About: I have grown up with pets and have had our lovely little housecat Saffy for fourteen years, and our gorgeous cockapoo Pip for six years. I also have a ten year old daughter and a four year old son. Our house is perfect for a dog looking for lots of cuddles and attention - we have lots of space and a large secure garden. We are also lucky enough to have a fabulous private walk on our doorstep. I am here 24/7 to look after everyone. This also means that I can keep to your dog’s preferred schedule (if there is one!). I have a large secure garden to run around in and love going for walks on the farm next door. Our dog Pip is a lovely, excitable Cockapoo who loves to play and run around but is equally as happy cuddling on the sofa while we watch a film. He has been neutered.

About: I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages . I’ve rescued and cared for dogs, including my own rescue dog, and have a deep understanding of their needs. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and care for their pets, ensuring their safety and happiness. I am passionate about animals, patient, and attentive, offering reliable and compassionate care for every dog I believe that looking after pets fits perfectly into my daily life. At the moment, I work part-time, which gives me plenty of time to take dogs for walks, care for them, and play with them. I enjoy spending time with animals, and I am flexible enough to meet their needs throughout the day. I currently do not have a fenced garden, but my primary focus is on taking dogs out for enjoyable and safe walks in the fresh air. I ensure that they get the exercise, care, and attention they need during our time together. I am attentive to their safety, keeping them on a lead when necessary, and always following the owner’s instructions regarding their routine and preferences.

About: I am 27 years old and adore animals, with a particular soft spot for Labradors. I currently work part-time as a retail assistant at Shakespeare’s Birthplace Trust and Anne Hathaway’s Cottage shops. I live in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon town, a 10 minute walk away from the Shottery fields and the river Avon, so I have access to a variety of beautiful locations for walks. I am responsible, reliable, organised and detailed-oriented, both in my professional and personal life. I am experienced looking after a variety of pets. From a young age, we had a family rescue dog (a Labrador and Rottweiler cross, named Harry) so I have experience with larger breeds. I was responsible from the age of 13 for my beautiful chocolate Labrador, Rolo. I was heavily involved in training her as puppy, reading up on tips and tricks to help her learn easy commands and toilet training as easily as possible. We had very little accidents in the house as a result. We had a cat from five years before we brought our gorgeous puppy home and managed to integrate them to each other easily enough, so I am experienced in both canine and feline care. They became the best of friends over the years, although Rolo would still bark at and attempt to chase other cats, so I was always aware and cautious of this when out on walks. I trained her for on and off lead walking, ensuring good recall skills for the variety of walks and activities we enjoyed together over the 12 wonderful years I was privileged to have with her. She adored swimming and spending time with her best furry friend, a labradoodle called Koda and we had many wonderful walks, sleepovers and beach trips with the two of them, so I am experienced in handling multiple dogs at a time. I love spending time with all animals and have spent a good amount of time with friends and family members’ pets as well as my own. I appreciate that every dog or cat has different energy levels and needs, so I am more than happy to stick to any pre-established routine. I am also trained in dog first aid, so am able to remain calm under pressure and respond to any crisis that may arise. I am happy to administer any medications that are needed, so long as there is open communication about this between myself and the pet owner prior to the sit. I meet a variety of dogs in my workplace on a day to day basis and have experience interacting with service dogs and their owners - whether this be for sight loss, hearing loss, anxiety issues, mental health or assistance dogs - as I help with answering queries about accessibility to both Shakespeare’s Birthplace and Anne Hathaway’s cottage. I am also often on biscuit duty for the four-pawed customers who come through the shops, as I am comfortable assessing how best to approach each individual dog and their owners. I truly believe that any pet is an extension of the family and should be treated with the same kind of attention, love and care. I am dedicated to providing warm, friendly, stimulating care for your pet, being attentive to their needs in the aim of allowing them to feel comfortable and relaxed with a pet sitter in their home. I currently work part-time as a retail assistant at Shakespeare’s Birthplace Trust and Anne Hathaway’s Cottage. Due to this, I live in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon town. My flat is only a 10 minute walk away from the Shottery fields and the river Avon, so I have access to a variety of beautiful locations for walks. My current working pattern means that I am available every other weekend for sits, as well as being free to do some weekday sits. If the sit coincided with any of my working days, I would be available from 7pm-7am for an overnight sit or to do a drop-in visit. I appreciate that every pet has different energy levels and needs, so I am more than happy to stick to any pre-established routine. I aim to provide exercise, stimulative play, company, fuss and cuddles, alongside the basics of providing food, water and toilet breaks for the pet. I am also trained in dog first aid, so I am able to remain calm under pressure and respond to any crisis that may arise. I am happy to administer any regular medications that are needed, so long as there is open communication about this between myself and the pet owner prior to/during the sit. I am also more than happy to provide photos and updates to the pet owner during the sit.

About: As well as having my own dogs, I volunteered for the Assistant Dogs Charity ‘Dogs for Good” as a boarder. These beautiful dogs came to stay for 1 week or for up to 3 months, depending on circumstances. We ended up adopting one of them, Harley, who was a joy. I also volunteered for The Dogs Trust. Duties included walking, brushing, cuddling, feeding. This has given me experience with pretty much every breed and every Heinz 59 of all ages. I am self employed as a dog cartoonist. So where I draw is irrelevant! So when your dog(s) are having a snooze, I will quietly get on with my drawings. Just as I did when looking after the many Dogs for Good labs, I will follow your instructions relating to your dog(s) health and safety, insuring their routine doesn’t go off course.

Mikey was punctual, very pleasant and happy to chat about his experience with dogs. He accompanied my husband on a walk with Sully so hubby could brief him on Sully's traits and habits and also to see if Sully took to him. All went smoothly and I'm now feeling happy that we've sourced a great dog walker for those times when we are unable to do it. Thank you so much, Mikey!

About: Hi I'm Saskia! I'm currently a 2nd year veterinary student at the University of Liverpool with a passion for animal welfare and a lot of love to give. Since I'm renting and can't have pets of my own yet, I'm looking to fill that dog or cat shaped hole in my life by caring for yours. When I'm not studying, I'm usually training for my next triathlon, so if you have a high-energy breed that loves a long walk, I'm your person. However, I'm just as happy to provide a call environment and plenty of study break cuddles for senior pets or those who prefer a calm environment. Understanding that our pets our important members of our families, I am conscious to check-in often with photos, videos and updates to ease anxiety. I'm currently a veterinary student at university, so spending time looking after pets is my thing. For dog walking: After we exchange information about your dog and their specific walking needs: duration, behaviour, socialisation etc. I will come and meet your dog ensuring we are the right match. Then we will head out to explore and sniff! I will take photos and videos for you and give tell you all about how we are getting on. For pet sitting: After we exchange information about your dog/cat, your home and their specific needs: feeding, behaviour, walking etc. I will come and meet you and your dog/cat, to ensure we are a good match. Most likely we will start the day with a morning walk after breakfast. During the day I will most likely be studying in your home, with breaks for play-time, toileting and cuddles. I rarely will leave the house for more than max. 2hrs at a time to pop to the shops, to go to the gym, or for lectures. In the evening we will go on another walk, followed by dinner and settling in for the night. For cat drop-ins: I am available for twice daily visits (morning and evening) to ensure your cat's feeding schedule remains consistent. I live locally in the Smithdown area, making it easy for me to be reliable and punctual. When I am a guest in your home, my priority is maintaining a stress-free, secure and loving environment for your pet. I follow your pets existing schedule, whether it's feeding times, a particular walking route or a no-sofa rule. I'm also extremely diligent when it comes to home security and will ensure all doors and gates are double-checked and I never leave keys in visible places. I treat your home with care, ensuring you return to a clean, tidy house and an happy, relaxed pet.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have gained experience walking a wide variety of breeds and personalities—from tiny, calm companions to big, energetic, anxious, and reactive dogs. I’m fully insured for peace of mind, and understand that every dog has their own unique needs, pace, and comfort level. I also share my life with my own dog, Frank, so I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy and patient. Whether your pup needs structured walks, confidence-building outings, or just a steady friend, they’ll be in good hands with me! I mainly work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, and pet care. I’m usually in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but even those days can be adjusted depending on what you need. If you have specific timing or routine requests, I’m always happy to work around them! When caring for pets, whether in my home or yours, safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take time to understand each dog’s needs, temperament, routines, and triggers so I can create a calm and predictable environment for them.
