About: 🐾 Qualifications & Experience • DBS checked, certificate on request • Animal Care & Pet First Aid/CPR (QLS Level 3) • Veterinary Support Assistant Diploma • Level 2 Animal Care • Animal Behaviour training I’ve loved dogs my whole life and have experience with all sizes and breeds — from German Shepherds to Shih Tzus. I previously worked in the veterinary sector, where I gained strong knowledge of animal health, behaviour, and client care. Alongside this, I’ve regularly cared for and walked dogs for friends and family. I have a particular interest in dog behaviour, especially supporting nervous or reactive dogs. I adopted my own dog from an abuse background (Hatton Kennels) and have spent the past 3 years building his confidence with the support of behaviourists and some hard work. It’s been one of the most rewarding experiences and has given me real, hands-on understanding of patience, trust-building, and calm handling. I’ve also had the pleasure of volunteering at Hilbrae Rescue Kennels, and I’m keen to continue supporting rescue work. I’m confident in caring for nervous or reactive dogs and always take a calm, gentle approach. I completely understand how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet, so I’m always happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand. Work part time at a Vets. I am available evenings and weekends currently with more flexible hours to come. I am central Telford so travelling is never a problem. I take a keen interest in dog behaviour and always want to understand the dogs needs. I will adapt to whatever the owner wants. And most importantly, will love your doggo as if it were my own.
“Jessica has been absolutely amazing looking after my precious cat. I've had updates on every check in, so reassuring to know he has been cared for so well while I've been away. Would definitely want her to look after him again so so happy thank you so much 😊”

“Kerry was reliable and friendly and brilliant with my cat who she looked after really well. My cat is a nervous cat but Kerry was able to help him feel comfortable with her. It was nice to receive the lovely photos Kerry sent to show my cat was doing well and making friends with her. Thank you, Kerry!”

About: I've grown up around dogs, and then have since had my own for 4 years, each with there own personality particular when walked. Happy to discuss any needs prior particular if things owners have concerns with to support them to feel at ease. It would need to fit in around my full time job, there is more flexibilty in evenings but work in a role where it is possible to manage this during breaks in work. I currently do not have the facility to care for pets in my home. But should this change it would be as I treat my own if attending a residency ensure they are fed, watered and happy with what is necessary for them for example my dog prefers cuddles to toys but then others may need that play interaction
“First time we’ve ever used Stephanie as a last minute family event. She was so helpful with the whole booking process and guided us thru how everything worked. She was very understanding of all of our requests and our two cats loved her. They’re normally shy and timid around strangers but they took to her straight away. She sent picture updates which really put our kind at ease. We will 100% be using her in the near future Thankyou Steph”

About: I am a reliable and caring pet sitter with extensive experience looking after pets for family and friends. I genuinely love animals and take pride in providing attentive, compassionate care tailored to each pet’s needs. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or simply keeping them company, I always ensure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after while their owners are away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I am self-employed and spend a lot of time at home, so I’m able to give a pet plenty of attention, companionship, and regular care throughout the day. I can easily manage feeding, playtime, grooming, and making sure they feel comfortable and settled. I also love going for walks, so daily exercise and outdoor time would be an enjoyable part of my routine for both me and the pet. I care for pets by providing a safe, calm, and loving environment where their individual needs always come first. In my home, I make sure they have a clean, comfortable space, regular feeding times, fresh water, exercise, play, and plenty of attention. I follow the owner’s routines as closely as possible so pets feel secure and settled. In a pet owner’s home, I respect their space while maintaining the pet’s normal schedule, including walks, feeding, medication if required, cleaning up after them, and keeping them company. I pay close attention to behaviour, mood, and wellbeing, and I always communicate with owners through updates, photos, and messages so they feel reassured while they are away.
“Clare looked after our cat Arnie for 10 days while we were away on holiday. She took fantastic care of him, played with him and made sure he had lots of fuss! We also had twice daily updates with photos! Such an amazing pet sitter 10/10 ❤️”

“Our cat, Evie, had a lovely time with Eleanor. Evie recently needed a change to her diet and some new medication, so it was important to us that we left her in safe hands. Eleanor certainly was the perfect person for the job, and we would absolutely recommend her and book her again. 5* :) ”

About: Long walks, hill walks, running (to be honest, it’s more jogging 😂), sitting in cafes; whatever your furry friend prefers let me know and I’ll come up with a plan! After 20 years in an office, I’ve broken free and am available during the day and some evenings. I’m in the lucky position of being pretty flexible! We have a 3 story family home, which we share with our Cavapoo, Rocket. Your dog, like ours, has free run of the house and small fenced garden. I will be solely responsible for the dogs, however my family will be around. My daughter is the animal whisperer, but my wife and son love being along for the ride.
About: Hello there! I've always been surrounded by animals and have recently moved to a lovely area where pets are welcome. Unfortunately, my current shift patterns make it a bit tricky to have my own pets at the moment. However, I'd be more than delighted to look after your furry (or feathered) friends, either in my home or yours! Whenever my friends and family go on holiday, I like to think I'm the first person they ring to care for their beautiful pets. From dogs and cats to chickens, horses, goats, and even turkeys, I've looked after them all! I have a spacious garden that's properly fenced, so no need to worry about escapees. It's been tried and tested by a cheeky Jack Russell called Bingo, so you can rest easy knowing your pet will be safe and sound. Inside, the entire ground floor has laminate flooring, making it a breeze to clean up any little accidents. There's also a comfy sofa for your pets to curl up on and enjoy a lovely snooze. I'm quite easy-going and more than happy to have your beloved pets stay overnight. Alternatively, I can pop round to check on them in the comfort of their own homes if that's what you'd prefer. So, fancy giving your pets a little holiday while you're away? I'd love to help! My schedule can be a bit varied due to work commitments. I typically work 36 hours a week, either on morning shifts (7am-4pm) or afternoon shifts (11am-6:30pm). The good news is, I'm only 5-10 minutes away from home, depending on traffic, so I'm never far! When I'm not working, you'll likely find me relaxing in front of the telly or enjoying a nice walk. I do play rugby on Wednesday evenings and the occasional Sunday, but apart from that, my free time is quite flexible. This means there's plenty of time for me to lavish attention on your lovely pets! Whether it's playtime, exercise, or just some good old-fashioned cuddles, I'll make sure your furry friends get all the care and affection they need. So, no matter what my work week looks like, rest assured that your pets will be in good hands and will receive plenty of love and attention! I believe in being upfront about pet care, especially when it comes to my work hours. I never want to leave any pets, whether they're mine or someone else's, alone in the house for too long. The care I provide depends on the age and breed of the pet. Take my mum's dogs, for example. There's Dexter, my 14-year-old pooch, and Bingo, her Jack Russell. In the morning, I let them out for a wee and sort out their breakfast. When Dexter was younger, I'd walk him after his meal, but nowadays, the old boy prefers to do his own thing. Bingo, on the other hand, likes to pop round to the neighbours. Come evening, Bingo gets her dinner, and Dexter gets a treat for being a good lad and not pinching Bingo's food (though he does get the grand job of hoovering up any leftovers!). When I look after my grandparents' three poodles, I take them for a walk in the morning as they're fed in the evening. I'm quite lucky with the family pets - all five of them are easygoing, as long as they get treats and someone to cuddle up to in the evening. For my friend's pets - three Jack Russells (Jacks, Abbie, and Willow), a Spaniel (Ellie), and a cat (Gizmo) - I usually stay over at theirs, as it's unfair to move them all to a new place. I feed them morning and night, and take the Jack Russells out for a daily walk. Ellie the Spaniel stays home as per my friend's request (she only listens to him), but I make sure she gets a good game of fetch in the garden for her daily exercise. In the evening, I stick to their usual routine, with all the dogs coming upstairs to sleep in the same room they're used to. Overall, I aim to accommodate the owners' wishes and keep the pets' routines as normal as possible to minimise any stress. Every pet is unique, and I'm always happy to adjust my care to suit their individual needs and personalities.
About: When you’re away, your dog deserves to feel safe, settled and understood. That is the environment I aim to create — a calm, steady home where care is personal, structured and consistent. I offer structured, home-based care for dogs who need more than just supervision. With 12 years of hands-on experience in boarding, day care, dog walking and grooming, I understand how to create balance — enrichment without overstimulation, affection with clear boundaries. I intentionally keep numbers small so each dog receives proper supervision, individual attention and thoughtful emotional awareness. No cages. No overcrowding. No rushed handling. Just a calm, structured home where dogs can soften, settle and feel secure. I work particularly well with: • Larger breeds • Sensitive or anxious temperaments • Dogs who benefit from calm, steady handling This is not a high-traffic boarding setup. It is a secure, professionally managed home environment where dogs can relax and regulate naturally. Pet care is part of my daily structure, not something I fit around other commitments. Boarding dogs are rarely left alone and follow a consistent home routine. My day is organised around walks, enrichment, rest and supervision, ensuring each dog receives steady attention throughout their stay. Drop-off and collection times are arranged in advance to maintain a calm, predictable rhythm for all dogs in my care. I believe: • Dogs mirror the energy around them • Calm environments encourage calm behaviour • Overstimulation creates stress • Stability builds trust For that reason, I don’t run a loud or high-traffic setup. I maintain a steady, balanced rhythm where dogs can settle naturally and feel secure. This is home-style care — managed professionally. • Fully licensed home boarding • Pet First Aid trained • Secure, family home environment • Structured daily routine • Enrichment-based care • No forceful handling • Regular photo updates Dogs are managed thoughtfully — never rushed, never crowded.

About: I qualified as a vet nurse 8 years ago and been working in the veterinary industry for 12+ years. I’m able to administer any medication to your pet required on my visits. I’ve owned cats, dogs, hamsters and degus since a young age and just love being around animals. Currently I have 3 dogs of my own which I train in agility and canicross. I currently work Monday to Thursday as a vet nurse in Telford. I can do house visits before and after work during these days while you are away for cats and other small animals. Friday to Sunday I am available for house sitting and dog walking. I am an active person and so can take active dogs on longer walks or a run if required or just a snuggle on the sofa. I am insured and DBS checked. Your pet will be treated as my own and I will follow any routines for your pet. Meet and greets will be required prior to any pet sitting or dog walking which are free of charge. This allows me to meet your pet and for you to meet me and we can decide if we will be a good fit, we can also go over any routines.

Jessica is absolutely brilliant. I cannot fault her! She followed instructions very well (I can be very picky and particular!) which I am so grateful for. She ensured consistency for my pet and was very punctual. Lola was cared for and happy. I was away for 5 days and did not worry once. We came home to exactly how we left it. Would highly recommend Jessica and will definitely be using her service again!!

Steph was professional, communicative and thoughtful, throughout all times before, during and after she cared for our cat. Our cat is usually extremely timid and scared of any stranger, yet took to Steph immediately. Steph was consistently on time, detailed in her reports and always approachable with any specific requests that we had. An absolute delight and we are supremely grateful for her support and care, over what I'd always a very stressful period, let alone with a loved pet at home. Thank you Steph!
Madison is very professional and reliable. This was our first time using a pet sitting service of any kind and were quite nervous. Maddiecwad very understanding and reassuring, our cats enjoyed her visits and I'm sure krit looking for her afterwards. We would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Thank you!
