I’m available on both weekdays and weekends, and I’m happy to provide care for either part of the day or full-day sessions depending on your needs. About: Hello, my name is Alice and I have a strong passion for all things animals. Whether it be as big as horses or livestock or as small as cats and everything in between. I am fully insured and have been around animals my whole life and owned my own animals for 22+ years. I have 2 horses and a cat who are my absolute world, my cat lives with my horses on the farm. But in the past I have also owned 2 dogs. Although I now don’t have a dog of my own, I have looked after and fostered multiple dogs over many years and have also volunteered at veterinary practices too, both small animal and equine. If any of my friends or friends of the family need their dogs looking after, they always come to me. If you’re anything like me, your animals are like your world and any animals I look after would be treated no differently. I have a full driving license and own my own car so location, whether it be down country lanes or not accessible by public transport would be no issue for me to reach. Not only am I a pet sitter on Rover, I also offer services separate to on here for people who prefer to communicate on text/whatsapp or pay via bank transfer/cash. I work part time during the week and occasional evening or weekend but I work remotely so can work from your house if I’m house sitting as long as there’s good working wifi, so no need for your animals to be left on their own all day. If your dog comes to stay at my house, I have a fully fenced large garden and spacious house, I would treat your animal like I would treat my own, with the upmost care and love. Friends and friends’ family have trusted and relied on me to look after their cats and dogs respectively and I have done so with pleasure each time. About: Since I was little growing up with my parents we have always had pets in the house especially dogs . We have always had labradors in our family, one of them was called ‘Honey’ a passionate dog . Her days were filled with the joyous barks and wagging tails whenever she saw a ball. About: A dog isn't just a dog, it's an extension of a family unit. I've had a love for dogs all my life, which still grows unabated. I had a dog for just over ten years (Siren rottweiler bullmastiff) untill she passed away on new years day of 2021. Although it's been 3 years I still feel that I can't replace her yet, which will change in due time. When out on walks alot of dogs gravitate towards me for fusses. I've been approached over the years by new dog owners in regards to leash walking and basic obedience trainning which is gladly provided. Dog owners with nervous rescue dogs in need of resocialisation find ease and comfort when approaching me. Caring for senior dogs takes a special type of attention, deep down they wish they could do the things they were once capable of. I know what procedures to put in place to make them comfortable, forever loved and cherished. I'm currently working in full time shift work, however with advance notice a plan can be formulated to fit in the time for you're pets needs.
