About: Hi, I’m Grace! I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have hands-on experience caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I love spending time outside in nature, whether that’s going on long, energetic dog walks or just sitting in the garden playing with a pup. My background with animals goes back a long way—I owned and cared for horses from the age of 12 to 18, and have ridden most of my life. That level of daily commitment taught me immense responsibility and gave me a deep, intuitive understanding of animal behaviour. Senior & Medical Care If your pet requires a little extra attention, they are in safe hands. I have recent experience caring for an elderly dog with specific medical needs, including administering hard pills and medication via syringes. I am highly attentive to strict schedules and health routines. I have full, open availability until July 20th. After this date, I work a flexible part-time schedule of just four days a week, with very short shifts (either midday or evenings). This leaves me with plenty of open time during the week and occasional weekends to provide dedicated, reliable care tailored to your pet's schedule. In the Owner's Home Safety & Routine: My priority is maintaining your pet’s normal routine to keep their stress levels low while you are away. I strictly follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, medication, and house rules. Trust & Home Respect: I treat an owner's home with the utmost respect. I ensure all doors and gates are securely locked when entering or leaving, keep spaces clean, and never invite guests over. Constant Communication: I provide peace of mind by sending regular photo and video updates, letting owners know exactly how their pet is doing. Medical & Emergency Preparedness: With recent experience caring for elderly dogs requiring precise pill and syringe medication, I am highly attentive to health needs. If an emergency ever arises, my background as a scuba diving instructor means I am first-aid trained, calm under pressure, and ready to act responsibly by contacting the vet and the owner immediately. Out on Walks Environment & Focus: When walking dogs, my attention is entirely on them—no distractions or looking at my phone. I stay highly aware of our surroundings, keeping an eye out for other dogs, traffic, or hazards on the path. Leash Safety: Pets stay securely on their leashes at all times unless explicitly instructed otherwise by the owner in a fully secure, enclosed area.

About: I have always been a dog lover. Had my own labrador, Evie, who sadly passed away a few years ago. Recently plucked up the courage to have a new dog, Lady, who is a 19 month cockapoo and it has made me realise how much I had missed having dogs in my life! I enjoy every single moment with her on my days off from being a pediatric nurse. We enjoy long walks in the rural countryside and woodland areas every day together and also enjoy obedience training too. I work 30 hours per week, a mixture of 3 days/ nights per week and these days vary on a week to week basis. I receive my shift pattern a couple of months in advance. Pets are cared for by myself with the same love and attention I provide to the other members of my family. Lots of love, exercise and cuddles 😊

About: We’ve been taken care of peoples pets for 5 years now. We have experience with young dogs, old dogs, big dogs and small pets including cats. Some of these pets have required medication which we have been trusted with, special diets and some have been new puppies who require extra attention. Whatever you require we can help with! Me and my partner both work hybrid jobs with different office days so there will always be someone who will be looking after your pet, we are very active people who love walking! About: I’ve grown up around pet and working dogs. So have experience with a wide variety of dogs. Currently I own 2 cats and a hamster, and have experience with lots of small animals including rabbits, guinea pigs and degus. I’ve also worked in pet shops for over 4 years I have a degree in animal behaviour, a certificate in animal first aid, my own business insurance and a basic DBS. For energetic dogs, I’m happy to provide plenty of exercise, play and mental stimulation to keep them occupied. About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and care I have for animals since a kid. I have experience with lots of different types of dogs, so I am comfortable caring for different breeds, sizes and personalities, whether that means they have lots of energy, are playfulness, nervous, laid-back etc... I have two dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to know that your pets are happy, safe and well cared for while you are away. I am constantly dog walking, often on long walks, and I'm happy (if they enjoy it and need it) to give your dog plenty of exercise . I'm an actively fit person, so I love it too! For me, house-sitting isn't just about being in someone's home - it's about making sure their pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, love and exercise, while keeping them comfortable in their normal routine. I live a very flexible lifestyle and have much freedom in what I can do. I treat every pet as an individual and always aim to give them the same care and attention I would give my own pets. Quick Note - I have been looking after peoples houses and pets for a while now. I am new to Rover, before I used to advertise on Facebook. I'm currently working part-time. My job is very seasonal (busy in summertime) and I am not sure how long I will be staying there as of right now. I am starting an online business at the moment, so it is easy to work off my laptop when I need too. My schedule is very flexible. I have a fenced garden at home, I also have two lovely dogs. One is younger and a little more crazy, but she is good as gold. And my other is older and very chilled. they love having company and get along with all dogs. They are both Cocker Spaniels. I also have one cat, but she is hardly ever in the house - always out and about.

About: I have done cat sitting for some time now, I take care of cats in my area, dropping in twice or more a day to play with them, feed them and have a cuddle! I also take care of my sisters cockerpoo, she is a wonderful dog but full of energy so I can handle this too! I’m currently working as a solicitor apprentice. I have 8:30-5 job on Monday - Friday. However, Wednesday I spend at home on my study day! I can drop in on my way to work and on my way back. I can also drop in later on in the evening too. Whatever suits you. I will follow exactly what you require. I understand that all cats are different . Some love attention , some want to be on their own. Any dietary requirements, I will stick to. My own cat has his own special food so I am aware of different brands and different needs.

About: I am currently a vet student at uni of Bristol! I love cuddling pets everyday! I unfortunately lost my dog at the start of the year so I am looking to fill the hole with cuddles and pet sits! I’m currently working around 32 hours a week, so I can be available for morning and evening drop ins. I don’t work the weekends so I can be available full time then. I feel pets are better in their own environment so I prefer coming to their homes to sit! I can crate difficult dogs if needed :)

About: Hi, I’m 25 and live in my own home with my boyfriend Jack and our Dutch Shepherd, Jett, who is a huge part of our lives and truly our pride and joy. I work from home full-time, which means I’m able to provide plenty of attention, supervision and companionship throughout the day. I offer dog sitting and doggy daycare in my home, dog walking and drop-in visits, giving you flexible options depending on what your dog needs. I don’t currently offer overnight boarding, as I feel many dogs are more comfortable and settled either spending the day with me or staying in their own familiar home overnight. Due to Jett being an active breed, we have a good amount of exercise built into our routine, including a mid-day walk and a longer evening walk. However, we always take each dog’s individual age, breed, energy levels and needs into consideration rather than expecting every dog to follow Jett’s routine. We’re also happy to accommodate your dog’s usual feeding, toilet and walking schedule wherever possible, so they can enjoy a familiar routine while they’re with us. At weekends, we enjoy exploring local woods, hills and other dog-friendly places, as well as spending relaxed time at home and in the garden. We can also provide dog walking and drop-in visits if your dog would be happier staying in their own home. Our aim is to make every dog feel comfortable, safe and included, whether they’re spending the day with us or we’re visiting them in their own home. Every dog is treated as an individual, with plenty of love, attention and care throughout their time with us. As mentioned, I work from home full-time, so dogs in my care are never left alone for long periods and receive plenty of supervision, attention and companionship throughout the day. I understand that every dog is different, so I always aim to follow each dog’s individual routine as closely as possible. I believe consistency is really important in helping dogs feel comfortable and settled, particularly when they are spending time away from their owners. About: Hi, I’m Naomi, I’m 37yo, taking a career break from the police and love animals. I’ve been fortunate to have been involved with horses for nearly 20years, used to have cats, have looked after several of my friend’s dogs and cats and would love to spend more time with our furry friends, and some of the not so furry! Have looked after horses, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep… Happy to help with exercise, medication factors, special requirements, picking up 💩 and of course lots of love and attention; if they want it!
