About: Hi, I'm Soph and I absolutely adore animals! Having grown up surrounded by them my entire life, I am extremely experienced, qualified and confident in looking after them. As an empath, I care deeply about their welfare and I have a fur-baby of my own, a four year old tuxedo cat named Kiara who means the absolute world to me. Aside from pet sitting a variety of different breeds over the years, I have had 4 dogs of my own alongside my aforementioned cat, all of which have been rescue dogs of all ages and mixed breeds. I also have experience taking care of rabbits and Guinea pigs. I understand how important it is to recognise and attend to each animal’s individual personality traits and I have first hand experience and knowledge when it comes to taking care of all sorts, so rest assured, your fur babies will be in good hands! I live in Stourbridge with close access to several nearby parks and routes along the canal with close access to larger stretches of grassy areas, woods and parks. About: My experience with fostering pets started several years ago, when my friend found a 1-month-old kitten on the street and rescued it, but was unable to keep it in her home, so she asked me to foster until we find him a permanent home. I named the little guy Simba (original, I know!) and took care of him for 3 months before finding him a permanent, loving home. Since then, I have been housesitting dogs, cats, and even rabbits. I am studying remotely at Open University, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets, cuddle them and take them for walks. I care for pets in their own home by following their usual routines to keep them happy, comfortable, and stress-free. I start by learning all about their needs—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and any special instructions. I make sure to keep their environment clean, safe, and familiar. I also give them lots of love, attention, and affection, always respecting their personality—whether they’re shy and quiet or playful and energetic. I’ll regularly update you with photos and messages, so you know your pet is in great hands while you're away.
About: I’ve grown up around both cats and dogs and have owned a cat for the past 9 years. Over the last 10 years, I’ve regularly looked after pets for family, friends, neighbours and colleagues, including daily visits, feeding, playtime, overnight stays and keeping pets company while owners are away. I’ve cared for puppies, senior dogs and cats with different personalities and routines, including more nervous or independent pets. I always aim to provide calm, reliable and attentive care, and I’m happy to send regular photo updates for peace of mind while you’re away. I work in Birmingham during the week, so I’m available for early morning visits before work and longer visits after work in the evenings, usually up to around an hour. On weekends, I’m much more flexible and can do visits at any time, longer stays, or overnight care if needed. I’m very active, so I’m more than happy to take dogs on long walks, play with pets, keep them company, or just make sure they’re fed and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll be caring for pets in their own homes, as I feel this is the most comfortable and familiar environment for them. I also have my own cat, Kymba, so I wouldn’t want to bring other animals into the house and make her feel unsettled. I always try to stick closely to your pet’s normal routine and make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m happy to send regular photo updates too for peace of mind.
About: I've had cats and dogs throughout my life from a child. I had my own two fur baby's for 17 years and since they left have cat & dog sat for so many people, friends & family and recommended. I can take care of your pets and give medication if shown prior .My local area is Stourbridge, Hagley ,Clent too . I work part time as a support worker and for myself , so this gives me the opportunity for dog walking and having animals in my life at the same time. About: I would never look after a dog without really finding out all info required from yourself first hand .Feeding routine the most important re times etc. I am only now working mid week & flexible with my hours re availability and can organize plans at short notice . Black country based. I have an elderly small dog who keeps himself to himself but ok with small dogs , a 120 feet fenced lawned garden which imade pet friendly and dog beds and a nice comfortable home.
About: I’ve always been around dogs (mainly German shepards and cocker spaniels) so I’m used to bigger dogs. I enjoy teaching new tricks and have even taught my cat tricks! I’m currently training to be a teacher so each day/term varies in terms of availability. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
