Whether it's playful puppy training, gentle senior pet support, administering medication, or simply ensuring your pet feels safe and loved in their own home, I go the extra mile to meet their unique needs. My calm and patient approach, combined with a deep understanding of animal behaviour, sets me apart from other sitters. From energetic walks to cosy cuddle sessions, I care for your pets as if they were my own. Let me give you peace of mind while you're away, knowing your beloved companions are in experienced and caring hands! Pet care is a natural and fulfilling part of my daily and weekly routine. I prioritise giving each pet the time, attention, and care they deserve, whether it’s morning feedings, play sessions, administering medications, or providing companionship throughout the day. I work from a laptop and deploy a flexible schedule , this allows me to accommodate different pet needs, from energetic walks and interactive play for active pets to quiet company and care for senior or nervous animals. I work hard to understand existing routines and that these are maintained, keeping pets comfortable and stress-free while their owners are away. Cleaning litter trays, refreshing water bowls, and making sure every pet feels loved and cared for are all part of my regular routine. Whether it’s a short visit or an extended stay, I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring their happiness and well-being always come first. Caring for pets in customers' homes is at the heart of my routine, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free in their familiar surroundings. I work around each pet’s established schedule, maintaining feeding times, exercise routines, and any special care requirements just as their owners would. Whether it’s providing company for anxious pets, administering medication, or keeping litter trays and food areas clean, I tailor my visits to meet their needs. I prioritise building trust with both pets and their owners, offering reliable and compassionate care while keeping homes tidy and secure. By caring for pets in their own environment, I help minimise disruption, ensuring they remain happy, relaxed, and well-looked after while their owners are away.

11. Lucinda I.
About: I have had dogs most of my life, We had a jack russell called Alfie for 16 years old. We sadly had to having him put to sleep in September. He was deaf and has arthritis in his spine. So I am used to senior care with dogs. We have recently got a new puppy called Nellie a miniature dachshund, it is so nice to hear a dog in our home again. I currently work two nights a week, but happy to move my shifts around to help out looking after your pet. I do have a child at first school so will have to do pick up and drop off. When I meet you, I would ask you a few questions about your pet so I can do exactly what you do with them. Like what walks they enjoy and what time they have their food and if they’re happy with cuddles or just like their own space.

12. Abi C.
“I can highly recommend Abi as a responsible and loving pet caregiver. She loves and is great with animals. She is kind, calm and trustworthy - always caring about the particular needs of each pet. Our dogs love her!”

13. Emma P.

I currently work a flexible part time job and can fit in around your pets schedule. 14. Natalie P.
“What can I tell you about Natalie P? Well, I had the great fortune to know Natalie P's Grandmother, and I'm not about to name names, but what Natalie P's Grandmother didn't know about Dogs, probably wasn't worth knowing-- she bred dogs, she trained dogs, she showed Dogs at Crufts in the early days but she decided she preferred the working side of dogs over the Show side, so, she helped people train their dogs, she held Field Trials, she was a judge at Field Trials, she wrote books about dogs, and she kennelled other people's dogs as well-- I also knew Natalie P's Grandmother's children, and at times, they would say that they definitely came second to dogs. Ok, enough about Natalie P's Grandmother, but the reason I have mentioned her is because Natalie P is almost a clone of her Grandmother. When her Grandmother was alive, Natalie was constantly by her side, helping her in any way that her Granny wanted, and learning all the time from her Gran. Like her Gran, I think Natslie P prefers Dogs to people-- she actually loves all animals, and will pick up any injured animal and nurse it back to health, as long as that was possible. I can't think of anyone who, if I wanted someone to look after my dog I would prefer to do this other than Natalie P. She will put any dog above herself in it's needs, she will take care of it, exercise it ,feed it and totally spend all her spare time tending to the needs of that dog. Her Granny died at the beginning of Covid and I am convinced that she now manifests inside Natalie P. If you're looking for someone to take care of your dog, you couldn't find a better suited person for this than Natalie P. I hope that this is the sort of thing that was required when Rover contacted me for my opinion on Natalie P and her connection with dogs. It might seem like I'm going over the top, but I'm not, I'm telling it exactly as I see it.”

15. Clare B.
About: I’ve had 2 black labs and 3 cats over 20 years. I love love love to go for long walks with my lab (Nigel) and he would adore a friend to tag along. We especially love country walks off the lead, throwing balls etc or can equally walk in the local park on the lead. I can also visit your pooch for a potty break and some company. I also can visit your cat and give him/her a fuss and food if needed. My son is at school and I don’t need to work (my business runs itself) so I have plenty of time during school hours to walk/feed/be company for your pet. I have a large estate car with a large boot to collect your dog, or I can drive to your home and walk him/her locally.

16. Mimi-Jade F.
“Mimi and her family looked after my mother's dog Sasha for a weekend. She loved being there and came back happy and relaxed. Got plenty of updates and photos to. Would recommend.”

17. Ella C.
About: I am a student Veterinary Nurse and have worked as a veterinary nurse assistant. Caring for all animals is my passion, loving them and all of their needs. I adjust around the pets normal routine. I have lived with animals my whole life ranging from, dogs and cats to chickens, ducks and guinea pigs and everyday is never the same. I love to care for animals playing, feeding and especially cuddling! I tend to care for pets more often in their own homes as they are always happier and more relaxed. When I care for pets in my home, I stick to the owner’s preference, if they are crate trained, I keep them crate trained in my home. If they are used to sleeping on their owners beds, they sleep on the bed. I live in a quiet village away from busy roads and have a fenced in garden.
