About: In my 20’s during a live in role I had sole care for a rescued German Pointer requiring 8 miles exercise each day. I’ve more recently lived and worked on a farm and had full care in families regular absences of working dogs, highland cattle, chickens, kune kune piglets. Currently I work regularly as sitter for a number of labradors which included full care for a 10week old Labrador girl Lillie. This involved all aspects of toilet training and puppy care. Breeds to date as clients also include, Working Cocker Spaniels, Retrievers, Weimeraner, German Pointer, Vizlas, Boxer (puppy). I also care for two senior Labrador’s 11-14yrs of age both of whom have various health issues and hip problems. I am free to walk/sit dogs as well as walking my own working cocker spaniel along with for socialisation. I am free to dedicate my day to your pets care. I am used to staying in others homes along with their pets and keep to the pets usual routines as much as possible. I’m used to crate training, toilet training for puppies, long walks for working dogs, as well as easier walks for those with hip issues or elderly dogs.

About: Hello, I’m Alex, a dog lover from Bicester. I live in a house, with my cavapoos Lily & Poppy. I work from home, so your pooch will never be lonely and I will never leave your dog unattended for any period of time so you can feel completely safe in the knowledge that they are being thoroughly looked after. I have loads of experience with dogs, having owned my own for four years and also volunteering in various dogs homes and working for a dogs shelter abroad. I adore all dogs, large or small and am very happy to take them on lovely long walks. Your pooch will have a home away from home, I am more than happy for your dog to sleep in the bedroom, whether that is starfished on the bed or in their own bed on the floor. I will also make sure to send you lots of 'pupdates' on their stay with us so you can feel completely at ease that they are having the time of their life! I look forward to hearing from you :) I work from home so we can give you pup non-stop attention and walks whenever their heart desires! Can be fully flexible on timings, happy to accommodate as best i can. We have a nice big garden for your pooch to have a little run around throughout the day, i also do regular daily walks along the river path which is popular with other dogs.

About: I have been walking and looking after pets for the last 4 years or so. I really enjoying walking dogs, spending time with them and learning about their different personalities. I’m well equipped for dogs with behavioural issues. I have 2 dogs and a cat aswell as Guinea pigs and hamsters previously. I have it listed on here that I don’t own any dogs, this is because they are not currently living at the home in London and are at my mum house in Oxfordshire. I can look after senior dogs and can administer medication. My schedule can be quite flexible however I am dipping in and out of shifts and different places. I am however mostly available. I am taking a year out before going to Bristol next September I live near big fields and also have sufficient land so will take the pet on multiple walks a day. I have 2 dogs at home, a 4 year old female cocker spaniel and a 2 month old female jack Russell puppy. They are both good with dogs and other animals.

About: I love animals and from a young age, I was lucky enough to have dogs, cats, horses, chickens and hamsters. As an adult I have always had a dog and a cat and so I have experience of new puppies /kittens through to elderly animals. Over the years I have also looked after neighbours, friends and family pets during holidays. Finally after many years of wanting/ thinking and deliberating..I took the plunge and since April 2024 I have been working as a professional dog walker. My dream job! Therefore, I also hold an clean DBS check, Pet business insurance and canine first aid. My Facebook page is leaps.and.leads. I am a self employed dog walker, available for regular dog walks, either one to one or with my dog Badger - a very friendly Springador (springer x lab). I am also available for pop ins and cat care and house sitting from Fri afternoons over the weekends. Whatever your requirements please just ask. We live on the edge of a village overlooking open fields with beautiful walks on the doorstep. We have one dog and 4 cats. 6 children, a nannie and a grandad. So its quite a busy home with lots of attention givers ! Obviously, coming in to your home I will be respectful and clean up any accidents, change litter, feed, water etc.

About: Dog pet care is an active and engaging experience, filled with the joys of companionship and the responsibilities of ensuring a happy and healthy life for your canine friend. It encompasses everything from daily walks and playtime to consistent training and providing a safe and comfortable home environment. Allow me to continue looking after your furry friend when you are away from home! I’m a full time nurse working out in the community. I work shifts so often have days off in the week frequently when pet owners are unable to be at home. Part of my job is to visit people’s home and provide care when they need it most. This is reflected in my pet care and sitting experience. Offering a trusting, kind and friendly environment for you and your furry companion!

About: I’ve been a proud dog owner myself for 4 wonderful years to a beautiful Staffordshire Bull Terrier who has taught me the fun of dog care. I am confident an comfortable giving tablets/medication/vitamins to dogs of all sizes and energy levels. A great skill I have taken on in the events of emergencies is dog CPR as well as being able to safely dislodge trapped objects (toys) in the throat. Trust is a necessity in this role and I can ensure that your babies will be safe and happy in my care :) I currently work full time Monday’s to Friday’s however I am very open to requests on the weekends or holidays (if given at least a days notice). I take great pride in my Staffy’s care, ranging from personalised diet, genetically specific enrichment activities, 2 walks a day (rainy or sunny) down to his appearance via daily oiling and supplements. He gets personally groomed by me at least once a month making him a very distinguished gentlemen ;). As with training I am constantly aiming to broaden his skills and intelligence.

About: Myself and my partner Karlo have a nearly 3 year old fun, ball loving Labrador who is our first dog together, he loves playing with other dogs and gets along with everyone he meets. We also have a little boy who is 2 years old and loves all animals especially dogs (please ensure your dog is happy around small children). We often have my sisters dog (Toller) come and stay with us too! We have been around dogs most of our lives. I, in particular used to walk and look after our neighbours dogs near my family home when they went on holiday or if they had to go into work early/come home late. We would love to look after your dog for you and promise to love them like we do our own! This will be their home away from home as even us humans deserve some holiday time! We go on 1-2 daily walks depending on the length of walk, we have a huge field about 30 seconds walk away from our house which is perfect for off lead and lots of ball throwing! We also visit another field which is a 5 minute walk away. I work from home all day so I am around to look after and care for your dog like I do for my own. I only need to go into the office a couple of times a month which I will inform you about if the dates fall into those days but if you’re happy to, I generally bring my dog with me (and yours) and we have a beautiful forest we walk in morning and evening. I will follow your routine/schedule and your rules/commands. We have a decent sized fenced garden, our lab loves being in the garden (even in winter)! We live in a cul de sac type area so the nearest road is atleast 30 metres away from our front door. If your dog has special requirements i.e. sleeps in a crate, just let me know! I am happy to adjust to whatever you need.

About: I have specialised in animal care for the best part of 3 years, working in veterinary clinics and setting up my own dog walking business in Cheltenham. We have recently relocated to Brackley. Since having a baby, I always wanted something that would enable me to be out walking every day and keeping fit. Being with dogs all day was defiantly the answer and that’s why we love Rover and the opportunity it gives us to be with all different types of doggies. I now run my own business and currently in the process of opening up our very own veterinary practice. This career switch has enabled me to be at home every day and it means I have 100% control over my day and time. As both me and my partner work from home it means there will never be a time that your little one is left by themselves, meaning we can help with dogs who have separation anxiety or just don’t like being by themselves too much. I am able to administer medication and completely cater to your doggies schedule so please let me know of any detail big or small that would enable me to make your dogs stay as special as possible with us. We have a big back garden and the door is left open pretty much all day so they can run and sunbathe on the grass all they like! I also have 2 mini sausage dogs myself who are still young so love to play but mainly enjoy a lot of sleeping and cuddles. Therefore any dog I do take on a doggy holiday needs to be friendly and well socialised with other dogs. Please be assured that we would do anything to make your dog feel as special and welcome as possible. I know we’re not able to replace you or the bond you share with your furry friend but we’re able to create a secure and loving home whilst you are away. P.S we love to keep you very regularly updated with photos and videos of their day and how they’re doing so let us know how frequent you would like updates, wether it be every few hours or every day- we understand you might need a breather aswell! Thank you for considering us to look after your little ones and we hope to meet you soon! I am available any time and also for last minute bookings, please give me a message with what you require and I will try my best to help out. We have got multiple areas for your doggy to relax on, whether it be their own quiet corner or on the sofa with us. They're welcome anywhere!

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have hands-on experience with a wide range of animals — from playful puppies and curious cats to chickens, horses, and even fish — and I understand that every pet has their own personality, needs, and quirks. I have had dogs all my life - Working Cocker Spaniels! Learning to train them for field trials, flushing, pegging on shoots also. I have also had experience breeding Working Cocker Spaniels and so very used caring for puppies and achieved Level 3 CPD Award in Animal Psychology. I have been house sitting for over 20 years, looking after a variety of animals - dogs, cats, chickens, horses and even tank and pond fish in a variety of houses and estates around Buckingham/Stowe area. As a sitter and walker, I focus on providing a calm, reassuring presence. Whether it’s keeping energetic dogs exercised and happy, ensuring older pets feel comfortable and safe, or maintaining consistent routines for animals while their owners are away, I take pride in offering thoughtful, reliable care. You can trust that your pets will be treated as if they were my own — with patience, love, and attention to detail. If you have any questions please do reach out, happy to answer anything. Best wishes, Danielle I work remotely, which allows me to offer flexible and consistent care throughout the day. This means I can easily fit in walks, playtime, and regular check-ins without rushing or distractions. My schedule allows me to adapt to each pet’s routine — whether that’s morning walks, midday visits, or evening feedings. Because I’m home-based, I can give your pets plenty of attention, keep a close eye on them, and ensure they feel cared for and comfortable at all times. When caring for pets, safety and trust always come first. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special requirements before starting, so they feel comfortable and secure from the start. In your home, I treat your space with the same respect I’d expect for my own — keeping everything clean, tidy, and following your instructions carefully. I maintain regular communication and send photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well looked after. During walks or drop-in visits, I always use secure leads, avoid unsafe environments, and ensure your pet’s wellbeing is the top priority. Whether I’m spending time with a playful puppy or checking in on a shy cat, I create a calm, caring environment where they feel safe and loved.

About: I have previously cared for two dogs in the past, one spanning 3 years. In this time, I was reliably available at any time to look after, care for, and walk these dogs. Both were Spaniels, so high-energy but loving dogs. I am happy to spend hours outside, playing, walking and hiking, or spending a quiet day curled up on the sofa. I currently work freelance, from home, so I'm fully flexible around people's needs for themselves and their dogs. I love an early morning walk to get the day started, or an afternoon trip to break up the working day! On first visit, I am more than comfortable to talk about your expectations from a dog-sitter. If you do not permit your dog to be on the sofa, I also will not allow it. If they are only allowed to eat from their food bowl, I will ensure that this happens whilst they're under my care. If you do not allow your dog off-leash on walks, I will abide by this also. Any rules that you have for your pets, I will strictly follow, as I know that training and repetition are key for well-behaved and happy dogs.
