About: My experience with fostering pets started several years ago, when my friend found a 1-month-old kitten on the street and rescued it, but was unable to keep it in her home, so she asked me to foster until we find him a permanent home. I named the little guy Simba (original, I know!) and took care of him for 3 months before finding him a permanent, loving home. Since then, I have been housesitting dogs, cats, and even rabbits. I am studying remotely at Open University, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets, cuddle them and take them for walks. I care for pets in their own home by following their usual routines to keep them happy, comfortable, and stress-free. I start by learning all about their needs—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and any special instructions. I make sure to keep their environment clean, safe, and familiar. I also give them lots of love, attention, and affection, always respecting their personality—whether they’re shy and quiet or playful and energetic. I’ll regularly update you with photos and messages, so you know your pet is in great hands while you're away.

About: I’ve always loved dogs and have plenty of hands-on experience caring for them. I currently have my own 3-year-old French Bulldog, Rex, who I’ve cared for since he was young. Before Rex, I owned a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a Labrador × Rottweiler, both of whom were part of my family for around 10 years. This has given me experience with different breeds, personalities, energy levels and needs. I understand that every dog is different, so I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that means lots of walks and playtime, plenty of cuddles, or simply giving them space to settle in. I’ll always treat your dog as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved while you’re away. I’m currently on maternity leave, so I have a very flexible schedule and am available most days, including weekdays and weekends. I can be flexible with times and am happy to work around your pet’s usual routine and needs. I’m available for walks, drop-ins and pet sitting, and I’m happy to discuss specific dates and times to find what works best for you and your pet. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. I’ll take the time to understand their routine, personality, likes and dislikes before caring for them, and I’ll follow any instructions you provide. I have plenty of experience caring for dogs and understand the importance of keeping them secure, supervised and comfortable. I’ll make sure they’re never left in an unsafe situation and will keep you updated so you know how they’re doing. I’ll treat your home and your pet with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I want every pet to feel relaxed, happy and at home while they’re in my care. 🐾

About: I’ve always been around dogs (mainly German shepards and cocker spaniels) so I’m used to bigger dogs. I enjoy teaching new tricks and have even taught my cat tricks! I’m currently training to be a teacher so during the summer holidays I’m free most days/times - however, I am usually busy Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm -11:30pm. If you’re interested or would like to book a different time, please just ask and I’ll see what I can do! I’ll make sure to follow any instructions given to ensure that your pup gets the best care possible and, they feel comfortable with their normal routines.

About: I have experience with dogs of every size, age, and temperament since I was a child, and I’ve always had pets of my own. My first pet was my beloved cat, Pudding, who was with me for 17 years - she's still fondly remembered for her bark... yes, my cat thought she was a dog! I rescued my late dog Oz, who was my best friend for eight years until I sadly lost him last year. Oz had a variety of health issues later in his life, including poor vision and suffering a stroke, which taught me how to care for dogs with additional needs. Friends, neighbours, and family have relied on me for decades to help while they've been on holiday or away, to support them with walking and caring for their pets as if they were my own. I've done this in both my own home and theirs. I’m experienced with puppies, senior pets, and everything in between, and I pride myself on being reliable, patient, and attentive to each animal’s individual needs. I currently work part-time, which means I have plenty of time to give your pets the love and attention they deserve. Especially after losing my pup and best friend, Oz, last year, there is a big doggy void in my life that I am looking to fill. I’m available for walks and drop-ins on weekdays and weekends for sitting or longer boarding. Your pet will never feel rushed - I ensure they get quality playtime, exercise, and cuddles. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I will always care for your pets in the way that feels most natural for them, in the familiar surroundings of their own home. About: Hello! Im 21, full time care worker but would love to look after your pets on the side! Due to living with my parents, I can’t allow other animals in my home, but I am more than happy to come out to you. I look forward to meeting your animals! I study animal management level 3 national extended diploma where I receive hands on experience with a multitude of species, and have 150 work experience hours in a veterinary practice. I can promise you nothing but the best for your pets! I achieved Distinction in this level 3 back in 2024. I also have an impeccable history of cat sitting for others, such as family members and people outside of that. I work full time with flexible shifts, with two horses to look after as well! As long as you give me plenty of notice, I will be able to fit you in around my other commitments! My cat has medication she’s on, I administer this through food. I will only do what is asked of me and will regularly send updates to you about your pets!

About: I am a semi retired NHS nurse, currently living in Kinver, on the edge of national trust walks. I fostered cats for 15 years and still have regular updates from the families they went to. I travelled to Thailand to volunteer working in an elephant village. Then volunteered for Soi Dog foundation in Thailand, with rescued street dogs and cats. In the UK both my brothers had dogs. Pally has a 12 year old husky called Enzo. My younger brothers dog Lara, passed away last year. They bought her back from Canada as a puppy. I have house and pet sat since 2013. I adore animals and cats are my favourite. I found elephants a bit heavy for lap cuddles!! I’d be delighted to spend time with your beautiful babies, I’ve just returned from Somerset where I looked after Willow and Toby. I’ve been sitting for Toby since 2013, since then Lisa’s pet family has included a rabbit, a guinea pig, Gina a rescue from France, an African hedgehog, a turtle and fish! And now Willow too, she’s a rescue greyhound about 8. My cat Tigga has travelled with me to my sons, in Seaton Delaval, where we slept in my campervan. She goes and comes as she pleases, she’s a fabulous travel companion. She doesn’t wear a leash and always comes back. We’ve been camping together as well as to festivals. She loves it. As a semi retired nurse, I have flexibility with when and where I choose to work. Having family and friends all over the uk, I combine visits with sits. So I can cover further distances if needed. I have lived with animals and children for nearly 40 years. Animals are definitely easier! I am happy to give medication etc, i am comfortable looking after elderly cats and dogs. I am happy to prepare specialised food if it is required. I will care for your home and your pets like my own. I respect your space and your babies.

About: I would love to offer my help with your dog care requirements; dog boarding at my home, dog sitting at your home, dog walking, day care, evening care. I am flexible and happy to accommodate the needs of yourself and your beloved furries. I have been dog-bonkers since I can ever remember (envious at a young age of cousins who had dogs and I loved visiting …. as often as I could!!). It took until I was 10 years old to wear mom and dad down with my nagging to give up and allow me to have my own … since then I don’t think I’ve been without at least one, whether it be my own or taking care of someone else’s best fur-pal. Sadly, last year I lost my furry soul mate, Clint who was an English Bull Terrier, aged 13. I’m not quite ready to commit to being a ‘full time fur-mom’ again just yet, however I massively miss the companionship, love and fun that spending time with a doggo brings; I really enjoy spending time with my friends and family’s dogs. I love welcoming fur-babies into my home and ensuring that they instantly feel at home, part of the family and furniture and secure and loved. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages; pups to seniors, temperaments; bonkers pups, excitable teenagers to chilled out, sleepy seniors. I believe routine is important for all dogs and I will ensure that their routine remains the same (to your requirement) during their stay at my home. Your dog will be walked at least twice daily (there are several local parks) and will have access at all times to the garden, which is fully enclosed. Your fur-baby will be loved and given cuddles, attention and mental stimulation as if they were my own during their stay at my home. I am experienced and confident in administering medication of all kinds, as necessary and I am currently in the final stages of completing a Canine First Aid course. I also have a current and up to date DBS certificate. I am excited at the prospect of meeting yourselves and your fur-babies, and am very much looking forward to you putting your trust in me to care for them just as you do, while you are away - I promise to keep you updated with photo’s an pup-dates. I can guarantee you the peace of mind that your furry family member will experience a home from home stay and will have the best care, attention, love and enrichment that they are used to at home. I am flexible to your requirements and those of your dog ie, walk times, food times, bed times, (familiar routine); happy to accommodate your schedule/requirements. I truly understand how much of an important part of our lives, the happiness and welfare of our pets means to us. My day always starts early (a habit that I can’t shake despite my bestie no longer being here). ‘Good Morning’ cuddles and wake up time is first on the agenda, followed by breakfast, (medication if appropriate etc). Further meals/medication throughout the day I will give according to your instructions. Next, heading out to the park to read the ‘doggie newspapers’ (scent trails 🤣)/ leisurely stroll/fetch ball (whichever exercise activity suits your pooch. Exercise periods and activities will always follow your preferred guidance, as routine is the key to ensuring that your fur-baby’s experience of spending time in my home is positive and a place that they can’t wait to visit again. I will be happy to continue to facilitate training methods, plans and commands that you currently use. I have a number of lovely parks in my locality so our walks later in the day will follow a different route (… and different ‘doggie newspapers’ to read 🤣). Between these times there will be lots of home playtime, (indoors and outdoors), fetch, tug of war, enrichment games, etc (for those who like that), but equally there is plenty of quiet space for snoozing and recharging of batteries (ready to go again in some cases). Alongside this I can guarantee that there will ALWAYS be time for love, cuddles, kisses and belly rubs – 24/7!!! ❤️🐶 If your instructions allow, I am always happy to finish the day snuggled up on the sofa, happy to provide belly rubs. (Appreciate this is not everyones’ cup of tea and of course I would always comply with your wishes). Alternatively, there will be lots of dog-bed belly rubs and fuss instead. If your fur-baby is used to sleeping in a crate, I have the room here to accommodate this. Equally, I am happy to share my home and do not have a problem with them being on the sofa’s, furniture, etc, and having free access throughout. I am happy to be guided by you and will accommodate your fur-baby’s routine and your wishes Safety, security and comfort are my top priorities and something I have always taken very seriously as a dog owner. I have a calm, clean, clutter-free home which is 100% dog friendly and free from hazards (being the mom to an English Bull Terrier for 13 years definitely taught me that !!! 😱🤦🏼‍♀️🤣). I have a completely enclosed garden; grass and patio areas, sunshine and shade. I have a current and up to date DBS Certificate which I will happily provide a copy of I am in the final stages of a Level 3 Canine First Aid qualification. I have recently enrolled on a Canine Massage Therapy Diploma course.
