4. Jodie G.

“I’d highly recommend Jodie. She looked after my 2 dogs whilst I went away on holiday for a week. They had never been away before, so this was new to them. They seemed to settle in quite well but then expressed some concerns and started turning on one another which led to Jodie seeking advice from Rover as I was out of the country, she did try to contact me but with the time difference I was already asleep so I was grateful she seeked professional advice. It ended with the dogs having to spend time apart and she handled this so well and I can’t thank her enough. I feel super guilty that they didn’t behave as they usually would and I hope she isn’t too put off by caring for doggies/pets in the future. Thankyou so much Jodie Highly recommended”

“I really can't praise Michelle enough for how she took care and looked after Bella and Bertie. I was quite worried as we had never been on holiday and left them for 11 nights before but I had nothing to worry about at all as they settled in so well and Michelle made them feel so much at home and sent me photos of them on a regular basis enjoying themselves. When we picked them up they were giving Michelle cuddles and kissing her which was a great sign that they had become really close to her. I will definitely be using Michelle again when we go away on our next holiday and I can't thank her enough for everything she did for them. I will certainly recommend her too.”

It’s always a worry leaving your dog, especially a puppy, however Heather filled me with confidence after meeting up before hand to view her home and see how the pups got on. Ruby was so sweet with our little girl. Throughout the weekend Heather provided us with photos and video updates. Thank you Heather for welcoming Luna into your home and giving her a positive experience. Highly recommend. 🐶🐾”

They get lots of stimulation with walks and play but also plenty of cuddles when they want to rest. I cannot recommend Kaleigh enough!!”

About: Hi! I’m Zalika, and I’m passionate about making a difference in both people's and pets’ lives. With over 10 years of experience supporting children with special educational needs and working as a life skills coach for vulnerable adults, I’ve spent my career helping others shape and improve their lives. Currently, I help children who struggle with school, whether due to behavioural or special needs, find their way back into education. In addition to my professional work, I’ve always had a love for dogs. I’ve recently decided to follow my passion for animals by starting my own dog-walking business. I have a dog named Bonnie, who has been a great companion and inspiration. I truly believe that walks are more than just a way to exercise—they’re a time for pets to explore, get mental stimulation, and feel happier. I’m excited to offer a friendly and reliable dog-walking service, and I’m here to make sure your furry friends get the attention and care they deserve! For your peace of mind, I am DBS checked, and I carry business car insurance as well as business insurance. I also hold a Pet First Aid Certificate, along with a Dog Sitting and Dog Walking Diploma, all of which can be shown upon request. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only dedicated but also experienced in supporting both humans and dogs, I’d love to help your dog feel loved and happy on their walks! I currently work part time in the morning or afternoon 3 days a week, supporting children with educational needs - a role I’m incredibly passionate about. The rest of my time is dedicated to caring for pets. My flexible schedule means I can plan walks and visits around my work hours, and I’m always available afternoons, evenings and weekends. I’m organised, reliable and make sure every fury friend gets the time, attention and care they deserve. In my home: I have a lovely, spacious house with a secure, dog friendly garden- perfect for play time and snuggles. I keep peaceful routine, provide lots of love and attention and always tailor care to suit each pets needs. In your home: if your pet is happier staying in their space, I also offer pop - in visits or overnight stays. I’ll follow their usual routine, give plenty of companionship, and make sure they feel safe and cared for while your away.
