Cat Sitting in Cherwell

About: I’ve never had the fortune to have my own dog and I still don’t. This is why I consider each dog my own! I’m trying to fill a dog-shaped hole in my heart with yours. In doing so, my aim is to have you feel at peace that your fur baby is in responsible, responsive, and diligent hands while you’re away. I work from home multiple times a week. I’m happy to find an arrangement that works for everyone. I’m also free in the weekends and most evenings. I believe in respecting the pet owner’s space as you’re trusting us 100% with it. In my previous pet-sitting stints, I’ve always looked in on the house itself when I checked in on the pet. I’m also an avid plant lover and I’d love to keep an eye out for your prized possessions.

“Yasmin is an amazing dog sitter/walker. We were lucky enough to have her care for our "wild child" puppy (an aussie/doodle) when she was only a few months old and had zero manners and endless energy. Yasmin matched her energy and took the dogs everywhere, way way more than we ever would. The minute we met her we knew she was a dog person - as both dogs were drawn to her immediately. Yasmin only had praise and compliments about our dogs (which every owner wants to hear even if we know its likely not exactly 100% true - smile). We have a senior dog (16 years old) who needs a stroller to be walked long distances, and the wild-child puppy, and she took them everywhere for a few weeks while dog-sitting - all the local walks, beaches and cafes - my neighbours all raved about our dog-walker/sitter. A few months later, we again contacted Yasmin to come take care of the dogs - the greeting she got when walking in the front door was completely over-the-top LOVE and affection from our pups. I highly recommend Yasmin for any animal care as she is trust-worthy, compassionate, outgoing and friendly - Yasmin also has endless patience and energy/enthusiasm, i only wished she lived closer to us so we could have her all the time visit the "four legged kids".”

“This was the first time I've used Lisa's services. She is usually joined by her partner in petsitting but because Talula is a timid cat and only used to one on one company I asked her to come alone. This she did, with good grace. Lisa managed to win over Talula, so much so, that she allowed herself to be brushed! Quite an achievement and it was lovely to come home to a well-groomed, contented cat :-). Lisa kept in touch with just the right amount of communications and some delightful photos. About: Animals are better than humans! I have 2 cockapoos (Lexi & Bertie) and a rabbit called Wilma. My home will become theirs while they are in my care with regular updates and lots and lots of cuddles! Available Tuesday & Thursdays to day sit. Free most weekends from 5pm on Friday’s. We’d have regular 1-2-1 walks and mental stimulation games. They’d sleep with us in our room on their bed or in a crate if that’s what they are used to. Fully secure garden. We have a baby gate in between the front door to stop the cheeky escape artists from doing a runner and a separate station for feeding time.

About: I’ve never not had a pet in my home! I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits and more. I now have 2 crazy cats of my own and have regularly looked after dogs and cats for friends and family! I work full time but I am home based for 2 days a week (Mon & Thurs) but this is also flexible! I can be around for whatever meets your needs. I have experience with crate training dogs, and general training. My cats rule the roost but I understand some people prefer boundaries so happy to follow the same!
