Dog Walking Cherwell

About: I have a remote job for a tech company which means that your dog will never be left alone and can go outside or play with me whenever they like. I can easily adapt when I walk them based on their usual routines from early mornings till late evening, as well as multiple times a day. I want to dog sit mainly because I work remotely, my partner Alex works full time in Rugby so most of the day I am alone so I would adore some dog company! I would one day love to have a dog of my own, but as I have recently finished my Masters degree, started my career and bought a house that is still a few years away. My family dog Amber lives with my parents so I miss her terribly! Every dog I would look after would get the same love and care I would give her. I also spend a lot of time with my boyfriend’s family’s three Jack Russels, and having grown up in a village full of dogs who we often looked after growing up, I am very comfortable with different breeds, temperaments and energy levels including the really high energy ones. My home is in a quiet village with a fully dog proofed garden (chicken wire has been nailed to the open fence) that overlooks the fields. There is a dog park opposite where the dog can also be let of the lead for a good run around, as well as lots of good walks nearby. Even though I am new to this app I am setting my years of experience to when my family first got Amber which was 10 years ago as I have been looking after her so much in that time, as well as looking after different dogs in the village for either the day or for a week at a time. As I work remotely I can take my breaks and lunch whenever is needed for your dog. I am up early morning a few hours before work if they need a good walk in there as well. I have a fenced garden and can keep watch of them at all times to make sure they are safe and happy. I can adapt their living based on what they have at home: I can put a baby gate up if they are usually not allowed upstairs, or allow them or not onto furniture depending on your preferences as well. I also have a dog seatbelt for the car if they prefer to go to a certain park or need to be driven anywhere for any reason.

About: I’ve had dogs around my whole life. We recently lost our sweet pup after 14 amazing years together, so the house has just been way too quiet lately! Having raised dogs from crazy puppies all the way to gentle seniors, I totally get that they aren't just pets—they're proper family. I'm completely used to all the little details that keep a dog happy, whether that's sticking to strict meal times, managing meds, or just making sure they get plenty of affection and feel right at home. I work from home and own my own business. Having a dog around again will be a great pleasure as I miss the companionship. I have plenty flexibility and their routine would become my routine. They would become my co-worker. I keep things super comfortable and flexible for guest dogs. My home has laminate flooring throughout, plus a nice rug in my office where I work. They’ll also have access to a large, high-fenced garden with plenty of grass to stretch their legs. On warm days, I leave the garden doors open so they can potter in and out as they like. Your pup can hang out with me in the office all day or find their own favourite cozy spot!

About: I have worked with dogs in various settings, having cared for rescue dogs on a Greek island, been a dog 'nanny' to 24 Bichon-Frise in Northern Spain and trained sled dogs in the far north of Sweden. I have a National Diploma in Animal Management and completed the first 2 years of my Zoology degree. I have worked with a lot of different animals in zoos, farms, reptile shops, even wild Meerkats in the South African desert! There isn't much I haven't come across and so I am well prepared to look after your fur-baby. Dogs are my passion and our 3 year old PatterJack Hartley is the most loved (spoiled) pup! He is very friendly, full of energy and loves to play so will be very excited to have a friend to stay 🥰 I work part-time from home Monday to Friday in an admin/accounts based role, which is very flexible and allows me time to focus on your pet when it suits them, I can work around nap times and am here for playtime & walks when they wake up! I spend most weekends taking Hartley to his favourite places; forests, beaches, rivers - he is a proper water baby and will swim for miles! We are very lucky to have a have a long rural lane with fields either side that goes for miles, literally on our doorstep so there is plenty of exploring to be done and lots of sniffs. We have a fully enclosed back garden (Hartley is an escape artist so if he can't get out then no one can), the whole of our 4 bedroom house is very dog friendly and your pup is free to roam anywhere.

I’ve looked after dogs regularly over the years, including overnight stays, walks and caring for dogs of different ages and personalities. I’m responsible, caring and love treating every dog as my own! 🐶❤️ My schedule is quite flexible as a student and I can easily create free days. I’d also enjoy walking the dog as it helps me get out the house and exercise!! I am located in Redlands but do not have a garden. However, I am not too far from the downs and can drive up there to walk them around.

I have dog sat many times, staying in the owners house or visiting daily. I make sure to spend time with my dog every day, either walking him, playing in the garden or just hanging out around the house. About: I’ve taken care of my friends dogs before and I love animals very much. I’m quite active in my personal life so going on walks and playing is no trouble. I always wanted a dog when I was a kid, which is why I love them so much now!! :))) Don’t have another job so I have plenty of time to look after animals, I’m starting university in a few months and once I know my time table ill be able to look after animal around my schedule. I know my friends dogs feeding routines and hygiene routine like the back of my hand, I know exactly what they look like when they’re feeling scared, excited or anxious. I would never raise my voice or harm an animal and I would call the owners, then services in case of emergency.

About: I’m an expert carer of dogs, and always first choice for many people to call if they are planning to be away from home I’m retired, and only work adhoc. I’m free 24/7 for my creature companions (Already booked 04th October for two weeks) .. please call me for any questions I would prefer to look after clients pets in the pets home, as my doggie at home has personality disorders.. that said, arrangements can be made?

About: My mother started a non profit rescue organization, for abused & neglected dogs back in South Africa when I was just 11. Since then I have grown up working along side vets, assisting with any medical & care treatment needed for dogs. I have experience in bottle feeding, inoculations, first aid, new borns, seniors & even dogs with different disabilities. Growing up I lived with an average of 30 plus dogs at once, coming in & out as we nursed them back to health & found them forever families. I’m a massive animal lover & go out of my way to ensure your fur babies are constantly happy & safe! Have had my own reactive dog walking business for over 4 years now & love getting to work with all sorts of breeds I’m currently studying online & work mornings from 05:00- 8:30 am Monday- Saturday. I do not work weekends unless I’m house sitting. But other than that I’m available between my online lessons throughout the day from 9-5 Monday to Fridays. I treat your fur babies as if they my own. Obviously depending on different house rules, I usually tend to allow the dogs to sleep on the bed with me. My main priority at the end of the day is to make sure your fur babies are safe & comfortable.

About: I have taken care of dogs, mainly labradors, for many years. Largely this has been for friends and family, but I now have my own black lab. I have a a lovely big garden where the dogs can play and there are lovely rural walks just outside my front door. I’m available for dog sitting and dog boarding over weekends. Mid-week I work from home a few days and can be available for dog walking mornings and evenings, but this would be around my working day. I have a large garden and my own black lab (puppy - 1 year), to provide a fun playful experience. I believe in letting dogs play and have fun without getting too “wound up”. I also believe in encouraging dogs to be calm and have “down time”. I do lots of “sniffing” and “searching” style games with my dog to mentally enrich him.

About: Hi I'm Nick I am a keen animal lover and have had many pets of all sizes and different kinds i.e. dogs, cats, fish, terrapins, rabbits, cockatoos & even chipmunks too. Plus I am a very active guy alot of energy and I feel dog walking / animal sitting would be a great job as looking after animals can be really rewarding and great fun too. Plus I always put 100% in to what I do and I'm a very organised and punctual guy as well as self motivated too and I always throught about doing this sort of job and feel that it is the right time to go for it as I do enjoy it and look forward to something I enjoy . I'm am currently working part-time but still have plenty of time to look after your pets and it's one of the best things I really enjoy meeting and looking after new animals but I always make my weekly routine fit around things I offer many services such as boarding, pop in's and walks and I would care for any pet as if they were my own as looking after animals is a great and really enjoy it Pet care fits into my daily/weekly routine as I am looking after dogs through out the year and I try and give them the best visit possible. So they will wanna come back again and again. I have a fenced garden, which is lovely with plenty of space. Plus I make sure I have all information I need to take care of them properly in there stay at the house or so I can look after them at their house.
