBS and am fully insured, which I can provide evidence for.

About: I've been around all creatures great and small for longer than I can remember, and have loved animals than I can remember still. My experience as a pet owner is with smaller mammals - I am the proud parent of two rats - while other pets I have experienced through relatives and family friends. I spent long summer days as a teenager cat-sitting for my grandma - I don't think Tuppence (the cat) ever quite warmed up to me, but she enjoyed using me as a place to sunbathe and very much liked when I would attempt to bribe her affection with treats. I have been around dogs my entire life and, more recently, have enjoyed work as a dog walker for a family friend and their animal-care business. This is where I have gained my professional experience in animal care, having completed a Dog Walking and Pet Sitting Diploma as part of this placement. Overall, I have experience with every variety of pet, including rescues and especially seniors. I'm currently formally unemployed, doing some casual work as a dog walker. Most of my time is spent with my gorgeous pair of rats (Baba Yaga and Kugrash), who are endlessly amusing and endlessly keeping me busy cleaning the out and creating new and incentive ways to engage them. As it stands, I have plenty of free time to spend caring for other people's pets - because every animal deserves the same love and companionship as my Mischief! I would be offering my services to care for your pet in your own home, so I would want to understand your typical routine and dynamic. In my Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Diploma, I learnt best practices for maintaining safety and trust for all involved, including rudimentary pet first aid (which I intend to learn more about).

About: Hi, I’m Jen — a friendly, reliable dog walker based in Cofton Hackett, often out and about around Cofton Park, Barnt Green, and the Lickey Hills with some of my favourite four-legged pals. I’ve been walking dogs for over 6 years and doing a few pet visits over the last 2 years. I especially enjoy looking after small to medium dogs who like calm, relaxed walks full of sniffs and gentle exploring. I always take time to build a bond with each dog so they feel safe and happy with me. Whether it’s a quiet stroll or a little adventure, your pup will get patient care, plenty of attention, and lots of love. My goal is simple: to make sure your dog feels comfortable, content, and excited to see me again! I work from home most of the time, so can fit walks in in the morning, lunch time and after work. I also have some availability at weekends. When doing drop ins, I let the dog out for a toilet break, fill up water and food and fuss and chat to your dog.

About: I’m a recent Zoology graduate and an experienced animal care enthusiast with over 3 years of professional hands-on experience working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, most recently employed at a doggy daycare called “Wagworks” in Fulham for 18 months. From walks to playtime, I provide safe, loving care for your pets, prioritising comfort and genuine happiness. Trained in dog behaviour, health monitoring and enrichment, I am passionate about giving each pet personalised attention they deserve. As a fresh university graduate, I am currently looking to take on this work all days of the week apart from sundays, unless I am sitting within your home. Walking/drop ins would be running from 8:30-4:30 monday-friday and 10-3 on saturdays. Walks will be provided within the area until I finish my driving lessons and acquire a car, and any owner requests with those will be taken into account. Drop ins will include a toilet break, some cuddle/comfort time and providing mental stimulation of some kind through sniffing, licking and/or chewing; all natural calming regulators within canine psychology! Unfortunately cannot provide boarding within my family home but am a mature and trustworthy individual to provide house sitting services. Previously worked as a housekeeper and cleaner within various hospitality positions so I can assure your property will be in top shape!

About: I have over 20 years of experience with caring for and fostering all different breeds of dogs aswell as working in a dog groomers and working at a cattery, where I looked after tiny newborn kittens to elderly or disabled cats. Ever since I was born I've been around all types of animals (horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, and lizards to name a few) and I love nothing more than spending time with them. I start my new job down in Devon in May so I have plenty of availability up until that time. I am happy to do pet visits, walks or sitting jobs any time of the day and any day of the week! I will always provide a fresh supply of water, give your pets so much love and attention or their own space if they want. I am a very patient person who will always put others needs before my own. About: I am very loyal, trustworthy and reliable. I absolutely love dogs and dogs love me! I am experienced in looking after a variety of dogs and will offer you the upmost love, care and attention that your dog needs. I am very adaptable and very good at taking direction, so I will listen to your instructions and your dogs needs and follow them as necessary, just because I am really loving with some dogs, if you don’t want this with your dog, I know everyone is different I totally understand that and will do what’s right for you and your dog so please be re-assured you are in the right place. We can have a trial first if this helps to put your mind at rest. I want you to be able to be at work or on a night out, or even a long holiday and not be worrying in the slightest that your dog isn’t being taken care of properly, I know that feeling when our family dog was put into kennels for 3 weeks for a wedding and from that time I knew this is what I needed to do as some dogs just hate kennels if they have been bought up in a way and that’s when I decided to start taking care of people’s dogs that feel like they can’t go on holiday or go out as there’s no one like them to have them, non sense! About: I have grown up with dogs throughout my life and currently own a guinea pig- Archie! Over the past 14 years+ I have always had a pet that I have taken care of personally. Most of my family currently own dogs and I am always around them. My mom in particular has 2 Shih Poos and we spend a lot of time together ( please see photos). I am a caring, friendly individual who would love to be able to help the community if you don't have time to walk your dogs in the day! I love getting out and going for walks so this is a perfect opportunity for me to be able to help someone else in the process! I am a supply teacher so my schedule can change day to day, leaving me available on some weekdays. This also means I am available evenings, weekends and school holidays. I have no other commitments. I live in an apartment and therefore I am currently only offering home drop ins and walks. If this changes I will update this information.

About: I absolutely LOVE dogs! I am an owner of a Cavapoochon and she is my world. I would love to help you with dog walking or drop in visits if you live in the Lickey End or Bromsgrove area and need some help. Walks and visits can take place either with my dog, or without her, whatever your preference is. I work from home so I am around a lot during the daytime. About: I've had my own pets all my life as well as looking after family pets on numerous occasions, as well volunteering at various local animal shelters over the years walking their dogs and keeping the cats company. I walk 3-4 miles a day, and can't have my own dog right now as I have an older cat who is on twice daily medication and needs a quieter life, but I would LOVE a dog to accompany me on all those walks! I am a freelancer (photography and graphic design) so I can choose my own hours and always work remotely, so I am fully flexible for pet care needs. I love spending time with all animals and would love to look after your pets in your home, so there is no disruption for them while you are working or away on holiday.
