From a young age, I’ve had a special place in my heart for dogs—my family often jokes that no stray ever escaped my notice! Wherever we went, I would gently coax stray dogs into our car to take them to the vet and give them a safe, loving home. This lifelong passion for helping dogs is at the core of the care I provide today. :) I work flexibly from home, so I can provide walks and companionship as often as your dog needs throughout the day. My husband also works from home, ensuring your dog will never be left alone while in our care. I do school drop-offs and pick-ups on foot for our 1 child, and if your dog enjoys a stroll (about 15 minutes each way), I’d love to bring them along for some extra exercise and fresh air. If you’d prefer your dog to stay at home during these times, that’s no problem—my husband and I coordinate so one of us is always at home with your pet. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual schedule and routines, including feeding times, quantities, medication, walk times, and any special instructions you have. Please feel free to let me know exactly what works best for your dog—I’m here to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for! I have a spacious, fenced back garden where your dog can safely run, play, or simply relax. Inside, there’s plenty of room for them to feel comfortable and at home. For your dog’s safety and comfort, I exclusively use leads, harnesses, beds, crates, and other equipment you provide—this way, your dog enjoys the familiarity of their own gear and routine. I ask that owners supply everything their pet needs for their stay, including food, medication, and any special items, so I can offer the most personalized care possible. I always follow each dog’s unique routine, from feeding schedules to special care instructions, and I’m happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away. Our home is filled with love for dogs—both adults and our gentle, dog-loving 9-year-old are devoted to making every guest feel welcome. About: I have grown up with dogs. I curreny have 2 shihtzus who are loved and well cared for. I enjoy taking the dogs for walks. I work from home so I am available all day weekdays. I will be able to provide care on a Saturday and the occasional Sunday. My garden is secure , there is fencing all around. I have rwo stairgates to prevent my puppy dog going upstairs and down the stairs.

About: I love having a dog that I can lavish one to one love, care and attention on. I've had dogs of my own (always Dalmatians) for the past 25 years, until my best pal Casper passed away in 2021 at the grand age of 15. Dogs are always a part of the family and your dog will be treated as such by me. I'm very well used to taking care of a senior dog as well as active young dogs. I'm used to catering for a special diet and administering oral medicines. I love dogs of all kinds and I've been a regular volunteer dog walker for the dog rehoming charity The Greyhound Trust. I have a good-sized secure fenced garden. There's a large park within a 5 minute walk from me and lots of greenbelt within a 5 minute drive for longer walks. Your dog will be walked twice daily in Nature (not street walks) and will get a lot of love, attention and cuddles. I enjoy the one to one relationship with a dog, however, I'm happy to take care of two small dogs from the same home. I work at home and only occasionally have to work outside my home for up to four hours. This means I will be giving your dog lots of attention throughout the day and plenty of walks. I have a large enclosed garden for sniffing and exploring. I will be at home with your dog and I love to cuddle up on the sofa with your dog in the evenings.

About: I have been caring for animals as long as I can remember. My mother was a Kennel Club breeder when I was little so I learned to care for pups from a young age. Today, I have two dogs and a cat of my own, and I frequently pet sit for my friends and family. Because of this, I truly understand the trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. My background gives me a deep understanding of animal health and comfort. I attended an RSPCA veterinary summer school, where I studied anatomy and observed surgeries, which helps me spot when a pet is unwell. I also have hands-on experience helping a neighbor with her grooming business, learning how to keep different breeds calm and comfortable. I promise to provide a quiet, safe, and dependable environment for your pet, following their usual routines. Whether they need medical attention, a peaceful walk, or just a quiet companion, I will care for them with the same patience and love I give my own. As my exams are finishing up, I am fully open and flexible for summer pet sitting! Because I am on summer break, I can dedicate my days and nights to your pets and adapt entirely to their usual routines.I am happy to be at your house as much as you need me to keep your pets company. I do return to my own home briefly to care for my own pets, or pop out for errands, but I will always prioritize your pet's schedule and never leave them alone longer than we agree on. My weekends are mostly open, though I have a few pre-planned camping trips and holidays over the summer, which will always be marked off on my Rover calendar well in advance. Safety and peace of mind are my top priorities when staying in your home. I ensure all doors and gates remain fully secure, keep dogs strictly leashed on walks, and follow your house rules exactly. I build trust by sending regular photo updates so you know your pets are happy and settled. My RSPCA veterinary summer school training helps me quickly spot if an animal is unwell or uncomfortable. Before your trip, I always note down your vet’s details and emergency contacts.

About: I’ve always been around dogs (mainly German shepards and cocker spaniels) so I’m used to bigger dogs. I enjoy teaching new tricks and have even taught my cat tricks! I’m currently training to be a teacher so during the summer holidays I’m free most days/times - however, I am usually busy Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm -11:30pm. I have experience with dogs as big as great danes and as small as chihuahuas! I also have a qualification in animal care as well as owning my own dogs :) I have plenty of time throughout the week to look after your fury friends! I am available all day and night! Caring for animals is a full time job so I make sure I am available at all times of the day :) I will also follow any instructions/rules you have related to your animal in your home, need me to crate your dog? I can do that. Need me to brush your cat? hand me over the brush please! :) i do work but as i work for myself i can completely work around your pet☺️ the max time i will leave your pet is 5 hours no matter what but please let me know if they can’t be left alone for too long! i will always keep pets on lead if i’m not 100% if they can be let off or not. i will make sure i go in the garden with your pet for toilet breaks

About: I've brought up a German Shepherd Dog from a puppy and trained it as a family friendly pet great with young children. Loved taking him on long walk adventures every morning and evening. I've also looked after family pets, cats and dogs. Most recently I've been regularly taking care of a Cotonpoo, weekends and for up to 2 weeks, which has been a delight. Taking him for regular walks and being consistent with his owners routines. I'm currently working part time so have plenty of time to look after your fur baby. I love long walks in nature and along the canals and a dog walk would fit in perfectly. I am happy outdoors in all weather after having a German Shepherd. Your dogs routine is important to me to keep and I can change my routine to fit in with theirs. I have a small fenced garden and also happy to have pets roam freely in my living space/kitchen areas with me. Happy to take care of them in their own homes as required too. Happy to stick with their routine, especially if a young puppy learning boundaries and rules etc.

About: I’ve been a dog lover for most of my life, so much so I’m allergic to them and have two of my own! I’d pick dogs over humans any day, There is no warmth like a dogs💌. I am currently off my main job for the summer so my current routine is fairly flexible! I can work around you. On a day-to day basis when it’s not Summer, I’m still pretty flexible with enough communication. I have an interest in dogs behaviour and pride myself on the training I have completed with my own. I’m happy to go with the flow or follow the needs of an already established routine, whatever works for your fur baby.

About: We have a 4 year old, Fox Red Labrador (Ralph) who loves having friends round! He is not neutered so please bear this in mind for any girls that have not been spayed 😊 He is a polite and friendly boy who is well trained. We look forward to meeting you! Kate I currently work part time so have some spare days for your dog :) I walk my dog daily regardless so another in convoy is no problem! I have a secure, fenced garden and as mentioned, a friendly resident dog to play with yours so your dog will be safe and occupied. We have chickens in the garden but they are fenced off separately. I treat any dog with the same care as my own so rest assured no harm will come to them, mental or physical!

About: I've always had pets of one kind or another; cats, dogs, a rabbit, hamsters, budgies, fish and even terrapins....love them all 🥰 I enjoy walking so I thought I would incorporate it with helping others too. I'm part time self employed and part time retired at the moment so plenty of time and patience to look after your furry friends or even those who aren't so furry. I have two very friendly dogs who would love to play and walk with new friends, they actually call for the neighbours dog to join us.

About: I am a semi retired NHS nurse, currently living in Kinver, on the edge of national trust walks. I fostered cats for 15 years and still have regular updates from the families they went to. I travelled to Thailand to volunteer working in an elephant village. Then volunteered for Soi Dog foundation in Thailand, with rescued street dogs and cats. In the UK both my brothers had dogs. Pally has a 12 year old husky called Enzo. My younger brothers dog Lara, passed away last year. They bought her back from Canada as a puppy. I have house and pet sat since 2013. I adore animals and cats are my favourite. I found elephants a bit heavy for lap cuddles!! I’d be delighted to spend time with your beautiful babies, I’ve just returned from Somerset where I looked after Willow and Toby. I’ve been sitting for Toby since 2013, since then Lisa’s pet family has included a rabbit, a guinea pig, Gina a rescue from France, an African hedgehog, a turtle and fish! And now Willow too, she’s a rescue greyhound about 8. My cat Tigga has travelled with me to my sons, in Seaton Delaval, where we slept in my campervan. She goes and comes as she pleases, she’s a fabulous travel companion. She doesn’t wear a leash and always comes back. We’ve been camping together as well as to festivals. She loves it. As a semi retired nurse, I have flexibility with when and where I choose to work. Having family and friends all over the uk, I combine visits with sits. So I can cover further distances if needed. I have lived with animals and children for nearly 40 years. Animals are definitely easier! I am happy to give medication etc, i am comfortable looking after elderly cats and dogs. I am happy to prepare specialised food if it is required. I will care for your home and your pets like my own. I respect your space and your babies.

Your pet gonna have the best moments with me. I work part-time two days a week, which gives me plenty of time to care for pets. I enjoy walking dogs and looking after cats. I live with my husband and our 3.5-year-old son, who absolutely loves animals. Of course, I’ll take full responsibility for the pet. I live in a flat, but we have plenty of lovely parks nearby.
